Abstract

本发明提供一种制氢组合物，以质量份计，包括以下组分：1‑20份制氢材料、5‑30份碳酸氢盐、10‑50份有机酸、10‑50份成型剂、0.1‑10份稳定剂。能够获得纯度较高的氢，且较为稳定，便于存储携带。本发明还提供了所述制氢组合物的应用。

技术领域
本发明涉及制氢保健领域，尤其涉及一种制氢组合物及其应用。
背景技术
氢气是一种绝佳抗氧化剂，因为氢气分子很微细，能进入体内并穿透细胞膜，带走恶性活性氧，并合成水排出体外，且不会影响其它良性活性氧及身体功能的运作。水中的“氢”具有极强的还原能力，富含氢离子的水素水(Hydrogen Water)，即为氢还原水，与普通的水不同，通过其还原力，可清除体内过剩的活性氧(氧自由基)。
公开号为CN103585029A公开的粉末浴用化妆品，将制氢材料引入浴用护肤领域，但是，其存在易吸潮不稳定的问题，需要加入防潮材料，且对包装和存储有严格的要求，对使用条件也有限制，产氢量有限。
那么如何得到一种稳定的、便于存储运输使用的高产氢的还可以用于保健的制氢材料呢？
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的制氢纯度低，量少，制氢材料不稳定，对储存，运输条件要求较高等问题，本发明的目的是提供一种制氢组合物能够获得纯度较高的氢，且较为稳定，便于存储携带有效解决了现存问题。
为实现上述申请目的，本发明采用如下技术方案：
本发明提供了一种制氢组合物，以质量份计，包括以下组分：1-20份制氢材料、5-30份碳酸氢盐、10-50份有机酸、10-50份成型剂、0.1-10份稳定剂。优选的，所述制氢组合物还包括，以质量份计，0.1-5份净水剂；优选的，所述净水剂包括亚硫酸钙、无机银抗菌剂、纳米石墨烯、竹炭、活性炭中的至少一种。优选的，所述制氢材料包括镁粉、氢化镁粉、氢化钙粉、含氢珊瑚钙粉、含氢牡蛎粉、硼氢化钠、纳米硅粉中的至少一种。优选的，所述碳酸氢盐包括碳酸氢钠、碳酸氢镁、碳酸氢钙中的至少一种。优选的，所述有机酸包括羧酸，或所述有机酸为羧酸；优选的所述羧酸包括乙醇酸、丙二酸、苹果酸、柠檬酸、酒石酸、醋酸中的至少一种。优选的所述成型剂包括麦芽糊精、乳糖中的至少一种。优选的，所述稳定剂包括可压性淀粉、硬质酸镁、聚乙二醇和微晶纤维素中的至少一种。
本发明提供了一种制氢组合物在制备辅助治疗风湿性关节炎，或失眠症，或高血糖，或宫寒，或足疾，或腰腿疼痛，或更年期综合症，或免疫力低下，或脾胃失调、肝气郁结，或易疲劳的保健品的应用中的应用。失眠症指的是不能正常入睡或醒后难以入睡，以及由失眠导致的头晕、心痛、心悸、健忘、神疲乏力、心神不定等症的总称。足疾指的是足癣、足痒、汗脚、臭脚等足部不适。
本发明提供了一种制氢组合物在泡澡、或足部护理、或口腔护理、或美容美肤、或头发护理、或女性护理方面的应用。泡澡即在洗澡时将本品(即本发明制氢组合物)置于洗澡水中即可。足部护理可以是将本品置于洗脚水中，浸泡足部。口腔护理即可用含有本品的水漱口、或刷牙、或含住有本品的水停滞片刻吐掉。美容美肤即可将本品置于水中，用得到的液体敷脸部或者其他部位的皮肤；或者将得到的液体以喷雾的形式喷于皮肤上，或使用得到的液体清洁皮肤。头发护理，可以生发育发，取本品置于水中，取得到的液体涂抹于头皮按摩至吸收。女性护理，取本品置于水中，取得到的液体用于外阴或阴道清洁。
本发明提供了一种制氢组合物可以呈现的剂型，所述制氢组合物的剂型可以是片剂、丸剂、散剂、膏剂、丹剂或颗粒剂。
本发明制氢组合物一方面能够获得纯度较高的氢，另外一方面较为稳定，便于存储携带。且本发明制氢组合物具有护肤、杀菌等功效。

