The invention mainly aims to provide a lower cover forming die and a size pre-adjusting method of the lower cover forming die, and aims to solve the problems of small application range and poor practicability of the existing lower cover forming die.

Optionally, the bottom of the guide groove is provided with a plurality of first threaded holes, the first threaded holes are distributed at intervals along the length direction of the guide groove, and the forming assembly is provided with first through holes;

The invention also provides a size pre-adjusting method of the lower cover forming die, which comprises the following steps:
positioning the inner box standard die on the stamping side of the die plate;
Moving the first fixing piece and the second fixing piece along the first direction until the first fixing piece and the second fixing piece are respectively abutted with two side walls of the inner box standard die along the first direction, and moving the third fixing piece and the fourth fixing piece along the second direction until the third fixing piece and the fourth fixing piece are respectively abutted with two side walls of the inner box standard die along the second direction;
fixedly mounting and positioning the lower cover standard die on the inner box standard die;
Moving the first positioning column and the second positioning column along the first direction until the first positioning column and the second positioning column are respectively abutted with two concave parts in four concave parts of the lower cover standard die, and moving the third positioning column and the fourth positioning column along the first direction until the third positioning column and the fourth positioning column are respectively abutted with the other two concave parts of the lower cover standard die;
and taking down the lower cover standard die and the inner box standard die to realize the size presetting of the lower cover forming die.
In the technical scheme of the invention, the forming assembly and the positioning assembly are surrounded to form the preformed cavity according to the sizes of the inner mold-surrounding strip assembly and the lower cover to be formed, before the lower cover to be formed is formed, the forming assembly is used for bearing the lower cover to be formed, the positioning assembly is used for being abutted to the concave part of the lower cover to be formed, in the forming process of the lower cover to be formed, the lower cover to be formed is pressed on the inner mold-surrounding strip assembly, and a flanging is formed by folding the preformed cavity along a folding line until the forming assembly and the positioning assembly are abutted to the side wall of the lower cover after forming, and the forming process of the lower cover to be formed is completed. Meanwhile, the size pre-adjusting method provided by the invention can be used for conveniently and rapidly pre-adjusting the lower cover forming die to a state of matching with the target box type on the stamping side, and improves the efficiency of sheet changing processing.

The existing small box for the fine tobacco package consists of an inner box and an outer layer of facial tissue, wherein the inner box comprises an upper cover and a lower cover which are turned over. Before forming, four edges of the unfolded lower cover incoming material need to be folded along corresponding folding lines to form turned edges, the middle part of the lower cover incoming material is in butt joint with the bottom surface of the inner die-surrounding strip combination, the turned edges are adhered with the vertical surfaces of the surrounding strips to form side walls, and four edges of the unfolded upper cover incoming material are folded along the corresponding folding lines to form turned edges and are aligned with the turned edges of the lower cover to form the inner box. In the conventional production of small cigarette packet boxes, the lower cover is generally formed by a lower cover forming die, the lower cover to be formed is positioned by the lower cover forming die, and then the inner mold-surrounding strip combination body is pressed from top to bottom to be formed. However, the existing lower cover forming die is only suitable for forming and processing the lower cover with one specification and size, and different lower cover forming dies are needed to be used for forming and processing the lower covers with different specifications and sizes, namely, different lower cover forming dies are needed to be replaced in the lower cover forming device when the lower covers with different specifications and sizes are formed and processed, so that the existing lower cover forming die has the advantages of small application range, poor practicability and low single replacement processing capability of a production end.
