The invention relates to a pre-feeding mechanism, in particular to a pre-feeding mechanism of a packer.
Background
The packer is a device for binding objects by using a packing belt, and the whole packing process comprises the steps of belt feeding, belt withdrawing, tensioning, hot sticking and belt cutting. For the belt feeding, certain packing machines are provided with a belt bin, an inlet is arranged in front of the belt bin, a pre-feeding mechanism for packing belts is arranged at the inlet, and a certain amount of packing belts are stored in advance, so that the belt feeding machine is beneficial to timely belt feeding and has the redundancy performance of equipment operation.
In the working process, as the packing belt enters the packing machine, the pre-conveying mechanism is a first device through which the packing belt passes, some foreign matters or packing belt scraps are easy to roll into the pre-conveying mechanism, the pre-conveying mechanism is easy to be blocked to influence the working, the belt can be cleaned irregularly, and the belt can be disassembled and assembled for removing faults. In the past, the method of fixing the belt path of the pre-conveying mechanism by screws needs special tools, and the disassembly, assembly and cleaning are not very convenient.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a pre-feeding mechanism installation module which is easy to disassemble and assemble a pre-feeding mechanism. For this purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the pre-conveying mechanism mounting module is characterized by comprising a mounting module, wherein the pre-conveying mechanism mounting module forms a mounting and dismounting unit taking a module mounting plate as a carrier, a belt path structure of the pre-conveying mechanism and a pre-conveying belt driving motor are both mounted on the module mounting plate, a pre-conveying belt driving wheel and a pre-conveying belt driven wheel are also included in the mounting and dismounting unit, and the pre-conveying belt driving wheel is connected with the pre-conveying belt driving motor.
Further, the pre-feeding mechanism installation module is installed on one side of a cross beam in a case of the packer through the module installation plate, the case is provided with a tape inlet, the installation module is positioned on the inner side of the tape inlet, and a tape channel structure of the pre-feeding mechanism is communicated with the tape inlet.
Further, the belt path structure comprises an entrance belt structure and a turning belt structure, the belt feeding track defined by the turning belt structure is bent to bypass the pre-belt feeding driving wheel, one side of the turning belt structure, which is far away from the pre-belt feeding driving wheel, is provided with an openable structure, the openable structure is rotatably installed, one end, which is close to the entrance belt structure, of the belt feeding track is detachably connected with a tension spring with a handle, the end, which is close to the entrance belt structure, of the belt feeding track is tensioned by the tension spring to be abutted against a limiting structure, the belt feeding track of the turning belt structure is defined by matching with one side, which is close to the pre-belt feeding driving wheel, of the turning belt structure, and the limiting structure is also arranged on the module mounting plate.
Further, the belt feeding track defined by the entrance belt structure is inclined from top to bottom, and the belt feeding track defined by the turning belt structure is connected with the lower end of the belt feeding track defined by the entrance belt structure.
Further, a backing plate is arranged between the mounting seat and the belt channel structure, and the backing plate is at least padded between the inner notch of the guide belt groove and the mounting seat.

Further, the end of the openable structure far away from the entrance conduction band structure is used as a mounting end of the rotary connection, and the rotary shaft of the openable structure is parallel to the axis of the pre-conveying belt driving wheel.
Further, a tape feeding guide frame is arranged in front of a packing tape inlet of a case of the packing machine, and a packing tape cutter is arranged beside the packing tape inlet. Further, the side of the tape feeding guide frame is provided with a tape cutting groove with an outer opening, and the cutting edge of the cutter is exposed downwards from the tape cutting groove.
Due to the adoption of the technical scheme, the mounting and dismounting unit taking the module mounting plate as a carrier is formed, so that the mounting and dismounting unit is convenient to mount and replace quickly, is compact in structure, is convenient to clean and maintain, is applicable to different packing belts, and can avoid unsmooth belt running or excessive abrasion.

Detailed Description
Reference is made to the accompanying drawings. The pre-feed mechanism 100 of the present invention is configured to be modular and capable of being integrally installed and removed for replacement. The pre-feed mechanism 100 has a unified module mounting plate 101 for its built-in structures, such as an entrance guide 11 and a turn guide, mounting posts 31, a pre-feed belt drive motor 200, and the like, described below. The pre-feed mechanism is mounted on a side of the cross beam 300 within the baler cabinet adjacent to an operation port 500 described below via a mounting plate 101, inside the cabinet strapping band inlet 400, with the operation port 500 and the inlet 400 on the same side of the cabinet.
The belt structure of the pre-conveying mechanism comprises an entrance belt structure 11 and a turning belt structure, belt guide grooves are formed respectively, the belt conveying track defined by the belt guide grooves of the turning belt structure is bent around the pre-conveying driving wheel, the turning belt structure is composed of one side 121 close to the pre-conveying driving wheel and an openable structure 122, the openable structure 122 is positioned on one side, far away from the pre-conveying driving wheel 201, of the turning belt structure, the openable structure 122 is rotatably installed, the end, close to the entrance belt structure 11, of the openable structure is adjustably connected with a tension spring 2 with a handle 20 in a detachable mode, a limiting structure is arranged on the openable structure through the tension spring 2, the openable structure 122 is tightly abutted to the limiting structure, the belt guide groove is formed through cooperation with one side 121, close to the pre-conveying driving wheel 201, of the turning belt structure, and the belt conveying track of the turning belt structure is defined. If the strap path is required to be opened, the tension spring 2 can be pulled directly through the handle 20 without tools, so that the tension spring can be disconnected from the openable structure 122 conveniently and rapidly. The tool-free quick opening and opening device can be used for cleaning without disassembling, and has certain adaptability to packing belts with different thicknesses.
The base plate 9 is arranged between the mounting seat 101 and the belt channel structure, the base plate 9 is at least padded between the inner side notch of the guide belt groove and the mounting seat, the base plate 9 is used for replacing the mounting seat 101 to accept abrasion and high-speed cutting of the belt, full-module disassembly and reassembling debugging work caused by abrasion of the mounting seat is avoided, and the disassembly and replacement work amount is reduced.
The backing plate 9 is provided with a plurality of bolt holes 90, at least part of the plurality of bolt holes 90 are aligned with bolt holes 102 for installing the belt path structure on the mounting seat 101, and the backing plate 9 is also penetrated and fixed by bolts when the mechanism to be backed up is installed by the bolts. In addition, a plurality of bolt holes 91 may be further formed in the base plate 9, a plurality of bolts 103 are provided on the mounting base 101 for positioning, the bolt holes 91 on the base plate are aligned with the bolts 103, and bolt holes 92 corresponding to the bolts 103 are also formed in a mechanism (such as the entrance conduction band structure 11) to be padded with the base plate, so that the base plate 9 and the padded mechanism can be pre-assembled in sequence through the bolts and the bolt holes during installation, and then fastened through bolts, thereby facilitating installation.
The end of the openable structure 122 remote from the entrance guide structure serves as the mounting end for the pivotal connection and is pivotally mounted to the mounting plate 101 by means of a shaft 124. The rotation shaft 124 is parallel to the axis of the pre-feed capstan 201.
The entrance guide belt structure 11 is internally provided with a guide belt groove to define a belt feeding track 110 of the entrance guide belt structure 11, and the guide belt groove of the turning guide belt structure is composed of a side part 121 close to the pre-feeding driving wheel and an openable structure 122 to define a belt feeding track 120 of the turning guide belt structure.
The belt track 110 defined by the entrance guide belt structure is inclined from top to bottom, the belt track 120 defined by the turning guide belt structure is connected with the lower end of the belt track 110 defined by the entrance guide belt structure, the belt track extension line 110 defined by the entrance guide belt structure is basically tangent to the pre-belt driving wheel 201, and the basically tangent includes tangent or near tangent, and parallel or near parallel closely to the tangent distance. Therefore, the wrap angle contact surface of the driving wheel can be reduced, belt abrasion is reduced, the inclined belt conveying track is also beneficial to guiding impurities to turning parts, and the impurities can be conveniently and rapidly removed through an openable structure.
The limiting structure adopts a flexible limiting structure, and the flexible limiting structure comprises a fixed mounting structure and a rubber pad or nylon structure arranged on the fixed mounting structure. In this embodiment, nylon cover 32 is adopted to nylon structure, fixed mounting structure adopts erection column 31, and nylon cover 32 cover is at the erection column to the cylindrical surface of nylon cover 32 is eccentric with the axis of erection column 31, when the assembly, can adjust certain position, with better spacing.
The handle 20 of the tension spring 2 is arranged at the end of the tension spring 2 connected with the openable structure 122, and can be hook-shaped for being hooked and pulled by fingers, and the structure 21 of the tension spring 2 connected with the openable structure 122 can be a ring-shaped structure of the tension spring bent in front of the end, can be sleeved on the connecting pin 123 of the openable structure 122, and can be conveniently taken down.
The openable structure 122 is connected to the tension spring 2 near the end of the entrance guide structure 11 in an adjustable connection position. The pre-tension force of the tension spring can be adjusted to adapt to packing belts with different thicknesses, so that unsmooth belt running or excessive abrasion can be avoided. In practice, the openable structure 122 is provided with several connecting pins 123 of different positions near the end of the entrance guide structure 11 for connecting one of them with the tension spring, adjusting the pretension of the tension spring 2. Or the structure connected with the tension spring is a movable and lockable structure, such as a rotating member, the rotating member is provided with a connecting pin for connecting with the tension spring, and meanwhile, a locking screw of the rotating member is provided.
The openable structure 122 is provided with a pre-feeding belt driven wheel 202, the belt path structure of the pre-feeding mechanism is provided with a lever type handle 5, a case 600 of the packer is provided with an operation opening 500, the outer end 51 of the lever type handle 5 penetrates out of the operation opening 500, the lever type handle 5 is staggered with the openable structure 122 in parallel, the openable structure 122 is provided with a structure 125 matched with the inner end 52 of the lever type handle, through the matching, when the lever type handle is pulled, the openable structure can be lifted up in an upward rotating manner, so that the pre-feeding belt driven wheel is far away from the pre-feeding belt driving wheel, the belt can be conveniently worn from the container, and after the belt is worn, the openable structure 122 is rotated to form the matching with one side 121 of the turning belt structure, which is close to the pre-feeding belt driving wheel 201, by means of the restoring force of a tension spring 2, the belt feeding track of the turning belt structure is defined. The lever handle 5 can be designed to have small gravity moment at the outer end and large gravity moment at the inner end, and can reset by gravity rotation after loosening hands.
Meanwhile, when the openable structure 122 is connected with the tension spring 2 and the turning conduction band structure is opened, the pre-feeding driven wheel 202 is also far away from the pre-feeding driving wheel 201, so that a belt path can be cleaned and maintained, and the pre-feeding driven wheel 202 and the driving wheel 201 can be cleaned and maintained. The flexible limiting structure limits the openable structure 122 so that the pre-feeding belt driven wheel 202 is not in contact with the pre-feeding belt driving wheel 201, and when no packing belt exists, the driving wheel and the driven wheel cannot be stuck, abrasion cannot be generated, and large noise is avoided.
The packing belt inlet 400 is also provided with a belt feeding guide frame 6, the belt feeding guide frame 6 is a support of a belt feeding guide wheel 8, and a packing belt cutter 7 is arranged beside the packing belt inlet 400. The side of the tape feeding guide frame 6 is provided with a tape cutting groove 61 with an outer opening, and the cutting edge of the cutter 7 is exposed downwards from the tape cutting groove 61. The threading mechanism may be provided with a fixing member 70, a cutter groove 71 is provided on the inner side of the fixing member 70 for accommodating the main body of the cutter 7, the lower end blade portion of the cutter 7 is exposed out of the fixing member 70, and the fixing member 70 is screwed with a fixing structure such as the guide frame 6 provided with the cutter 7 and simultaneously clamps the cutter 7. Therefore, the cutter beside the inlet of the packing belt can be utilized to cut the belt almost conveniently, the residual belt can be conveniently and timely processed, the residual belt is prevented from entering the packing machine, and the operation of combining the handle 5 on the same side can be performed, so that the whole pre-conveying belt operation is very easy.
