The elastic rope piece comprises a tension spring section fixedly connected with the second fixing ring 17 and a pull rope section fixedly connected with the tension spring section. Through adopting the stay cord part to replace tension spring, avoided the loss in the tension spring use on the one hand, promoted life, on the other hand has avoided the better structure of the backup pad of lying on the back that causes of tension spring elasticity to produce too big inertia impact force when sliding on the slide rail frame.
The pulley block 15 comprises two pulleys arranged at intervals; the first fixing ring and the second fixing ring respectively comprise two fixing rings corresponding to the pulleys.

Clamping plates 19 are fixedly connected to two sides of the bottom surface of the base plate 18, each clamping plate is fixedly clamped with the outer side of the corresponding horizontal bar, locking bolts are arranged on the clamping plates, and the locking bolts penetrate through the side walls of the clamping plates to be tightly abutted against the side walls of the horizontal bars so as to fix the base plate; through loosening the locking bolt who is used for fixed backing plate, the position of portable cardboard on the horizontal bar to this adjusts the backing plate position, fixes locking bolt once more at last, realizes the fixed of backing plate.
A flexible rubber pad or rubber anti-slip paper is arranged on the top surface of the backing plate 18.
As shown in fig. 3 to 5, which are schematic structural views of a use state of embodiment 1 of the present invention, the structure enables a trainer to perform exercises of leg bending exercises and lateral splitting exercises. The trainer lies on the supine supporting plate 9, the head is positioned at the position of the head supporting plate 13, the legs are bent, the foot pedals the baffle 2, the trainer integrally forms rightward thrust on the supine supporting combined structure, under the stretching action of the elastic rope piece connected between the supine supporting combined structure and the training frame body 1, the trainer rolls down the roller train 8.3 of the sliding block 8.2 under the supine supporting combined structure and slides rightwards along the sliding rail 3.1 of the sliding rail frame 3, and continues to return to the original position under the restoring force action of the elastic rope piece, at the moment, the trainer continues to bend the legs to pedal the baffle 2, and thus the leg bending effect is trained in a reciprocating sliding manner.
The position of the base plate 1.5 on the horizontal bar 1.3 is adjusted through the clamping plate 19, so that a trainer can perform auxiliary training by combining the base plate.
Referring to FIGS. 6-9, there is shown a schematic structural view of a second use state of embodiment 1 of the present invention, which allows a trainer to perform leg flexibility exercises of lateral splits. On the basis of the remaining supine support combined structure 4, the structure of a supine support plate 9, a supine plate 10 and a head support plate 13 above a translation plate structure 8 is continuously removed, and only the translation plate structure 8 is reserved on the slide rail frame 3. Because the translation plate 8.1 and the supine support plate 9 are fixed by bolts, the supine support plate and the structure above the supine support plate can be removed by directly dismounting the bolts connected between the translation plate and the supine support plate. During training, a trainer steps on the translation plate 8.1 in the slide rail 3.1 by feet and holds the horizontal bar 1.3 by hands to gradually move the body downwards and separate two legs, the sliding blocks 8.2 below the two translation plates in the same slide rail are pushed by the legs to drive the sliding blocks and the roller sets 8.3 on the side surfaces of the bottom of the sliding blocks to slide along the inner wall of the slide rail 3.1, and further the translation plates are driven to move and slide above the slide rail, so that the legs of the trainer are flatter to split, and leg flexibility exercise of transverse splitting is realized.
Fig. 10-13 are schematic views of a third configuration of a use state of embodiment 1 of the present invention, which enables a trainer to complete a waist-wriggling exercise. The structure needs to integrally remove the previously reserved translation plate structure 8 from the slide rail frame, and the removing method comprises the following steps: and moving each translation plate 8.1 to the right end of the slide rail frame, and moving out through the right end opening of the slide rail. Then, the waist training structure 6 which is detached before is remounted, and is still placed into the fixed plate group 6.1 and the rotating plate 6.2 and the rotating plate 6.3 which are arranged on the fixed plate group in a translation way from the right end opening of the slide rail frame; after the proper position on the slide rail frame, adopt threaded fastener 6.4 to organize fixed plate fixedly, at this moment, the upper plate of fixed plate group and hypoplastron laminating slide rail roof and by the tight fixed of support to realized the fixed of waist training structure and slide rail frame. The trainer steps on two rotating plates 6.3 with feet, holds the horizontal bar 1.3 with hands, twists round the waist pivoted exercise, also can further accomplish the waist twisting exercise under different states such as the health squat or bending through the support of training frame body 1.
In the combined body-building training frame, the bottom end surface of the backing plate 18 is also provided with an elastic hanging rope; can be used for supporting the waist of the trainer when the trainer trains, and forms supporting protection for the waist.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 14-15, the combined body-building training frame is the same as the structure of the combined body-building training frame of the embodiment 1, except that a plate body 20 is further fixed on the slide rail frame between the supine support combined structure 4 and the pulley block 15, and a roller member 21 is fixed on the plate body; the other end of the elastic rope member sequentially bypasses the pulley block 15 and the roller shaft member 21 to be fixedly connected with the first fixing ring 16 on the left side of the limit slat 12.
The roller members 21 include two horizontally parallel rollers spaced apart from each other in the direction of the cords of the elastic cord members.
The using process refers to the using process of the combined body-building training frame in the embodiment 1 under different disassembly and assembly states; due to the fact that the roll shaft parts 21 are additionally arranged, the roll shaft parts can further assist the movement of the supine support plate in the leg bending training in one of the using states, namely the roll shaft parts further support and guide the elastic rope parts in the moving state, and balance of the supine support plate when the supine support plate slides on the sliding rail is guaranteed. The structure of the roller member 21 newly added in the embodiment does not interfere with the use of other training items.

Claims (10)

1. A combined body-building training frame comprises a training frame body and is characterized in that a baffle is arranged on one side of the training frame body, a sliding rail frame is supported and arranged at the bottom end of the training frame body, and a supine support combined structure is slidably arranged on the sliding rail frame; one end of the slide rail frame close to the baffle is hinged with the bottom end of the training frame body, a cylinder body is connected between the slide rail frame and the training frame body in a supporting manner, and the slide rail frame is obliquely arranged at a certain horizontal angle with the bottom end of the training frame body through the supporting adjustment of the cylinder body;

the waist training structure comprises a fixed plate group fixed with the sliding rail frame and a rotating plate rotatably arranged above the fixed plate group, and two rotating plates are rotatably arranged at two ends of the rotating plate.

the upper plate comprises an upper circular plate, the bottom surface of which is covered on the top surface of the slide rail frame; the two sliding rails below the upper circular plate are respectively provided with two lower plates, the lower plates are lower circular plates attached to the bottom sides of the openings of the sliding rail frames at the top ends of the sliding rails, and the threaded fasteners are fixedly arranged on the upper circular plate in a penetrating mode corresponding to the circle centers of the lower circular plates; the rotating plate is rotatably arranged at the circle center of the upper circular plate.
6. The combination fitness training frame of claim 3, wherein a limiting slat is disposed on the supine plate on a side close to the second support plate, and the bottom end of the second support plate is engaged with the limiting slat to support the supine support plate.