In view of this, the present invention provides a lower cover forming mold and a method for pre-adjusting the dimensions of the lower cover forming mold, fig. 1to 4 are an embodiment of the lower cover forming mold provided by the present invention, and fig. 5 is an embodiment of the method for pre-adjusting the dimensions of the lower cover forming mold provided by the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the lower cover forming mold 100 includes a mold plate 1, a forming assembly 2 and a positioning assembly 3, wherein the mold plate 1 has a punching side, the forming assembly 2 is adjustably positioned on the punching side of the mold plate 1 to bear a lower cover 140 to be formed, and is abutted to a sidewall of the lower cover after forming the lower cover 140 to be formed, and the positioning assembly 3 is adjustably positioned on the punching side of the mold plate 1 to be abutted to a recess of the lower cover 140 to be formed, wherein the forming assembly 2 and the positioning assembly 3 enclose to form a preformed cavity, and the preformed cavity is used for placing the lower cover 140 to be formed, so that the lower cover 140 to be formed is formed under the action of the inner mold-enclosing strip assembly 130 and the mold plate 1.
In the technical scheme of the invention, the forming component 2 and the positioning component 3 are enclosed to form the preformed cavity according to the sizes of the inner mold-enclosing strip combination 130 and the lower cover 140 to be formed, before the lower cover 140 to be formed is formed, the forming component 2 is used for bearing the lower cover 140 to be formed, the positioning component 3 is used for abutting against a concave part of the lower cover 140 to be formed, in the forming process of the lower cover 140 to be formed, the lower cover 140 to be formed is pressed on the inner mold-enclosing strip combination 130, and turned over along a folding line through the preformed cavity until the forming component 2 and the positioning component 3 are abutted against the side wall of the lower cover after forming, and the forming process of the lower cover 140 to be formed is completed, as the forming component 2 and the positioning component 3 are arranged on the punching side in an adjustable manner, the forming component 2 and the positioning component 3 can be positioned according to the positions of the inner mold-enclosing strip combination 130 and the lower cover 140 to be formed of various sizes, in the forming process of the lower cover to be formed is carried out, and the turned over is required to be formed along a large-down die, and the forming device is changed in the range of different sizes of the lower cover to be formed, and the forming device is suitable for forming the lower cover 100 is changed in the different sizes, and the forming process of the lower cover is formed by changing the size of the die, and the forming device is greatly reduced in the required size, and the forming device is required to be changed, and the forming the required to be changed. It should be noted that, the adjustment of the molding assembly 2 and the positioning assembly 3 may be performed directly by the lower cover to be molded 140, or may be performed by using the inner box standard mold 110 and the lower cover standard mold 120 before the lower cover to be molded 140 is molded. Referring to fig. 5, in the method for pre-adjusting the dimensions of the lower cover forming mold provided by the present invention, the inner box standard mold 110 and the lower cover standard mold 120 are adopted for adjustment.
In addition, the form of the mold plate 1 is not limited, and may be rectangular, circular, or polygonal, and in an embodiment of the lower cover forming mold provided by the present invention, the mold plate 1 is disposed in a cross shape.
The stamping side of the die plate 1 is provided with a guide groove 11, the forming assembly 2 is provided with a guide piece corresponding to the guide groove 11, and the guide piece is matched with the guide groove 11, so that the forming assembly 2 is adjustably and slidably arranged on the die plate 1. The forming assembly 2 is slidably disposed along the guide groove 11 along the guide groove to locate the die plate 1 at different positions, so as to adjust according to the specification and dimensions of the various inner mold-surrounding strip assemblies 130 and the lower cover 140 to be formed, expand the application range of the lower cover forming mold 100, and improve the practicability.
Further, the bottom of the guide groove 11 is provided with a plurality of first threaded holes 111, the plurality of first threaded holes 111 are distributed at intervals along the length direction of the guide groove 11, the forming assembly 2 is provided with first through holes 22, the forming assembly 2 further comprises first screws 21, and the first screws 21 are used for penetrating one of the first through holes 22 and the plurality of first threaded holes 111, so that the forming assembly 2 is in threaded connection with the template 1. The forming assembly 2 is fixedly mounted on the template 1 through the first screw 21 and the first threaded hole 111, and a plurality of first threaded holes 111 are formed along the guide groove 11, the first screw 21 can be arranged on one of the plurality of first threaded holes 111 in a penetrating mode, so that the forming assembly 2 is adjustably mounted on the template 1, positioning and fixing of the forming assembly 2 at different positions on the template are achieved, and the operation is convenient and simple. Specifically, referring to fig. 1, in an embodiment of the lower cover forming mold provided by the present invention, the first through hole 22 is a long hole, so that when the forming assembly 2 is fixed, the first screw 21 is conveniently and accurately positioned to be in threaded connection with the first threaded hole 111, thereby improving positioning accuracy and being beneficial to improving the forming effect of the lower cover 140 to be formed.
