The flexible display screen has the characteristics of light weight, difficulty in breaking, flexibility and the like, and becomes the future development direction of the display industry.
At present, in order to realize the portable and large-screen display of the flexible display screen, a foldable flexible display screen appears, and the foldable flexible display screen can be reduced in size after being folded or rolled up and can realize large-screen display after being unfolded. However, in the prior art, the foldable flexible display screen is inconvenient to unfold after being folded, and therefore, how to realize the convenience and quickness in unfolding the rolled or folded flexible display screen is a technical problem to be solved urgently by those skilled in the art.

The present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and the detailed description, and it should be noted that any combination of the embodiments or technical features described below can be used to form a new embodiment without conflict.
Referring to fig. 1-2, an embodiment of the invention provides a display device 10, where the display device 10 includes a fixing component 11, a flexible display component 12, and a triggering component 15.
Wherein the flexible display assembly 12 can be rolled to reduce the storage space of the flexible display assembly 12 for storage, or can be rolled out to form an unfolded display surface for providing a display. The fixed assembly 11 is provided with a first fixed position and a second fixed position, the first end 125 of the flexible display assembly 12 is connected to the first fixed position of the fixed assembly 11, and the second end 126 of the flexible display assembly 12 is provided with a first mating member 123, wherein the second end 126 is disposed opposite to the first end 125.

In some embodiments, at least one of the first engaging element 123 and the second engaging element 112 is an electromagnet, and the other one is a ferromagnetic element or an electromagnet that can be attracted magnetically, and the triggering assembly 15 is used to control magnetization or demagnetization of the electromagnet, so that the electromagnet can attract the ferromagnetic element magnetically.

