Further, the thickness of the substrate layer is 3-50 μm.
The adhesive coated on the surface of the substrate layer can be coated with a single layer, a double layer or a plurality of layers, and can be selected by a person skilled in the art according to the actual needs, and the thickness of the first adhesive layer is 1-20 μm.
Like the first adhesive layer, the second adhesive layer may also be coated with a single layer, double layers or multiple layers by an adhesive, the thickness of the second adhesive layer being 1 to 20 μm.
In order to facilitate the use of the double-sided tape, the double-sided tape further comprises a release layer, the release layer is disposed on the surface of the first bonding layer away from the substrate layer, fig. 3 is a schematic structural view of the double-sided tape according to another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the release layer 1-4 is disposed on the surface of the first bonding layer 1-1 away from the substrate layer 1-2, the release layer 1-4 has no bonding force and is mainly used for protecting the first bonding layer 1-1, and the release layer is one or more of a PE release film, a PET release film, an OPP release film, a composite release film, a glassine release paper, and a CCK release paper.
In the use process, before the first bonding layer 1-1 is bonded with the surface of the object 3 to be bonded, the release layer 1-4 is peeled off from the surface of the first bonding layer 1-1 and then bonded with the object 3 to be bonded.
Further, the thickness of the release layer is 3-100 μm.
In conclusion, the double-sided adhesive tape provided by the invention comprises two adhesive layers, the adhesive strength of the first adhesive layer is greater than that of the second adhesive layer, the adhesive tape can be effectively and accurately adhered to the surface of a light soft material in an auxiliary adhesive pasting mode of transferring objects, and the problems of wrinkling, poor positioning, bubbles and the like of the adhesive pasting are effectively solved.
The fast charge is one of the current development directions of the lithium ion battery, wherein a tab is a metal conductor led out from a pole piece in a lithium ion battery cell, the tab is arranged in the middle to realize the fast charge, and in order to reduce the safety risk caused by lithium precipitation in the cycle process of the lithium ion battery, a lithium ion barrier layer is usually arranged in a region of a vertical projection of a negative electrode tab on a diaphragm, namely, an adhesive tape is pasted on the surface of the diaphragm, but because the diaphragm is made of a light soft material, the problems of adhesive tape wrinkling, position offset and even non-pasting are caused by directly pasting the adhesive tape on the diaphragm, but the double-sided adhesive tape provided by the invention can effectively solve the problems, so the lithium ion battery comprises a positive plate, the diaphragm and a negative plate, the negative plate comprises a negative current collector and a negative active layer arranged on at least one surface of the negative current collector, the surface of the negative current collector is provided with a negative lug;
any one of the double-sided adhesive tapes is adhered to the surface of the diaphragm, and the vertical projection area of the negative electrode tab on the diaphragm falls into the vertical projection area of the double-sided adhesive tape on the diaphragm.
The invention provides a lithium ion battery, which comprises a positive plate, a negative plate, a diaphragm arranged between the negative plate and the positive plate, and a negative tab, wherein the double-sided adhesive tape is adhered to the area of the negative tab vertically projected on the diaphragm, specifically, fig. 4 is a structural schematic diagram of the lithium ion battery provided by an embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 4, the lithium ion battery comprises the positive plate, the diaphragm 200 and the negative plate, the positive plate comprises a positive current collector 101 and a positive active layer 102 arranged on the surface of the positive current collector, the negative plate comprises a negative current collector 301 and a negative active layer 302 arranged on the surface of the negative current collector, the negative tab 400 is arranged in the middle area of the negative current collector 301, namely, the negative active layers 302 are arranged on the left side and the right side of the negative tab 400, the diaphragm 200 is arranged between the positive plate and the negative plate and is used for isolating the contact of the positive plate and the negative plate, the double-sided tape 1 is adhered to the surface of the diaphragm 200, the vertical projection area of the negative electrode tab 400 on the diaphragm 200 falls into the vertical projection area of the double-sided tape 1 on the diaphragm 200, and the double-sided tape 1 can be used as a lithium ion barrier layer to prevent potential safety hazards caused by lithium precipitation of a negative electrode sheet; when the separator 200 is used as an object to be bonded, a positive plate can be used as a transfer object, for example, fig. 5 is a schematic flow chart of a double-sided tape used in a lithium ion battery according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, first, the second adhesive layer 1-3 in the double-sided tape 1 is adhered to the surface of the positive plate, then, the positive plate, the separator, and the negative plate are prepared according to a lamination process or a winding process to obtain a battery cell, and after the battery cell is prepared, the first adhesive layer 1-1 in the double-sided tape 1 is adhered to the surface of the separator 200 to complete the adhering process between the double-sided tape and the separator.
When double-sided tape includes from the type layer, like in the above-mentioned lithium ion battery preparation process, after positive plate preparation is accomplished, need peel off from the double-sided tape surface from the type layer, otherwise in later stage lithium ion battery's preparation process, can break away from the type layer from first adhesive linkage surface automatically, influence lithium ion battery's preparation, but the first tie coat that leaks is bare pastes to the diaphragm easily in the preparation process, cause the regional dislocation of pasting, cause inconvenient for lithium ion battery preparation, consequently, for the ease of lithium ion battery's preparation and double-sided tape's bonding, double-sided tape's first tie coat includes hot melt type and electrolyte resistant type binder, and the second tie coat includes pressure sensitive type and electrolyte resistant type binder not.