The molding assembly 2 comprises a first fixing piece 23, a second fixing piece 24, a third fixing piece 25 and a fourth fixing piece 26, wherein the first fixing piece 23 and the second fixing piece 24 are arranged at intervals along a first direction and have movable strokes which are close to or far away from each other along the first direction, the third fixing piece 25 and the fourth fixing piece 26 are arranged at intervals along a second direction and have movable strokes which are close to or far away from each other along the second direction, and the first direction and the second direction extend along a horizontal direction and are perpendicular to each other. Specifically, referring to fig. 2 and 4, when the lower cover forming mold 100 is adjusted, the first fixing member 23 and the second fixing member 24 are respectively positioned by abutting against two side walls of the inner box standard mold 110 or the inner mold-surrounding strip assembly 130 in the first direction, and the third fixing member 25 and the fourth fixing member 26 are respectively positioned by abutting against two side walls of the inner box standard mold 110 or the inner mold-surrounding strip assembly 130 in the second direction, and the first fixing member 23 and the second fixing member 24 have a moving stroke of approaching or separating from each other, so that the third fixing member 25 and the fourth fixing member 26 also have a moving stroke of approaching or separating from each other, and therefore the range of applicability of the lower cover forming mold 100 is enlarged by adjusting the distance between the first fixing member 23 and the second fixing member 24 and the distance between the third fixing member and the fourth fixing member 26 to correspond to the inner box standard mold 110 or the inner mold-surrounding strip assembly 130 of different types. Before the lower cover 140 is molded, the first fixing member 23, the second fixing member 24, the third fixing member 25 and the fourth fixing member 26 are used for jointly bearing the lower cover 140 to be molded, when the lower cover 140 to be molded is molded, the lower cover 140 to be molded is pressed by the inner mold-surrounding strip assembly 130 for molding, and the first fixing member 23, the second fixing member 24, the third fixing member 25 and the fourth fixing member 26 are respectively abutted against corresponding side walls of the lower cover after molding.
It should be noted that, the number of the guide grooves 11 is not limited, the number of the guide grooves 11 depends on the number of the first fixing member 23, the second fixing member 24, the third fixing member 25 and the fourth fixing member 26, and at least one guide groove 11 needs to be provided for each of the first fixing member 23, the second fixing member 24, the third fixing member 25 and the fourth fixing member 26 to be slidably mounted on the mold plate 1, and referring to fig. 1, in an embodiment of the lower cover forming mold provided by the present invention, in order to ensure stability of the first fixing member 23, the second fixing member 24, the third fixing member 25 and the fourth fixing member 26, each of the first fixing member 23, the second fixing member 24, the third fixing member 25 and the fourth fixing member 26 is slidably mounted on the mold plate 1 through two guide grooves 11.