Referring to fig. 3-4, in some embodiments, flexible display assembly 12 includes a connector 121, a flexible display screen 122, and a gravity bar 124. Wherein the flexible display screen 122 may be bent or rolled for providing a display. The flexible display screen 122 includes two opposite ends, the connecting member 121 is connected to one end of the flexible display screen 122 to mount the flexible display screen 122 at the first fixing position of the fixing member 11, and the end of the flexible display screen 122 connected to the fixing member 11 defines a first end of the flexible display member 12. The gravity bar 124 is disposed at an end of the flexible display 122 away from the connecting member 121, so that when the triggering assembly 15 is triggered, the second end 126 of the flexible member 12 is disengaged from the fixed member 11 under the action of gravity, thereby unfolding the flexible display 122. The first mating member 123 is disposed on the same side as the gravity bar 124, or the first mating member 123 is disposed on the gravity bar 124 to form a mating with the second mating member 112.
The flexible display 122 includes a first flexible display 1221 and a second flexible display 1222, and the first flexible display 1221 and the second flexible display 1222 cooperate to form a dual-display. The thickness d of the flexible display 122 is 0.15-03 mm, and preferably, the thickness d of the flexible display 122 is 0.18 mm.
Referring to fig. 5, in some embodiments, the fixing assembly 11 includes a first housing 111 and a second housing 113, wherein the first housing 111 and the second housing 113 may be integrally formed, or may be detachably connected by screws or fasteners. The first fixing position is provided at the second housing 113, and the flexible display screen 122 of the flexible display assembly 12 is fixed to the second housing 113 through the first fixing position. The second fitting member 112 is located between the first housing 111 and the second housing 113 to protect the second fitting member 112.
Referring to fig. 6A-6D, the first housing 111 is provided with a first protrusion 1111, the second housing 113 is provided with a second protrusion 1131, and the first protrusion 1111 and the second protrusion 1131 protrude from the second mating member 112, so that the second mating member 112 can be better fastened to the first mating member 123.
The first mating member 123 includes a first engaging surface 1231 for mating with the second mating member 112, a first engaging surface 1232 for contacting with the first protruding member 1111, and a second engaging surface 1233 for contacting with the second protruding member 1131.
When the first mating member 123 and the second mating member 112 are coupled and mated, the first protrusion 1111 abuts against the first mating surface 1232, and the second protrusion 1131 abuts against the second mating surface 1233, so as to prevent the gravity or the restoring force of the first mating member 123 from overcoming the clamping force or the magnetic force therebetween and being disengaged from the second mating member 112.
Referring to fig. 5, in some embodiments, the fixing assembly 11 further includes a display control assembly 114, and the display control assembly 114 is disposed in the fixing assembly 11, that is, disposed between the first casing 111 and the second casing 113, and electrically connected to the flexible display assembly 12 to control the flexible display screen 122 to display.
Referring to fig. 7, in some embodiments, the display device 10 further includes a supporting component 13 and a base 14. The support member 13 connects the fixing member 11 and the base 14 to elevate the flexible display member 12 connected to the fixing member 11.
The support assembly 13 includes a first support arm 131 and a second support arm 133, the first support arm 131 being connected to the base 14, the second support arm 133 connecting the first support arm 131 and the fixing assembly 11. The first support arm 131 and the second support arm 133 are connected to form a hollow frame structure, so as to reduce the shielding of the flexible display screen 122 of the unfolded flexible display assembly 12.
Preferably, the second supporting arm 133 and the unfolding direction of the flexible display assembly 12 form an included angle θ, and the included angle θ is an acute angle, so that when the flexible display assembly 12 is separated from the second fixing position of the fixing assembly 11 and slides down, the second supporting arm 131 and the flexible display screen 122 are prevented from being collided or scratched, as shown in fig. 8.
The triggering component 15 can be disposed on any one of the fixing component 11, the supporting component 13 or the base 14. In this embodiment, the trigger assembly is disposed on the base 14 for illustration.
Referring to fig. 9, the base 14 includes a first base 141 and a second base 143, the first support arm 131 is disposed between the first base 141 and the second base 143, and the trigger assembly 15 is disposed on the first base 141 or the second base 143 in an exposed manner.
Preferably, wiring slots are provided in the first support arm 131 and the second support arm 133, and wires are connected to the triggering assembly 15, the second mating member 112 and the display control assembly 114 through the wiring slots, so as to prevent the wires from being exposed and scratched.
Referring to fig. 10-12, specifically, the triggering assembly 15 includes a button 151, an elastic assembly 152 and a triggering circuit board 153. Wherein, the triggering operation of the triggering component 15 can be realized by triggering the triggering circuit board 153. The elastic component 152 includes an elastic member 1522, a guiding member 1521 and a limiting member 1523, the guiding member 1521 includes a first end portion and a second end portion, the first end portion is connected to the key 151, the elastic member 1522 and the limiting member 1523 are disposed between the key 151 and the trigger circuit board 153, and the key 151 is forced to elastically displace relative to the trigger circuit board 153, so that the second end portion of the guiding member 1521 contacts the trigger circuit board 153 to trigger the trigger circuit board 153.
Preferably, the guiding element 1521 and the limiting element 1523 are alternately arranged to provide guiding and limiting for the key 151.
In some embodiments, the triggering assembly 15 further includes a guide seat 154, the guide seat 154 includes a bottom plate 1541 and a side plate 1542, and the side plate 1542 is disposed around the bottom plate 1541 to form a receiving cavity. A through hole 1543 is disposed on the bottom plate 1541, and the second end of the guide 1521 contacts the trigger circuit board 153 through the through hole 1543 to trigger the trigger circuit board 153.
In some embodiments, the triggering assembly 15 further includes a snap spring 155, the elastic member 1522 is sleeved on the guide member 1521, so that the key 151 can elastically move relative to the guide seat 154, and the snap spring 155 is connected to the second end of the guide member 1521, so as to prevent the key 151 from slipping off the guide seat 154.
In some embodiments, the trigger assembly 15 further comprises a light emitting element 156, the light emitting element 156 may be an LED lamp or a light emitting diode, the light emitting element 156 electrically connects the trigger circuit board 153, and the light emitting element 156 emits light when the trigger circuit board 153 is triggered.
Preferably, the light emitting element 156 is disposed on a side of the guiding seat 154 away from the key 151, and the guiding seat 154 is a light guiding seat to radiate light emitted by the light emitting element 156 to a side of the guiding seat 154 close to the key 151.
Preferably, the trigger assembly 15 is mounted to the first housing 141 through the guide housing 154, and the trigger circuit board 153 is mounted to the second housing 143.
