Claims (8)

1. A steaming and baking oven self-cleaning control method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
draining the water in the evaporator (2) and drying the evaporator (2);
pumping water with scale cleaning agent in a water tank (3) into the evaporator (2) through a water pump (4) to be heated to form steam and conveying the steam to a steaming and baking oven cavity (11);
after the evaporator (2) finishes conveying, buzzing to change the water in the water tank (3) into clean water;
pumping clean water in the water tank (3) into the evaporator (2) through the water pump (4) to be heated so as to form steam and conveying the steam to the steaming and baking box cavity (11); and
turning on a heater (7) to heat the steaming oven cavity (11) so as to dry and discharge the oil-water mixture attached in the steaming oven cavity (11);
wherein, the controller (8) sends a control instruction to open the drain valve (5) for 20s to drain the water remained in the evaporator (2), the evaporator (2) is started to heat, and the drain valve (5) is closed when the temperature reaches 125 ℃;
wherein the controller (8) controls the water pump (4) to pump water with scale cleaning agent to the evaporator (2) with the volume of 2/3 of the evaporator (2), keeps the evaporator (2) continuously heated to generate steam with the temperature of more than 100 ℃ to be conveyed to the steaming and baking oven cavity (11), and ends when the temperature of the evaporator (2) is detected to be more than 125 ℃ for 5 s;
the controller (8) controls the water pump (4) to pump water with scale cleaning agent to the evaporator (2) with the volume of 1/3 of the volume of the evaporator (2), keeps the evaporator (2) continuously heated to generate steam with the temperature of more than 103 ℃ to be conveyed to the steaming and baking oven cavity (11), and ends when the temperature of the evaporator (2) is detected to be more than 125 ℃ for 5 s; and
the controller (8) controls the water pump (4) to pump water with scale cleaning agent with the volume of 1/6 of that of the evaporator (2) to be conveyed to the evaporator (2), keeps the evaporator (2) heated continuously to generate steam with the temperature of more than 106 ℃ to be conveyed to the steaming and baking oven cavity (11), and ends when the temperature of the evaporator (2) is detected to be more than 125 ℃ for 5 seconds.
2. The self-cleaning control method for the steaming oven as claimed in claim 1, wherein during the self-cleaning process of the steaming oven, the door lock of the steaming oven is opened to prevent the user from being scalded due to halfway opening the door.
3. The self-cleaning control method for the steaming oven according to claim 1, wherein after the evaporator (2) finishes delivering steam to the steaming oven cavity (11), the controller (8) controls a buzzer to sound to prompt a user to change water, and when the controller (8) detects that the micro switch at the water tank (3) is turned off for more than 2s and is continuously turned on for 2s, the water in the water tank (3) is changed.
4. The steaming oven self-cleaning control method as claimed in claim 3,
the controller (8) controls the water pump (4) to pump clean water with the volume of 100% of the evaporator (2) and convey the clean water to the evaporator (2), the inner wall of the evaporator (2) is kept for 1 minute without being heated and cleaned, and the drain valve (5) is opened to empty the clean water;
the controller (8) controls the water pump (4) to pump clean water with the volume of 2/3 of that of the evaporator (2) to the evaporator (2), keeps the evaporator (2) heated continuously to generate steam with the temperature of more than 100 ℃ to be delivered to the steaming and baking oven cavity (11), and ends when the temperature of the evaporator (2) is detected to be more than 125 ℃ for 5 seconds;
the controller (8) controls the water pump (4) to pump clear water with the volume being 1/3 of that of the evaporator (2) to the evaporator (2), keeps the evaporator (2) continuously heated to generate steam with the temperature being more than 103 ℃ to be conveyed to the steaming and baking oven cavity (11), and ends when the temperature of the evaporator (2) is detected to be more than 125 ℃ for 5 seconds;
the controller (8) controls the water pump (4) to pump clean water with the volume of 1/6 of that of the evaporator (2) to the evaporator (2), keeps the evaporator (2) heated continuously to generate steam with the temperature of more than 106 ℃ to be delivered to the steaming and baking oven cavity (11), and ends when the temperature of the evaporator (2) is detected to be more than 125 ℃ for 5 seconds; and
the controller (8) controls the water suction pump (4) and the water discharge valve (5) to be opened until water in the water tank (3) is drained, and the operation is finished when the temperature of the evaporator (2) is detected to be more than 125 ℃ for 5 seconds.
5. The steaming oven self-cleaning control method as claimed in claim 4,
the controller (8) controls the heater (7) to be switched on, the temperature of the steaming and baking oven cavity (11) is kept between 115 ℃ and 120 ℃, and the heater (7) is switched off for 5 minutes; and
while the controller (8) controls the evaporator (2) to be turned on, the temperature of the evaporator (2) is maintained between 120 ℃ and 125 ℃ until the heater (7) is turned off.
6. A steaming oven self-cleaning system using the steaming oven self-cleaning control method as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, comprising:
a steaming oven (1) comprising a steaming oven cavity (11);
an evaporator (2) for generating steam and delivering it to the steaming-oven chamber (11);
a water tank (3) for storing clean water and water containing a detergent;
a suction pump (4) for delivering water in the water tank (3) to the evaporator (2);
a drain valve (5) for draining the water stored in the evaporator (2);
a temperature sensor (6) for sensing the temperature of the evaporator (2) and the steaming-oven cavity (11);
a heater (7) for heating the steaming-oven cavity (11); and
and the controller (8) is electrically connected with the evaporator (2), the water tank (3), the water suction pump (4), the drain valve (5), the temperature sensor (6) and the heater (7) so as to realize self-cleaning of the steaming and baking oven.
7. The oven self-cleaning system of claim 6, further comprising: and the display (9) is used for displaying the control instruction of the controller (8).
8. The oven self-cleaning system of claim 6, further comprising: a waste water collector (10) for collecting waste water discharged from the evaporator (2) and the steaming oven cavity (11).
