13. A method of forming a heel for a high-heeled shoe according to claim 10, wherein: the heel pad (3) is made of TPU; the material of the heel sleeve (2) adopts ABS or POM; the heel frame (1) is made of aluminum alloy or stainless steel.
14. A high-heeled shoe comprises a sole and an upper, and is characterized in that: further comprising a high-heeled shoe heel formed by the high-heeled shoe heel forming method of any one of claims 1 to 13, said high-heeled shoe heel being connected to the rear end of the sole.
