Detailed Description
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Fig. 1 and 2 are front and rear perspective views of the holder 1 according to the present embodiment. The holder 1 is a member capable of holding, storing, displaying, and the like aggregates 5A, 5B of a weldable bead toy 51 described later in fig. 7 by the joining members 2, 3A (or the joining members 3B, 4). In the following description of the holder 1, the front surface 11a side of the body 11 is referred to as a front surface, and the opposite side (the rear surface 11b side) is referred to as a rear surface. The first engaging piece 13a side in the first direction X of the main body 11 is set to the left, the opposite side (the second engaging piece 15a side) is set to the right, the first engaging piece 13b side in the second direction Y of the main body 11 is set to the lower side, and the opposite side (the second engaging piece 15b side) is set to the upper side.
The holder 1 has a rectangular flat plate-like body portion 11. The main body 11 is formed in a substantially rectangular flat plate shape and has a substantially planar surface 11a (first surface). A plurality of rectangular uneven surfaces are formed in a checkered pattern on the surface 11 a. Alternatively, other arbitrary patterns may be formed on the surface 11a by modeling, color, or the like. A plurality of openings 111 (first engaged portions) arranged in a matrix of 7 rows and 6 columns are provided on the front surface 11a side of the main body portion 11. Opening 111 is formed in a bottomed circular hole shape (see also a cross-sectional view of fig. 4 a).
Side surfaces 12(12a to 12d) extend from respective outer peripheral edges of the four sides of the front surface 11a of the body 11 toward the rear surface 11b (second surface). First engaging pieces 13a and 13b (13) extending laterally via a base portion 131 (see fig. 2, 4a, and 4 b) on the rear surface 11b side of the left side surface 12a and the lower side surface 12c are formed on the left side surface 12a and the lower side surface 12c (first side surface), respectively. The first engaging piece 13a on the left side surface 12a side is provided at three positions. The first engaging piece 13b on the lower surface 12c side is provided at two positions. The first engaging piece 13a of the left side surface 12a is formed narrower than the first engaging piece 13b of the lower side surface 12 c.
Of the plurality of first engaging pieces 13a and 13b provided separately, the first engaging pieces 13a and 13b located at both ends are provided on the end side of the side surfaces 12a and 12c (i.e., on the corner side of the main body 11 in fig. 3). In fig. 3, the outer edges 13a1, 13a2 of the first engaging piece 13a on the left side surface 12a side are provided at positions inward of the lower side surface 12c and the upper side surface 12 d. On the other hand, the outer edges 13b1, 13b2 of the first engaging piece 13b on the lower side 12c side are provided on substantially the same plane as the left side 12a or the right side 12b, respectively.
Each of the first engaging pieces 13a and 13b is formed in a rectangular plate shape with both corners of the tip side chamfered by R. A protrusion 132 protruding toward the front surface 11a of the body 11 is formed on the front surface side of the first engaging pieces 13a and 13 b. The protrusion 132 extends linearly in the width direction of the first engagement pieces 13a and 13b in a long stripe shape.
Second engaging pieces 15a and 15b (15) extending laterally via a base portion 151 (see fig. 2, 4a, and 4 b) on the rear surface 11b side of the right side surface 12b and the upper side surface 12d are also formed on the right side surface 12b and the upper side surface 12d (second side surface), respectively. The second engaging piece 15a on the right side surface 12b side is provided at two positions. The second engaging piece 15b on the upper side surface 12d side is provided at one position on the center side of the upper side surface 12 d. The second engaging piece 15a of the right side surface 12b is provided to be narrower than the second engaging piece 15b of the upper side surface 12 d. The second engaging pieces 15a and 15b are also formed in a rectangular plate shape with both corners on the front end side chamfered by R.
In this way, the number of the first engaging pieces 13a formed on the left side surface 12a in the first direction X of the main body 11 is different from the number of the first engaging pieces 13b formed on the lower side surface 12c in the second direction Y orthogonal to the first direction X. In addition, the number of the second engaging pieces 15a formed on the right side surface 12b in the first direction X is different from the number of the second engaging pieces 15b formed on the upper side surface 12d in the second direction Y.
An insertion portion 14a (14) (first insertion portion) is formed between the adjacent first engagement pieces 13a, and an insertion portion 14b (14) (first insertion portion) is formed between the adjacent first engagement pieces 13 b. Also, in the right side surface 12b and the upper side surface 12d, an insertion portion 16a (16) (second insertion portion) is formed between and outside the adjacent second engagement pieces 15a, and an insertion portion 16b (16) (second insertion portion) is formed on both sides of the second engagement piece 15 b. The insertion portions 14a and 14b are provided adjacent to the first engagement pieces 13a and 13b, and the insertion portions 16a and 16b are provided adjacent to the second engagement pieces 15a and 15 b. The insertion portions 14a, 14b, 16a, and 16b are rectangular cutout spaces that have cutout depths corresponding to the thickness of the first engagement pieces 13a and 13b or the second engagement pieces 15a and 15b and that open toward the rear surface 11b (see also fig. 4(a) and 4 (b)).