Further, the positioning assembly 3 includes a first positioning column 31, a second positioning column 32, a third positioning column 33 and a fourth positioning column 34, where the first positioning column 31, the second positioning column 32, the third positioning column 33 and the fourth positioning column 34 are sequentially distributed at intervals along the circumferential direction of the template 1, and are movably mounted on the template 1 along the first direction and the second direction respectively, in the circumferential direction of the template 1, the first positioning column 31 is located between the first fixing piece 23 and the third fixing piece, the second positioning column 32 is located between the third fixing piece 25 and the second fixing piece 24, the third positioning column 33 is located between the third fixing piece 25 and the fourth fixing piece 26, and the fourth positioning column 34 is located between the fourth fixing piece 26 and the first fixing piece 23. When the lower cover forming mold 100 is adjusted, the first positioning column 31, the second positioning column 32, the third positioning column 33 and the fourth positioning column 34 are respectively adjusted after being fixed at the position of the forming assembly 2 until being respectively abutted against and positioned with the lower cover standard mold 120 or the four concave parts of the lower cover 140 to be formed, namely, being positioned at the included angle position between two adjacent turned edges of the lower cover 140 to be formed, so as to further position the forming position of the lower cover 140 to be formed, after the first positioning column 31, the second positioning column 32, the third positioning column 33, the fourth positioning column 34, the first fixing piece 23, the second fixing piece 24, the third fixing piece 25 and the fourth fixing piece 26 are encircled to form the preformed cavity, the lower cover forming mold 100 can perform forming processing on the lower cover 140 to be formed, the lower cover 140 to be formed is placed on the upper side of the forming assembly 2, and the inner mold strip 130 is positioned on the lower cover to be formed until being formed into the preformed cavity by encircling the lower cover, the second fixing piece 25, the lower cover to be formed into the fourth fixing piece 140, and the preformed cavity is encircled by the second fixing piece 24, the third fixing piece 25 and the fourth fixing piece 26 until the preformed cavity is formed by encircling the lower cover 140.
It should be noted that, referring to fig. 1 and 4, the first positioning post 31, the second positioning post 32, the third positioning post 33 and the fourth positioning post 34 are higher than the first fixing member 23, the third fixing member 25, the second fixing member 24 and the fourth fixing member 26, that is, the forming assembly 2 is disposed on the lower side of the lower cover 140 to be formed, and the positioning assembly 3 is disposed on the side of the lower cover 140 to be formed, so as to further position the forming position of the lower cover 140 to be formed.
Further, the first positioning column 31 and the second positioning column 32 are adjustably positioned along the first direction and mounted on the third fixing member 25, and move along with the third fixing member 25 along the second direction, and the third positioning column 33 and the fourth positioning column 34 are movably mounted on the fourth fixing member 26 along the first direction and move along with the fourth fixing member 26 along the second direction. Namely, the positions of the third fixing member 25 and the positions of the first positioning column 31 and the second positioning column 32 in the second direction are adjusted, and the positions of the third positioning column 33 and the fourth positioning column 34 in the second direction are adjusted while the positions of the fourth fixing member 26 are adjusted, so that the adjustment of the positions of the positioning assembly 3 in the second direction is facilitated, the efficiency is improved, the miniaturization design of the lower cover forming die 100 is realized, and the production cost is reduced.
Further, referring to fig. 1, the third fixing member 25 and the fourth fixing member 26 respectively include two stop portions 27, the two stop portions 27 are mounted on the formwork 1 at intervals along the first direction, the first positioning column 31 and the second positioning column 32 are mounted on the two stop portions 27 of the third fixing member 25 respectively in an adjustable positioning manner along the first direction, and the third positioning column 33 and the fourth positioning column 34 are mounted on the two stop portions 27 of the fourth fixing member 26 respectively in an adjustable positioning manner along the first direction. The first positioning column 31, the second positioning column 32, the third positioning column 33 and the fourth positioning column 34 move along the first direction on the corresponding stop portion 27, so that they can be abutted against the lower cover standard mold 120 or the concave portion of the lower cover 140 to be molded with different types of specifications, the application range of the lower cover molding mold 100 is enlarged, the practicability is improved, and the molding cost is reduced.
It should be noted that, referring to fig. 1 and 3, the two stopping portions 27 included in each of the third fixing member 25 and the fourth fixing member 26 are disposed at intervals, so that after the lower cover forming process is completed, the manipulator is convenient to grasp the formed product from the gap between the two stopping portions 27 to send to the next production station, thereby improving the working efficiency. In addition, referring to fig. 1, the first fixing member 23 and the second fixing member 24 also respectively include two stopping portions 27, and the two stopping portions 27 are mounted on the mold plate 1 at intervals along the second direction, so that the manipulator is also convenient to grasp the molded product from the gap between the two stopping portions 27 and send the molded product to the next production station.