本发明提供了一种制氢组合物，以质量份计，包括以下组分：1-20份(可以为1份、3份、5份、6份、7份、10份、12份、13份、15份、16份、18份、20份)制氢材料、5-30份(可以为5份、7份、8份、10份、13份、15份、18份、20份、22份、25份、28份、30份)碳酸氢盐、10-50份(可以为10份、15份、18份、20份、23份、25份、28份、30份、35份、38份、40份、45份、48份、50份)有机酸、10-50份(可以为10份、15份、18份、20份、23份、25份、28份、30份、35份、38份、40份、45份、48份、50份)成型剂、0.1-10份(可以为0.1份、0.5份、0.7份、1份、1.3份、1.5份、1.7份、2份、2.5份、3份、3.5份、4份、4.5份、4.8份、5份、5.5份、6份、6.5份、7份、7.5份、8份、8.5份、9份、9.5份、10份)稳定剂。碳酸氢盐与有机酸起到协同崩解作用，此外在本发明配方的酸碱比例范围内，酸性成分占比稍高，能够提供酸性环境激发快速制氢，氢气制备的速度和量均有提升，同时还具有美肤作用。成型剂具有优良的润滑性、粘结性，为赋型剂，在制备片剂的时候成为赋型载体。稳定剂增加制氢组合物稳定性，尤其是制备成片剂时使得形状完整。优选的，所述制氢组合物还包括，以质量份计，0.1-5份(可以为0.1份、0.5份、0.7份、1份、1.3份、1.5份、1.7份、2份、2.5份、3份、3.5份、4份、4.5份、4.8份、5份)净水剂；优选的，所述净水剂包括亚硫酸钙、无机银抗菌剂、纳米石墨烯、竹炭、活性炭中的至少一种。引入净水剂有以下作用：(1)净化水中余氯及其它有机物；(2)起到抗菌防腐的功效；(3)亚硫酸钙具有很好的还原性，可与氢气协同降低水的负电位；(4)还可解决了材料易潮解的问题。优选的，所述制氢材料包括镁粉、氢化镁粉、氢化钙粉、含氢珊瑚钙粉、含氢牡蛎粉、硼氢化钠、纳米硅粉中的至少一种。优选的，镁粉粒径为10-500微米，纯度95％以上；氢化镁粉粒径为1-100微米，纯度90％以上；纳米硅粉10-1000纳米。优选的，所述碳酸氢盐包括碳酸氢钠、碳酸氢镁、碳酸氢钙中的至少一种。优选的，所述有机酸包括羧酸，或所述有机酸为羧酸；优选的所述羧酸包括乙醇酸、丙二酸、苹果酸、柠檬酸、酒石酸、醋酸中的至少一种。优选的所述成型剂包括麦芽糊精、乳糖中的至少一种。优选的，所述稳定剂包括可压性淀粉、硬质酸镁、聚乙二醇和微晶纤维素中的至少一种。制氢组合物可以是粉末状的，可以是粒状的，还可以是片剂。
优选的，所述制氢组合物还可以包括，以质量份计，5-40份中药组合物(可以为5份、10份、15份、18份、20份、23份、25份、28份、30份、35份、38份、40份)。
本发明制氢组合物可以加入现有技术中的中药配合使用。
以上材料均可市售获得，或者根据相关专利或者文章制备，可以根据实际需求选择购买或者自制。如含氢珊瑚钙粉可以购自上海全人生物科技有限公司、含氢牡蛎粉可以购自日照生命谷生物科技发展股份公司。
本发明制氢组合物剂型可以为片剂、丸剂、散剂、膏剂、丹剂、栓剂或颗粒剂。可以根据不同剂型制备的需要引入现有技术中的辅料。片剂、丸剂、散剂、膏剂、丹剂、栓剂可参考百度描述。颗粒剂理解为所述制氢组合物和适宜的辅料混合制成具有一定粒度的干燥颗粒状制剂。
本发明制氢组合物可以被压制成泡腾片，被用于泡澡或者泡脚等。下面以片剂为例说明本品的功效。
实施例1准备制氢组合物及制成片剂
制氢组合物1号：镁粉(65微米)1份+碳酸氢钠18份+乙醇酸22份+麦芽糊精19份+聚乙二醇6000 5份；
制氢组合物2号：氢化镁(38微米)1份+碳酸氢钠18份+丙二酸30份+麦芽糊精19份+聚乙二醇6000 5份+亚硫酸钙1份；
制氢组合物3号：氢化钙(28微米)1份+碳酸氢钠18份+苹果酸40份+麦芽糊精19份+聚乙二醇6000 5份+亚硫酸钙2份；
制氢组合物4号：镁粉(65微米)5份+碳酸氢钠18份+柠檬酸22份+麦芽糊精17份+聚乙二醇6000 5份+亚硫酸钙1份；
制氢组合物5号：镁粉(65微米)5份+碳酸氢钠18份+柠檬酸32份+麦芽糊精7份+聚乙二醇6000 3份+亚硫酸钙1份；
制氢组合物6号：镁粉(65微米)5份+碳酸氢钠18份+柠檬酸35份+麦芽糊精4份+聚乙二醇6000 5份+亚硫酸钙1份；
将上述材料按照各自比例进行球磨或者机械混合，以得到粉末状或者颗粒状的中间产物，再压制成片剂1号-6号。
所述球磨的球料比为10～50:1，球磨时间为1～5小时；
所述机械混合的搅拌转速为5～400转/分钟，搅拌时间为0.5～3小时。
实施例2氢含量测试
将实施例1中得到的片剂1号、2号、3号各取一片置于500mL纯净水中崩解测试，将台湾产的KH888溶解氢/负电位测试笔插入水杯中检测，读取数值，结果如下：

