The following examples are intended to illustrate the invention but are not intended to limit the scope of the invention. The conditions in the embodiments can be further adjusted according to specific conditions, and simple modifications of the method of the present invention based on the concept of the present invention are within the scope of the claimed invention.
Referring to fig. 1-11, the invention provides an energy-saving and environment-friendly traditional Chinese medicine processing device, which comprises a base 1, wherein one end surface of the base 1 is provided with a groove one 2, one end of the upper surface of the base 1 is fixed with two supporting blocks 3, the top parts of the two supporting blocks 3 are fixed with a same fixed box 4, the fixed box 4 is positioned right above the groove one 2, the bottom part of the fixed box 4 is provided with a slicing knife 34 in a lifting way through a driving component, the base 1 is provided with a sliding material pushing component which is assembled to push materials to move, the top part of the base 1 is provided with a pressure plate 8 in a lifting way through a plurality of limiting components, the bottom part of the pressure plate 8 is provided with a rolling compaction component, the top part of the pressure plate 8 is provided with a U-shaped handle 12, the rolling compaction component comprises a conveying belt 11 and a plurality of rotating rollers 10, the lower surface of the pressure plate 8 is provided with a storage groove one 9, the plurality of rotating rollers 10 are all rotatably arranged inside the storage groove one 9, a plurality of rotating rollers 10 are all positioned inside the conveying belt 11; the slicing knife 34 is arranged, and the driving component is used for driving the slicing knife to move up and down, so that the medicinal materials can be effectively sliced; through setting up clamp plate 8, can compress tightly the medicinal material, prevent that it from taking place to shift at the section in-process, cooperation live-rollers 10 and conveyor belt 11's effect has reduced the frictional force between medicinal material and the clamp plate 8, and laborsaving effect is good, has effectively improved the device's safety in utilization simultaneously, avoids incising the condition of hindering the people's hand and takes place.
The driving assembly comprises a rotating shaft 5, a rotating disc 26, a driving column 27 and a rectangular frame 28, the rotating shaft 5 is rotatably installed in the center of the inside of the fixed box 4, the rotating disc 26 is fixedly installed on the rotating shaft 5, the driving column 27 is adjustably installed on one side face of the rotating disc 26 through a sliding limiting assembly, the rectangular frame 28 can be vertically and slidably installed in the inside of the fixed box 4 through a connecting assembly, the driving column 27 penetrates through the rectangular frame 28, one end of the rotating shaft 5 penetrates through the outside of the fixed box 4 and is fixedly connected with a first connecting rod 6, one end, far away from the rotating shaft 5, of the first connecting rod 6 is fixedly installed with a rocker 7, a plurality of second grooves 50 are formed in the side face of the driving column 27, rollers 51 are rotatably installed in the second grooves 50, and the outer side faces of the rollers 51 are in contact with the inner surface of the rectangular frame 28; through the arrangement of the driving assembly, the driving column 27 is driven to do circular motion by the turntable 26, and the rectangular frame 28 is used for converting the rotary motion into the up-and-down reciprocating motion to drive the slicing knife 34 to move, so that people can easily slice medicinal materials, and the practical use effect is good; by arranging the second groove 50 and the roller 51, the friction force between the driving column 27 and the inner surface of the rectangular frame 28 can be obviously reduced, so that the abrasion is reduced, the service life of the device is prolonged, and the slicing precision of the device is improved.

The other end of the driving column 27 is provided with a groove III 52, a pull ring 53 is arranged inside the groove III 52, a magnet block 54 is embedded and mounted on the inner surface of the groove III 52, one end of the pull ring 53 is hinged with the inner surface of the groove III 52, and the other end of the pull ring 53 is magnetically connected with the magnet block 54; the convenience of people in adjusting the position of the driving column 27 is further improved by arranging the third groove 52 and the pull ring 53; the magnet block 54 is designed to prevent the pull ring 53 from shaking freely.
The sliding material pushing assembly comprises a reciprocating screw rod 18, a first synchronizing wheel 20, a second connecting rod 22, a bottom plate 23, a wooden plate 24 and a plurality of trundles 25, a containing cavity 17 is formed in the base 1, a strip-shaped opening 19 is formed in the upper surface of the base 1, the containing cavity 17 is communicated with the strip-shaped opening 19, the reciprocating screw rod 18 is rotatably installed in the containing cavity 17, the first synchronizing wheel 20 is fixedly installed at one end of the reciprocating screw rod 18, the second connecting rod 22 penetrates through the strip-shaped opening 19, two ends of the second connecting rod 22 are fixedly connected with the bottom plate 23 and nuts of the reciprocating screw rod 18 respectively, the wooden plate 24 is installed on the upper surface of the bottom plate 23, the trundles 25 are all installed on the lower surface of the bottom plate 23, the outer surfaces of the trundles 25 are in contact with the upper surface of the base 1, a transmission assembly is arranged between the rotating shaft 5 and the first synchronizing wheel 20, the transmission assembly is assembled to be used for transmitting the rotating force on the rotating shaft 5 to the first synchronizing wheel 20, so as to drive the reciprocating screw rod 18 to rotate; through the arrangement of the sliding material pushing assembly, the reciprocating screw rod 18 is utilized to convert the rotary motion into the linear motion to drive the bottom plate 23 to slide for feeding, so that the linkage effect of material movement and lifting of the slicing knife 34 is realized, the energy-saving effect is excellent, the structure is simple, the stability is good, the service life is long, meanwhile, the protection on the cutting edge of the slicing knife 34 is realized by matching with the action of the wood plate 24, and the actual slicing operation is facilitated; by providing the caster 25, the supporting function of the base plate 23 can be improved, and the base plate can be prevented from being bent due to the pressing of the slicing blade 34.
