As an improvement, belt tightening device includes belt tightening wheel, tightening wheel base, slider, guide rail, extension spring and fixed rail screw, the guide rail passes through fixed rail screw and second C type saw body coupling, both ends all are equipped with the slider on the guide rail, the slider lower extreme is equipped with the tightening wheel base, be equipped with belt tightening wheel on the tightening wheel base, one of them belt tightening wheel cooperates with interior hold-in range, another belt tightening wheel cooperates with outer hold-in range, the extension spring both ends are connected with two tightening wheel bases respectively.

The belt tightening device comprises a belt tightening wheel 9, a tightening wheel base 10, a sliding block 11, a guide rail 12, a tension spring 13 and a fixed guide rail screw 14, wherein the guide rail 12 is connected with a second C-shaped saw body 2 through the fixed guide rail screw 14, the sliding blocks 11 are arranged at the two ends of the guide rail 12, the lower ends of the sliding blocks 11 are provided with the tightening wheel base 10, the tightening wheel base 10 is provided with the belt tightening wheel 9, one of the belt tightening wheels 9 is matched with the inner synchronous belt 4, the other belt tightening wheel 9 is matched with the outer synchronous belt 5, and the two ends of the tension spring 13 are respectively connected with the two tightening wheel bases 10.
The tension springs 13 are symmetrically arranged on the tightening wheel base 10.
The second C-shaped saw body 2 is provided with a plurality of band saw back top wheels along the movement track of the band saw 3, and the band saw back top wheels are matched with the band saw 3.
The band saw back top wheel comprises a roller 16, a wheel shaft 25 and shaft fixing screws 26, the shaft fixing screws 26 are symmetrically arranged on the second C-shaped saw body 2, two ends of the wheel shaft 25 are connected with the shaft fixing screws 26, the roller 16 is rotatably arranged on the wheel shaft 25, and the roller 16 is matched with the band saw 3.
The power mechanism comprises a synchronous belt connecting gear 18, an idler gear 19, a main shaft transmission gear 20 and a motor 21, wherein the motor 21 is arranged on a first C-shaped saw body 1, cavities 22 are formed in the upper end part and the lower end part of the first C-shaped saw body 1 and the second C-shaped saw body 2, one end of the motor 21 extends into the cavity 22, the main shaft transmission gear 20 is arranged at one end of the motor 21 extending into the cavity 22, the idler gear 19 meshed with the main shaft transmission gear 20 is arranged in the cavity 22, the synchronous belt connecting gear 18 meshed with the idler gear 19 is arranged in the cavity 22, one end of the synchronous belt connecting gear 18 is connected with one inner transmission synchronous pulley 6, and one end of the other synchronous belt connecting gear 18 is connected with one outer transmission synchronous pulley 7.
The inclined saw collecting wheel comprises a screw rod 23 and a bearing 24, the screw rod 23 penetrates through the first C-shaped saw body 1 and the second C-shaped saw body 2, an inclined plane nut 15 is arranged at one end of the screw rod 23, the screw rod 23 is obliquely arranged towards the band saw 3, and the bearing 24 is arranged on the screw rod 23 and is matched with the band saw 3.
The outer driving synchronous pulley 7 is provided with two pairs on the second C-shaped saw body 2.
The inner driving synchronous pulley 6 is provided with two pairs on the second C-shaped saw body 2.
In the concrete implementation of the invention, when in use, the motor 21 is started, the main shaft transmission gear 20, the idler gear 19 and the synchronous belt connecting gear 18 drive the inner transmission synchronous belt pulley 6 and the outer transmission synchronous belt pulley 7 to rotate, and further drive the inner synchronous belt 4 and the outer synchronous belt 5 to rotate, as one section of the outer synchronous belt 5 is tightly contacted with the band saw 3, the band saw 3 passes through between the inner transmission synchronous belt pulley 6 and the outer transmission synchronous belt pulley 7, the inner synchronous belt 4 on the inner transmission synchronous belt pulley 6 is tightly contacted with the outer synchronous belt 5 on the outer transmission synchronous belt pulley 7 and the band saw 3, which drives the band saw 3 to tightly contact and rotate to cut logs, and the log square stock is loaded into the fixture to be fed into the saw port during cutting, because band saw 3 is the arc just can cut into curved face, also can drive first C type saw body 1 and the rotation of second C type saw body 2 through rotating base 17, just so can drive band saw 3 and follow the line rotation that needs the radian and reach the panel demand of cutting two radians, be equipped with slope receipts saw wheel and band saw back of the body top wheel, band saw 4, outer hold-in range 5 extrusion effect under the direction rotation effect that the saw wheel was inclined is received in the slope, band saw 3 can constantly tighten up and support on band saw back of the body top wheel thereby play and prevent falling the effect of saw of being convenient for receive the saw, be equipped with belt tightening means, can tighten inner hold-in range 4 like this, outer hold-in range 5.