在配方中引入亚硫酸钙粉，可实现去除水中余氯、净化水质和降低氧化还原电位值等作用。
将实施例1中得到的片剂4号、5号、6号各取两片放入5L水(40-50℃)中，测试1小时内的H含量。

通过制氢组合物包括的物质比例变化，从而提高崩解速度，加快反应速率，如表中结果可看出，柠檬酸占比越高，反应速度越快。
片剂1号、2号、3号、4号、5号、6号分别分发给2位体验者(共12位)，体验者每周泡澡两次，一月后，皮肤状态均得到改善。
实施例3
制氢组合物7号：含氢珊瑚钙粉20份+碳酸氢钙15份+碳酸氢钠15份+乙醇酸25份+丙二酸25份+乳糖11份+微晶纤维素8份；
额外加入中草药组合物：生姜10份+艾叶10份+红花4份+三七5份+肉桂3份+苦参2份；具有补中益气，疏肝解郁，改善睡眠效果。不能正常入睡或醒后难以入睡的人，以及具有头晕、心痛、心悸、健忘、神疲乏力、心神不定等症的人使用7号制氢组合物制备的泡脚片泡脚有较好的改善。
有效泡脚后，大部分体验者睡眠质量改善。
制氢组合物8号：氢化镁(38微米)1份+镁粉(65微米)5份+含氢牡蛎粉6份+碳酸氢钠5份+丙二酸10份+柠檬酸5份+苹果酸3份+麦芽糊精25份+乳糖25份+聚乙二醇60005份+亚硫酸钙1份+纳米石墨烯3份+无机银抗菌剂1份
额外加入中草药组合物：生黄芪8份+红花5份+苦参3份+苍术4份+桃仁6份+赤芍4份+当归4份；温阳通络，活血化瘀，发表散热，止痛生肌，降低血糖。适用于糖尿病症状的人使用。
长期规律，有效泡脚或泡澡后，大部分体验者血糖降低。
制氢组合物9号：硼氢化钠5份+纳米硅粉5份+碳酸氢钠5份+苹果酸50份+乳糖10份+聚乙二醇6000 3份+硬质酸镁3份+可压性淀粉3份+纳米石墨烯0.1份
额外加入中草药组合物：益母草10份+红花10+生姜5份+艾叶5份+当归3份+香附2份+川芎1份；养血滋阴，调补肝肾，适用于体弱身瘦，血虚不孕等宫寒症状的人使用。
制氢组合物10号：含氢牡蛎粉15份+碳酸氢钠25份+丙二酸10份+麦芽糊精20份+可压性淀粉0.5份
额外加入中草药组合物：苦参8份+黄柏6份+丁香5份+煅龙骨3份+槐花2份+五倍子2份+郁金2份+地肤子2份+地榆2份+明矾2份+大黄1份；适用于足癣、足痒、汗脚、臭脚的人使用。
有效泡脚后，大部分体验者脚部不适得到改善。
制氢组合物11号：氢化钙粉5份+硼氢化钠10份+碳酸氢钠10份+碳酸氢镁15份+乙醇酸35份+麦芽糊精8份+硬质酸镁9份+亚硫酸钙3份
额外加入中草药组合物：防风10份+金蝉花10份+当归8份+丹参2份+黄芪2份；益肝肾、补气血、祛风湿、通经络。适用于中老年的肝肾虚损，气血不足、腰腿疼痛。
有效泡脚后，大部分体验者腰腿疼痛得到改善。
制氢组合物12号：纳米硅粉10份+碳酸氢镁15份+碳酸氢钙3份+丙二酸25份+麦芽糊精20份+可压性淀粉0.5份。
定期，规律泡澡后，大部分体验者的皮肤状态得到改善。
