The invention relates to the field of automobile auxiliary structures, in particular to a convenient automobile sunshade and ventilation device and a sunshade and ventilation method.
Background
When the automobile (especially a car) is parked for a period of time in a burning sun, the metal material of the automobile body can quickly gather heat, so that the temperature in the compartment can be quickly raised and is usually 5-10 degrees higher than the external environment temperature. On one hand, the high temperature can cause the volatilization of toxic substances in the car, and the body health of people is seriously influenced; on the other hand, after entering the vehicle, people feel very sultry and uncomfortable, and usually immediately turn on the refrigeration air conditioner for cooling, so that the fuel consumption of the vehicle is relatively increased.
At present, the common automobile sun-shading devices on the market have the following two types: 1. the sun-proof cloth is placed down when the sun-proof cloth is needed to be shaded, and the sun-proof cloth is rolled up and stored when the automobile is needed to drive. 2. The car cover made of the sun-proof cloth is used for completely covering the car when the sun is needed to be shaded, and is folded and placed into the trunk when the car is needed to be used.
The two automobile sun-shading devices have the following defects: 1. the automatic paving machine needs manual paving or storage, and the automation degree is low; 2. when the automobile is parked for a certain time in a burning sun, the temperature in the carriage is not lower than the temperature of the external environment even if the sun-shading device is adopted, and toxic substances in the decorations in the carriage volatilize in the environment with higher temperature. After the sun-shading device is stored by a driver, the driver still cannot enter the vehicle immediately, the vehicle door needs to be opened for ventilation for a certain time, the hot gas containing toxic substances is exhausted and then enters the vehicle, the driver receives sun exposure outside the vehicle after waiting for ventilation, and the vehicle experience is poor.

Briefly describing the use of the invention:
a sunshade and ventilation method for car is applied to said sunshade and ventilation device for car. Firstly, the convenient-to-use automobile sunshade and ventilation device is required to be installed at the top of an automobile through a permanent magnetic chuck, and the installation method is as follows: 1. placing the shell assembly on the top of the automobile through four permanent magnetic chucks 12 to ensure that the automobile skylight is opposite to a lower ventilation opening 111 at the bottom of the shell 11; 2. the drum 31 is adjusted to be horizontal by adjusting the length of the telescopic rod 125, the positional relationship between the lower end of the telescopic rod 125 and the lower ball seat 123, and the positional relationship between the upper end of the telescopic rod 125 and the upper ball seat 124.
After the installation is completed, the automobile sunshade and ventilation device convenient to use is in an initial state, and under the initial state: a. the four pieces of sun-proof cloth 32 are all in a rolling state, and the edge pressing strip 34 at the lower end of each piece of rolling cloth 32 is embedded into the bell mouth of the corresponding strip-shaped opening 113; b. the movable plate 22 rotates to a state where the upper ventilation opening 112 is closed.
As shown in fig. 5, the cloth storing and releasing method is as follows:
s01, cloth releasing:
a. the motor 33 is synchronously started to lower the sun-proof cloth 32, and in the process of lowering, the sun-proof cloth 32 is stretched, pulled and leveled by the weight of the edge pressing strip 34 connected to the lower end of the sun-proof cloth 32;
b. after the sun-proof cloth 32 is placed in place, the electromagnet 341 embedded in the edge pressing strip 34 is electrified, so that the edge pressing strip 34 is fixed on the outer wall of the automobile in an adsorption manner, and the cloth placing is completed.
In this step, the operator actively presses one or more cloth placing buttons on the remote control device 7, and the single-chip microcomputer 8 controls the corresponding sun-proof cloth 32 to be placed downwards.
In this step, when temperature sensor 6 detects that ambient temperature is higher than the default, the transmission signal gives singlechip 8, and four sun-proof cloths 32 of singlechip 8 control are transferred.
S02, collecting cloth:
a. the electromagnet 341 embedded in the edge pressing strip 34 is powered off, so that the locking relation between the edge pressing strip 34 and the outer wall of the automobile is released;
b. the motor 33 is started to wind the sun-proof cloth 32 on the winding drum 31, the binder strip 34 rises along with the winding of the sun-proof cloth 32, and when the binder strip is embedded into the bell mouth of the strip-shaped opening 113, the cloth collection is completed.
In this step, an operator actively presses one or more cloth collection keys on the remote control device 7, if the sun-proof cloth 32 corresponding to the cloth collection key is in a lowering state, the single-chip microcomputer 8 controls the corresponding sun-proof cloth 32 to collect the cloth, and if the sun-proof cloth 32 corresponding to the cloth collection key is in a winding state, no action is triggered.
As shown in fig. 6, the ventilation method is as follows:
after an operator actively presses a ventilation starting button on the remote control device 7, the single chip microcomputer 8 controls a piston rod of the electric push rod 23 to extend out, and the movable plate 22 is pushed to rotate upwards around the hinged position so as to open the upper ventilation opening 112; the two groups of fans 21 are respectively started, so that high-temperature air in the automobile is discharged to the outside while external fresh air enters the automobile; after the ventilation reaches the preset time or the operator actively presses the ventilation stopping button on the remote control device 7 before the preset time is not reached, the two sets of motors 21 stop running, and the piston rods of the electric push rods 23 retract, so that the movable plate 22 rotates to return to the initial state.
Prior to a venting operation, the sunroof is in an open state.