On the right side surface 12b and the upper side surface 12d side, the insertion portions 16a, 16b at both ends of the plurality of insertion portions 16a, 16b provided separately are provided at the end portions of the side surfaces 12b, 12d (i.e., the corner portions of the body portion 11).
As shown in fig. 2, of the insertion portions 16a and 16b of the right side surface 12b and the upper side surface 12d, the back surface 11b opposite to the front surface 11a is provided with a groove portion 161. The groove 161 is provided adjacent to the inner wall of the right side surface 12b or the upper side surface 12d, and opens in a slit shape on the rear surface 11b side of the body 11. The plurality of holders 1 can be coupled to each other by engaging the protrusion 132 of the first engaging piece 13 of the other holder 1 with the groove 161.
As shown in fig. 1, a flange-like portion 112 is formed around the outer periphery of the side surface 12. The flange-like portion 112 is formed around the outer periphery of each of the side surfaces 12a to 12 d. The flange-shaped portion 112 is provided at the end portion of the side surface 12 on the back surface 11b side at a position corresponding to the insertion portions 14 and 16, and is provided at the base end portions of the first engaging piece 13 and the second engaging piece 15 at positions corresponding to the first engaging piece 13 and the second engaging piece 15, respectively.
Here, a structure for coupling the holders 1 will be described. The holder 1A in fig. 4(a) is a combined cross-sectional view showing IVa-IVa of the holder 1 in fig. 3, and is a view including a coupling portion in a case where the plurality of holders 1B, 1C are coupled in the left-right direction. The configuration of the insertion portion 14a, not shown, of the left side surface 12a of the center holder 1A is the same as that of the insertion portion 14a of the left side surface 12a of the right holder 1B. The configuration of the insertion portion 16a, not shown, of the right side surface 12b of the center holder 1A is the same as that of the insertion portion 16a of the right side surface 12b of the left holder 1C.
The left side surface 12a of one holder 1 is opposed to the right side surface 12b of the other holder 1, and the first engaging piece 13a and the second engaging piece 15a are inserted into the mating insertion portions 16a, 14a of the adjacent holders 1, respectively, and engaged with each other, thereby coupling the holders 1 in the left-right direction.
When the first engaging piece 13a is inserted into the insertion portion 16a, the flange-shaped portions 112 abut against each other and are positioned in the direction in which the holders 1 approach each other, and the protrusion portion 132 can engage with the groove portion 161 from the rear surface 11b side. Thereby, the movement of the coupled holders 1 in the left-right direction (first direction X) is restricted. The first engaging piece 13a can abut against a wall portion forming the right side surface 12b of the insertion portion 16a, and the second engaging piece 15a can also abut against a wall portion forming the left side surface 12a of the insertion portion 14 a. Therefore, the first engaging piece 13a and the second engaging piece 15a restrict the movement of the holder 1 adjacent to each other in the direction of the front surface 11a and the back surface 11 b. Therefore, the holders 1A, 1B, and 1C connected in the left-right direction (first direction X) are connected so as not to be separated from each other.
The holder 1A in fig. 4(b) is a combined cross-sectional view of the holders 1 in fig. 3, showing a coupling portion in a case where the holders 1D and 1E are coupled in the vertical direction. In fig. 4(b), the configuration of the insertion portion 14b, not shown, of the lower surface 12c of the central holder 1A is the same as that of the insertion portion 14b of the lower surface 12c of the upper holder 1D. The configuration of the insertion portion 16b, not shown, of the upper surface 12d of the central holder 1A is the same as the configuration of the insertion portion 16b of the upper surface 12d of the lower holder 1E.
The lower surface 12c of one holder 1 is opposed to the upper surface 12d of the other holder 1, and the first engaging piece 13b and the second engaging piece 15b are inserted into the mating insertion portions 16b and 14b of the adjacent holders 1, respectively, and engaged with each other, thereby connecting the holders 1 in the vertical direction.
When the first engaging piece 13b is inserted into the insertion portion 16b, the flange-shaped portions 112 abut against each other and are positioned in the direction in which the holders 1 approach each other, and the protrusion portion 132 can engage with the groove portion 161 from the rear surface 11b side. Thereby, the movement of the coupled holders 1 in the up-down direction (second direction Y) is restricted. The first engaging piece 13b can abut against a wall portion forming the upper side 12d of the insertion portion 16b, and the second engaging piece 15b can also abut against a wall portion forming the lower side 12c of the insertion portion 14 b. Therefore, the first engaging piece 13b and the second engaging piece 15b restrict the movement of the holder 1 adjacent to each other in the direction of the front surface 11a and the back surface 11 b. Therefore, the holders 1A, 1D, and 1E coupled in the vertical direction (second direction Y) are coupled so as not to be separated from each other.