制氢组合物13号：纳米硅粉1份+镁粉9份+碳酸氢钙25份+苹果酸10份+麦芽糊精18份+硬质酸镁0.1份+亚硫酸钙4份+无机银抗菌剂0.5份。
定期，规律泡澡后，大部分体验者的皮肤状态得到改善。部分女性阴部瘙痒症状改善。
制氢组合物14号：纳米硅粉9份+镁粉5份+氢化钙粉2份+碳酸氢钠28份+酒石酸10份+麦芽糊精18份+微晶纤维素6份+竹炭3份。
定期，规律泡脚后，大部分体验者腰腿酸痛改善，脚部角质软化，脚部皮肤状况改善。
制氢组合物15号：纳米硅粉12份+碳酸氢钠25份+醋酸35份+麦芽糊精28份+硬质酸镁1.5份+竹炭4份+亚硫酸钙1份。
定期，敷脸后，大部分体验者的皮肤状态得到改善。
制氢组合物16号：硼氢化钠9份+碳酸氢镁25份+醋酸40份+麦芽糊精18份+硬质酸镁4份+活性炭4份。
定期用此漱口后，大部分体验者牙周炎症改善，口气减轻。
实施例4
在其他实施例中，中药组合物还可以是其他的药方。
(1)配方：当归、陈皮、青皮、砂仁、红曲、丁香、麦芽、枳壳、栀子、厚朴、藿香、木香。
功效：疏肝理气、脾胃调理，适用于肝郁气滞、脾胃不和所致消化不良、胁肋胀痛、大便溏薄的中老年人。
(2)配方：桂皮、刺五加、甘草、人参叶、川芎、何首乌、益智仁、菟丝子。
功效：缓解压力、舒缓疲劳，祛风湿、补肝肾、强筋骨。适用于剧烈运动、长时间工作或体力劳动后、睡眠不足、思想压力大，注意力不集中、全身疲乏无力肌肉酸痛、无食欲等慢性疲劳综合症的人。
(3)配方：韭子、巴戟天、杜仲、党参、黄芪、枸杞子、牛鞭、肉苁蓉、熟地黄、菟丝子、生姜。
功效：提高免疫力，温肾补阳、强精壮阳。适用于肾阳虚引起的腰痛、胫骨无力、早泄、阳痿。
(4)配方：苦参，苍术，川椒，黄柏，防风，荆芥，甘草，当归，牡丹皮。
功能：祛风散寒，活血通络，除湿止痛，适用于风寒侵袭所致的筋骨疼痛及软组织损伤后肿胀疼痛，慢性腰疼，患有风湿性关节炎的人。
(5)配方：黄连，枣仁，麦冬，白芍，白薇，丹参，龙骨。
功能：清心，平肝，主治更年期综合症；适用烘热汗出，心烦易怒，口干，失眠，心悸心慌，更年期综合症的人。
实施例5
制氢组合物17号：纳米硅粉20份+碳酸氢钠20份+乙醇酸30份+乳糖15份+微晶纤维素8份+亚硫酸钙1份+纳米石墨烯2份；
额外加入中草药组合物：生姜12份+艾叶8份+红花5份+三七4份+肉桂2份+苦参3份。
以17号组合物的中药配方为例，同样量的中药，富氢水与普通水萃取后的结果：添加了氢之后，中药能够在更短时间内溶出，并且浸出液颜色更深，中药味道更浓郁，证明氢分子的超强渗透力能够促进中草药有效物质的溶出，制氢材料与中草药结合，能够借助氢分子与中草药的协同增强作用，及氢分子的抗氧化和透皮特性，更有利于中草药有效物质的浸出和吸收。
将上述材料按照各自比例进行球磨或者机械混合，以得到粉末状或者颗粒状的中间产物，再压制成片剂。
氢含量测试：将制氢组合物17号制备的片剂取两片放入盛放5L纯净水(40-50℃)的杯中浸泡。将台湾产的KH888溶解氢/负电位测试笔插入水杯中检测，读取数值，测试1小时内的H含量。