Further, a plurality of second threaded holes 271 are spaced apart from each other along the first direction, the first positioning column 31, the second positioning column 32, the third positioning column 33 and the fourth positioning column 34 are respectively provided with a second through hole 35, the first positioning column 31, the second positioning column 32, the third positioning column 33 and the fourth positioning column 34 are respectively provided with a second screw, and the second screw is used for penetrating one of the corresponding second through hole 35 and the corresponding plurality of second threaded holes 271, so that the first positioning column 31, the second positioning column 32, the third positioning column 33 and the fourth positioning column 34 are respectively in threaded connection with the corresponding stop parts 27, and therefore the first positioning column 31, the second positioning column 32, the third positioning column 33 and the fourth positioning column 34 are adjustably movably mounted on the corresponding stop parts 27, and the operation is simple and convenient.
In order to facilitate the lower cover forming mold 100 to perform the size pre-adjustment by using the inner box standard mold 110 and the lower cover standard mold 120, two positioning holes 12 are provided on the punching side of the mold plate 1, and the two positioning holes 12 are disposed in the pre-forming cavity at intervals, so that the inner box standard mold 110 can be detachably and fixedly mounted on the mold plate 1. The inner box standard die 110 is positioned through two positioning holes 12, so that the forming assembly 2 is conveniently positioned according to the size of the inner box standard die 110. It should be noted that, the number of the positioning holes 12 is not limited, as long as the inner box standard die 110 can be fixed on the stamping side of the die plate 1, specifically, referring to fig. 1, in an embodiment of the lower cover forming die provided by the invention, two positioning holes 12 are provided on the stamping side of the die plate 1, and two positioning holes 12 are provided along the diagonal line of the stamping side, so that the inner box standard die 110 is stressed uniformly, a fixed installation effect is ensured, meanwhile, two first through holes corresponding to the two positioning holes 12 are also provided on the inner box standard die 110, and two corresponding first through holes and two positioning holes 12 are respectively penetrated through by two third screws, so that the inner box standard die 110 is fixedly connected with the die plate 1, and simultaneously, two second through holes are also provided on the lower cover standard die 120, and two corresponding second through holes, two first through holes, two positioning holes 12 and two positioning holes are respectively penetrated through by two fourth screws, so that the inner box standard die 110 and the die plate 1 are conveniently connected with the pre-formed die plate 1, and the positioning assembly 3 is formed.
The lower cover forming mold 100 further comprises a mounting portion 4, wherein the mounting portion 4 is disposed on one side of the mold plate 1 and is used for connecting with a turntable of the lower cover forming device, so that the lower cover forming mold 100 is detachably mounted on the lower cover forming device. The lower cover forming dies 100 are connected with the turntable through the mounting portions 4, so that the lower cover forming dies 100 rotate around the turntable, the lower covers 140 to be formed can be formed in a plurality of forming procedures, the working efficiency is improved, the lower cover forming dies 100 are detachably connected with the turntable through the mounting portions 4, the lower cover forming dies 100 can be conveniently detached, replaced and maintained, and working of staff is facilitated.
It should be noted that the mounting portion 4 may be disposed on the stamping side of the die plate 1, may be disposed on one of two sides of the die plate 1 in the first direction, or may be disposed on one of two sides of the die plate 1 in the second direction, specifically, referring to fig. 1, in an embodiment of the lower cover forming mold provided in the present invention, the mounting portion 4 is disposed on the stamping side of the die plate 1.
The connection between the mounting portion 4 and the die plate 1 is not limited, and may be welding or bolting, and in an embodiment of the lower cover forming die provided by the present invention, the mounting portion 4 is bolted to the die plate 1.
The invention also provides a method for presetting the size of the lower cover forming die, and fig. 5 is an embodiment of the method for presetting the size of the lower cover forming die.
Referring to fig. 5, the method for presetting the dimensions of the lower cover forming mold is as follows:
