The plastic sheet crushing and screening machine as claimed in claim 3, wherein a first material guiding plate (305) is fixedly mounted at one end of the screening plate (301) close to the connecting rod (306), the first material guiding plate (305) is hinged with one end of the connecting rod (306), the input end of the first material guiding plate (305) is communicated with the through hole (304), and the output end of the first material guiding plate (305) is located above the recycling bin (1).