可以从数据看出，添加纳米石墨烯之后，制氢组合物制氢能力增强，一方面增强材料抗菌性，另外一方面增加制氢材料微电解反应池，提高制氢效率。
实施例6
制氢组合物10号被压制成片剂，分发给体验者使用，得到反馈如表4。

在有效泡脚前提下，体验者的身体状况得到改善。
实施例7制氢组合物其他应用场景
1、美容护肤：保湿护肤，美肤养颜。
a取制氢组合物片1号一片放置在容器内，倒入适量纯净水，静置5min，放入压缩面膜，待膜布吸满精华，取出敷脸10-15min。
b取制氢组合物片一片1号放置在喷雾瓶内，倒入适量纯净水，静置5-10min，待片剂完全溶解，喷于面部补水保湿。
c取制氢组合物片1号两片放置在洗脸盆内，倒入适量纯净水，静置5-10min，待片剂完全溶解，洗脸用。
绝大部分体验者敷脸后面部细纹减少，皮肤更加细腻，部分体验者皮肤出油状况改善。
2、漱口：杀菌抑菌，改善口腔环境。
a将1片制氢组合物2号漱口片扔进水杯中，待溶解后即可漱口使用
b直接将制氢组合物2号(少量)放在嘴里，喝一口水含漱2min左右，吐出即可。
大部分体验者有口臭改善、或牙渍改善的情况。
3、私护：杀菌抑菌，止痒除味。
a外阴清洁和日常卫生护理：取一片制氢组合物片4号加适量水溶解完全，对护理部位进行冲洗。
b阴道冲洗：取一片制氢组合物片4号加适量水溶解完全，灌入冲洗器，对护理部位进行冲洗。
c采用栓剂塞入阴道使用。
大部分体验者阴部瘙痒情况有所改善。
4、生发育发：缓解脱发，增加头发密度，缔造头皮正常环境。
取一片制氢组合物片加适量水溶解完全，灌入瓶中，将液体涂抹于头皮，轻轻按摩至吸收。长期持续使用，大部分体验者脱发现象改善。

Claims (11)

1.一种制氢组合物，其特征在于，以质量份计，包括以下组分：1-20份制氢材料、5-30份碳酸氢盐、10-50份有机酸、10-50份成型剂、0.1-10份稳定剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制氢组合物，其特征在于，所述制氢组合物还包括，以质量份计，0.1-5份净水剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的制氢组合物，其特征在于，所述净水剂包括亚硫酸钙、无机银抗菌剂、纳米石墨烯、竹炭、活性炭中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一权利要求所述的制氢组合物，其特征在于，所述制氢材料包括镁粉、氢化镁粉、氢化钙粉、含氢珊瑚钙粉、含氢牡蛎粉、硼氢化钠、纳米硅粉中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1-3任一权利要求所述的制氢组合物，其特征在于，所述碳酸氢盐包括碳酸氢钠、碳酸氢镁、碳酸氢钙中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1-3任一权利要求所述的制氢组合物，其特征在于，所述有机酸包括羧酸，优选的所述羧酸包括乙醇酸、丙二酸、苹果酸、柠檬酸、酒石酸、醋酸中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求1-3任一权利要求所述的制氢组合物，其特征在于，所述成型剂包括麦芽糊精、乳糖中的至少一种。
8.根据权利要求1-3任一权利要求所述的制氢组合物，其特征在于，所述稳定剂包括可压性淀粉、硬质酸镁、聚乙二醇和微晶纤维素中的至少一种。
9.一种制氢组合物的应用，其特征在于，如权利要求1-8任一权利要求所述的制氢组合物被用于制备辅助治疗风湿性关节炎，或失眠，或高血糖，或宫寒，或足疾，或腰腿疼痛，或更年期综合症，或免疫力低下，或脾胃失调、肝气郁结，或易疲劳的保健品的应用。
10.一种制氢组合物的应用，其特征在于，如权利要求1-8任一权利要求所述的制氢组合物在泡澡、或足部护理、或口腔护理、或美容美肤、或头发护理、或女性护理方面的应用。
11.一种制氢组合物的应用，其特征在于，如权利要求1-8任一权利要求所述制氢组合物的剂型为片剂、丸剂、散剂、膏剂、丹剂、栓剂或颗粒剂。