In this way, when the first engaging piece 13 and the second engaging piece 15 are alternately inserted into each other and engaged with the insertion portions 14 and 16 of the adjacent retainers 1, the retainers 1 can be coupled to each other to increase the area of the front surface 11a and the number of the openings 111.
Returning to fig. 2, the holder 1 has an opening 17 on the rear surface 11b side. The opening 17 is formed of a cylindrical body having a bottomed hole and protruding from the back surface 11b to the back surface side. The opening 17 is formed in a circular recessed shape, and is capable of fitting engagement portions 24, 35, 46 of the joining members 2, 3A, 3B, 4 described later. The openings 17 are formed at two positions on the left and right of the lower end side.
Fig. 5 is a diagram showing a plurality of joint members 2, 3A, 3B, 4 having different shapes. The joint member 2 includes: a columnar shaft portion 21 extending in one direction, a hexagonal flat plate-like flange-like portion 22 formed around the shaft portion 21, and bulging portions 23 projecting around the outer periphery at both ends of the shaft portion 21. The flange-like portions 22 are provided at two positions spaced apart from each other on the shaft portion 21. The axial lengths of the intermediate portion 21a and the end portion 21b of the shaft portion 21 are formed substantially the same. The bulge portion 23 protrudes radially outward around the shaft portion 21. The end portion 21b, the flange-shaped portion 22, and the bulge portion 23 form engaging portions 24 (a first engaging portion and a second engaging portion) on both end sides of the joining member 2.
The joining members 3A, 3B (first joining member) have: rectangular flat plate-like intermediate portions 31A, 31B extending in one direction; flange-like portions 32 formed at both ends of the intermediate portions 31A, 31B; a columnar shaft portion 33 extending in the longitudinal direction of the intermediate portions 31A and 31B via the flange-like portion 32; and bulging portions 34 formed at both ends of the shaft portion 33. Since the intermediate portion 31B is formed to be longer than the intermediate portion 31A, the entire joining member 3B is formed to be longer than the joining member 3A.
The shape and size of the flange-like portion 32, the shaft portion 33, and the bulge portion 34 are formed in the same manner as the flange-like portion 22, the end portion 21b, and the bulge portion 23 of the joining member 2, respectively. Therefore, the flange-shaped portion 32, the shaft portion 33, and the bulging portion 34 form engaging portions 35 (first engaging portion and second engaging portion) on both end sides of the joining members 3A and 3B in the same manner as the engaging portions 24. The engaging portions 35 are formed on both ends with an opening portion 36 disposed substantially at the center of the intermediate portions 31A, 31B interposed therebetween.
The opening 36 is formed as a circular through hole that can be engaged with the engagement portions 24, 35, 46 of the other joining members 2, 3A, 3B, 4. Short cylindrical portions 361 are formed on both sides of the plate surfaces of the intermediate portions 31A, 31B, and the cylindrical portions 361 form opening ends of the opening portions 36. An inner peripheral projection 362 projecting radially inward is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the opening 36. The inner peripheral projection 362 is formed at 4 in the circumferential direction. The bulging portions 23, 34, 45 are formed to be engageable with the inner peripheral projection 362.
The joining member 4 (second joining member) has a bifurcated engaging recess 43 (second engaging portion) formed by a long rectangular bottom plate 41 and side plates 42 extending substantially perpendicularly from both ends of the long side of the bottom plate 41. The width between the side plates 42 of the engaging recess 43 is formed substantially the same as or slightly narrower than the outer shape of a weldable bead toy 51 described later in fig. 7. The joint member 4 has a columnar shaft portion 44 and a bulging portion 45 formed at an end portion of the shaft portion 44, and the shaft portion 44 is erected from a bottom portion of the bottom plate 41 on a side opposite to the engagement recess 43. The shaft portion 44 and the expanded portion 45 are formed in the same shape and size as the end portion 21b and the expanded portion 23 of the joining member 2, respectively. Further, an engagement portion 46 (first engagement portion) similar to the engagement portion 24 is formed by the bottom plate 41, the shaft portion 44, and the bulging portion 45.
Since the shaft portions 21 (end portions 21B), 33, 44 of the engaging portions 24, 35, 46 of the joining members 2, 3A, 3B, 4 are formed to have a diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the opening portion 36, the joining members can be inserted into the opening portion 36 of the other joining member 3A, 3B to connect 2 or more joining members 2, 3A, 3B, 4 (see also fig. 6). At this time, the bulging portions 23, 34, 45 can pass over the inner peripheral projection 362 in the opening portion 36 in the insertion direction and engage with the inner peripheral projection 362. Therefore, the engagement portions 24, 35, and 46 can be prevented from falling off from the opening portion 36.
