s4, injection molding of the insole (25): injecting a proper amount of foaming material into an inner bottom (25) injection molding cavity of an inner bottom (25) mold to form an unfoamed outer bottom inner bottom (25) blank, and taking out the outer bottom inner bottom (25) blank after cooling;
s5, combining the sole (2): attaching the outer sole (21) blank body and the inner sole (25) blank body, inserting a connecting piece (22) at the central positions of the outer sole (21) and the inner sole (25), then placing the combined piece in a foaming cavity of a foaming mold, and heating the foaming mold to enable the outer sole (21) blank body and the inner sole (25) blank body to be directly adhered into an integral structure through foaming;
