and step six, verifying the cleanliness of the to-be-cleaned flangeless pipeline 7 (or the to-be-cleaned flanged pipeline 10) by checking the cleanliness of the shot cleaning bomb 11, cleaning the pipeline by using an endoscope if necessary, repeating the step three to the step six if necessary, finishing the cleaning of the pipeline after the cleaning requirement is met, and dismantling the tool.
The invention makes up the limitations of low pressure and poor sealing performance in the cleaning of large-caliber long pipelines of the traditional cleaning air gun, has simple structure, convenient installation and disassembly, repeated utilization, high cleaning quality, reduced working period, reduced production cost of oil leakage and the like, and can be widely applied to the cleaning process of various ship pipeline systems.
The invention has been practically proved to be feasible, the maximum pipe outer diameter reaches 219mm in practical operation, and the longest pipeline reaches 170m, but according to the research of practical operation, the invention is not limited to the pipe diameter and the length in experiments. The cleaning foam bomb comprises a friction bomb and a cleaning bomb, and the friction bomb is used for cleaning for a plurality of times in the actual use process, and then the cleaning bomb is used for cleaning the pipeline.