The hot-melt electrolyte-resistant adhesive does not have viscosity at normal temperature, releases viscosity after heat treatment, does not change when being soaked in electrolyte, and can be specifically a polyolefin rubber adhesive; the pressure-sensitive adhesive releases viscosity under the action of pressure, and can swell and lose viscosity after being soaked in electrolyte, so that the double-sided adhesive tape falls off from the surface of the positive plate, and can be polyacrylic acid or high-swelling pressure-sensitive rubber.
In the specific use process, firstly, the area of the surface of the diaphragm, to which the double-sided tape needs to be adhered, is determined, then the adhesive-attaching mechanism winds the release layer and performs centralized recovery, and then the second adhesive layer is adhered to the surface of the positive plate, so that the adhering position of the double-sided tape corresponds to the position of the surface of the diaphragm, to which the double-sided tape needs to be adhered, and as the binder in the first adhesive layer does not have viscosity, the double-sided tape adhered to the surface of the positive plate cannot influence the positive rolled plate, and meanwhile, the adsorption of dust can be reduced, and the influence on the safety performance of the lithium ion battery is avoided; then preparing the positive plate, the diaphragm and the negative plate into a battery cell by adopting a lamination process or a winding process, and carrying out hot pressing on the battery cell at the hot pressing temperature of 30-90 ℃, wherein in the hot pressing process, the viscosity of the binder in the first bonding layer is released and is bonded with the diaphragm; and finally, injecting electrolyte into the battery core after packaging, wherein the electrolyte enables the binder in the second bonding layer to have a swelling effect, so that the viscosity is lost or greatly reduced, and the viscosity of the binder in the first bonding layer cannot be reduced, so that the double-sided adhesive tape falls off from the surface of the positive plate and is adhered to the required position of the surface of the diaphragm. The binder may be selected by those skilled in the art according to the kind of the electrolyte, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
In conclusion, the double-sided adhesive tape provided by the invention can be used for pasting the diaphragm in the lithium ion battery, and effectively solves the technical difficulty that the lithium ion barrier layer cannot be arranged on the diaphragm.
The technical scheme provided by the invention is explained in detail by combining the specific embodiments as follows:
example 1
The double-sided tape that this embodiment provided is including the second tie coat, substrate layer, first tie coat and the release layer that stack gradually the setting, wherein:
the base material layer is a PET layer with the thickness of 12 mu m;
the second adhesive layer is obtained by polymerizing 40 parts by mass of hard monomer (VAc/LMA), 60 parts by mass of soft monomer (2-EHA/BA) and 0.5 part by mass of initiator, and is a hot-melt type electrolyte-resistant adhesive;
the thickness of the second bonding layer is 4 μm;
the first adhesive layer is obtained by polymerizing 20 parts by mass of polystyrene, 15 parts by mass of polydiene, 15 parts by mass of styrene-butadiene copolymer, 8 parts by mass of petroleum resin, 3 parts by mass of filler and 0.6 part by mass of initiator, and is pressure-sensitive and electrolyte-intolerant;
the thickness of the first bonding layer is 4 μm;
the release layer is a PE release film with the thickness of 50 μm.
The double-sided adhesive tape is adhered to the surface of the positive plate by the method, the positive plate, the diaphragm and the negative plate are assembled into a battery core, the battery core is packaged and injected with electrolyte (EC: PC: EMC: DEC: 1: 1: 1: 1) to prepare the lithium ion battery, the lithium ion battery is hot-pressed at 80 ℃, the lithium ion battery is disassembled after the hot pressing is finished, the position of the double-sided adhesive tape is observed, and the observation result shows that the double-sided adhesive tape is adhered to the corresponding position of the diaphragm and is stripped from the surface of the positive plate.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, and not to limit the same; while the invention has been described in detail and with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; and the modifications or the substitutions do not make the essence of the corresponding technical solutions depart from the scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A double-sided tape is characterized by comprising a first bonding layer, a base material layer and a second bonding layer which are sequentially stacked;
the first bonding layer comprises one or more of organic silicon adhesives, epoxy adhesives, polyurethane adhesives, polyacrylic adhesives and rubber adhesives, and the bonding strength of the first bonding layer is greater than that of the second bonding layer.
2. The double-sided tape of claim 1, wherein the second adhesive layer comprises one or more of silicone, epoxy, polyurethane, polyacrylic, rubber based adhesives.
3. The double-sided tape according to claim 1, wherein the thickness of the first adhesive layer is 1 to 20 μm.
4. The double-sided tape according to claim 2, wherein the thickness of the second adhesive layer is 1 to 20 μm.
5. The double-sided tape of claim 1, wherein the substrate layer comprises one or more of PI, PP, PE, PET.
6. The double-sided tape according to claim 5, wherein the thickness of the base material layer is 3 to 50 μm.
7. The double-sided tape of claim 1, further comprising a release layer disposed on the surface of the first adhesive layer away from the substrate layer, wherein the release layer is one or more of a PET release film, an OPP release film, a composite release film, a glassine release paper, and a CCK release paper.
8. The double-sided tape according to claim 7, wherein the release layer has a thickness of 3 to 100 μm.
9. The lithium ion battery is characterized by comprising a positive plate, a diaphragm and a negative plate, wherein the negative plate comprises a negative current collector and a negative active layer arranged on at least one surface of the negative current collector, and a negative lug is arranged on the surface of the negative current collector;
the double-sided adhesive tape of any one of claims 1 to 8 is adhered to the surface of the separator, and the vertical projection area of the negative electrode tab on the separator falls within the vertical projection area of the double-sided adhesive tape on the separator.
10. The lithium ion battery of claim 9, wherein the first adhesive layer of the double-sided tape comprises a hot-melt and electrolyte-resistant adhesive and the second adhesive layer comprises a pressure-sensitive and electrolyte-less adhesive.