The engaging portions 24, 35, 46 formed in the engaging members 2, 3A, 3B, 4 are formed so as to be engageable with the opening 111 of the holder 1 (see also the engaging member 2 shown by a two-dot chain line in fig. 4 a). The opening 111 has an inner diameter larger than the shaft portions 21 (end portions 21B), 33, 44 of the engaging portions 24, 35, 46 and smaller than the diameters of the bulging portions 23, 34, 45, and when the engaging portions 24, 35, 46 are inserted into the opening 111, the bulging portions 23, 34, 45 are pressed by the inner peripheral surface of the opening 111, and can be engaged with a force to such an extent that the engaging members 2, 3A, 3B, 4 are not easily detached.
Fig. 7 is a diagram showing an example of use of the holder 1. The aggregates 5A, 5B formed by fusing a plurality of weldable bead toys 51 made of a water-soluble resin can be held by the holder 1 via any of the joining members 2, 3A, 3B, 4. The weldable bead toy 51 is formed into a spherical shape made of a synthetic resin mixed with polyvinyl alcohol. The plurality of weldable bead toys 51 are arranged on a tray, not shown, and are brought into a wet state by using a sprayer or the like, so that the adjacent weldable bead toys 51 are welded to each other to form the assemblies 5A, 5B. The aggregate 5A of the present embodiment simulates a human shape, and the aggregate 5B simulates a sword. The aggregates 5A and 5B are provided with openings 5A1 and 5B1 (second engaged portions) formed by dividing (deleting) 1 weldable bead toy 51. The engaging portions 24 and 35 of the joining members 2, 3A, and 3B are configured to be engageable with the openings 5A1 and 5B1 formed in the aggregates 5A and 5B. The opening edges of the openings 5a1, 5B1 through which the engaging portions 24, 35 are inserted are in contact with the flange- like portions 22, 32 and are stably supported.
In the example of fig. 7, the aggregate 5A is held by the holder 1 via the joining member 3A. Further, the aggregate 5B is held by the holder 1 via the joining member 2. Since the lengths of the joining member 3A and the joining member 2 in the longitudinal direction (in other words, the distance between the engaging portions 24 and 35 at both ends) are different, the aggregates 5A and 5B can be arranged at different height positions. Therefore, the holder 1 can also arrange a plurality of aggregates 5A, 5B in an overlapping manner, and can hold a large number of aggregates.
The assemblies 5A and 5B may hold the weldable bead toy 51 disposed at the end portions of the assemblies 5A and 5B by the engaging recess 43 of the joining member 4 shown in fig. 5. The engaging portion 46 of the joining member 4 may be attached to the other joining members 3A and 3B.
The holder 1 can be placed upright with the front surface 11a inclined by attaching the engaging members 2, 3A, 3B to the two openings 17 (see fig. 2). Since the flange-shaped portions 22 and 32 of the joining members 2, 3A, and 3B are formed in a polygonal plate shape, the C-chamfered outer peripheral edge portions of the flange-shaped portions 22 and 32 can be brought into contact with the mounting surface of the holder 1. Therefore, the holder 1 can be stably placed on the stand.
According to the embodiment of the present invention as described above, the holder of the following aspect can be provided.
A holder according to a first aspect is a holder of an assembly in which a plurality of weldable bead toys made of a water-soluble resin are welded, the holder including: a main body portion provided with a first engaged portion; and a joining member having: a first engaging portion engageable with the first engaged portion; and a second engaging portion engageable with a second engaged portion formed on the aggregate.
According to this configuration, the ornamental value of the aggregate made of the weldable bead toy can be improved, and one or a plurality of aggregates can be maintained in a beautiful manner.
In the holder according to the second aspect, the plurality of first engaged portions are provided in the body portion, and both the first engaging portion and the second engaging portion are engageable with the first engaged portion.
According to this configuration, the joining member can be disposed at a free position of the holder, and the degree of freedom of the position of holding the aggregate can be improved.
In the holder according to the third aspect, the engaging member includes a first engaging member having a through hole that is engageable with one of the first engaging portion and the second engaging portion of the other engaging member, and the first engaging portion and the second engaging portion are formed in a columnar shape provided on both end sides across the through hole.
According to this configuration, the position and orientation of the joining member connected to the holder can be freely set, and the degree of freedom in the position of holding the aggregate can be improved.
In the holder according to the fourth aspect, the through hole has an inner circumferential projection on an inner circumferential surface, and a flange-shaped portion engageable with the inner circumferential projection is formed around an outer circumference of the first engaging portion and the second engaging portion engageable with the through hole.
