Problems to be solved by the invention
As cosmetics and drugs to be applied to the body surface of the human body, there are not only liquid having fluidity but also pellets which are solid in nature, i.e., have no fluidity, or gel or paste which have very low fluidity, and the like. When the solid cosmetic or pharmaceutical preparation is in the form of, for example, a gel or paste, it can be applied to the body surface by pressing to thin and spread. These solid cosmetics and drugs can be applied to the body surface after being heated to a molten (melted) state.
In order to apply the solid cosmetic or pharmaceutical preparation in a melted state to the body surface as described above, it is convenient if a conventional applicator can be used. However, the applicator disclosed in patent document 2 is configured to heat the application surface, and cannot cope with melting of solid cosmetics or drugs.
On the other hand, patent document 1 also mentions the possibility that the cosmetic product stored in the container may be a pasty or solid viscous product other than a liquid product, with respect to the applicator (applicator device) shown therein (paragraph 0056). However, patent document 1 also indicates: even after heating, the product of such a consistency cannot pass through the orifice (section 0071) of the passage to be conveyed toward the application surface at all or hardly. That is, patent document 1 shows: the applicator shown therein is difficult to handle for a pasty or solid cosmetic product having a thick consistency.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object thereof is to provide a beauty and health care instrument capable of reliably and easily applying an active ingredient contained in an originally solid cosmetic, drug, or the like to the body surface of a human body. Detailed Description
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Fig. 1 is a perspective view showing an external appearance of a beauty treatment apparatus 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 2 is a partially cut perspective view showing an internal structure of the beauty treatment apparatus 1. As shown in these figures, the beauty appliance 1 has a case 12 composed of a case main body 10 and a lid 11. The case body portion 10 and the lid portion 11 are each formed of a wall portion (resin wall portion) 13 made of, for example, synthetic resin. The lid portion 11 is free to move relative to the housing body portion 10 in the direction of arrow a in fig. 1 and in the opposite direction thereto. Fig. 1 shows a state in which the cover portion 11 closes the opening 14 formed in a part of the housing main body portion 10. The case 12 is formed in a substantially cylindrical shape (i.e., a rod-like shape in appearance) having a bottom at the left end side in the drawing in this state, and defines an internal space 15.
A battery housing portion 16, for example, substantially cylindrical, formed integrally with the case main body portion 10 is connected to the right end side of the case 12 in the drawing. The battery housing portion 16 is formed to extend in the same direction as the longitudinal direction of the substantially cylindrical case 12. The battery housing portion 16 houses a battery 17 for supplying electric power for heating to a heat generating portion described later. The battery housing portion 16 is provided with an opening for taking in and out the battery 17 and a cover for closing the opening, but the illustration and detailed description thereof are omitted.
When the lid portion 11 moves in the direction of arrow a in fig. 1 with respect to the case main body portion 10, the lid portion 11 moves outside the battery housing portion 16 along the battery housing portion 16. In the present embodiment, the battery housing portion 16 is integrally formed with the case main body portion 10 so as to be attached to the case main body portion 10, but the battery housing portion 16 may be integrated by being provided inside the case main body portion 10.
A flat applying surface is formed on the left end surface of the case 12 in the drawing, that is, the left end surface of the case main body 10 in the drawing. Specifically, as shown in fig. 5 showing the sectional shape of this portion, a circular metal smearing plate 18 is fitted into the resin wall portion 13 at the center of the left end portion of the housing main body portion 10, and the outer surface thereof serves as a smearing surface 18 a. A coating hole 19 is formed in the center of the coating plate 18. The applying plate 18 holds the base material passage member 21 in a state where a tip end portion of a tapered base material passage member 21 described later is fitted into the applying hole 19. The resin wall portion 13 and the applying plate 18 constitute a wall portion that partitions the internal space of the case 12. The application plate 18 having the application surface 18a and the application holes 19 serves as an application portion for applying a melting base 30A, which will be described later, to the body surface of the human body.
Next, the structure in the internal space 15 of the case 12 will be explained. In the housing main body 10, a base agent housing portion 20 extending in the same direction as the longitudinal direction of the housing main body 10 is disposed. The base agent housing portion 20 is a groove-shaped member formed by cutting off a substantially upper half portion of a substantially cylindrical member made of, for example, a synthetic resin in a region from a position slightly closer to the rear end side than the front end (left end in the drawing) to the rear end. The portion of the upper half portion cut off is an opening 20a through which a bead-like base 30 described later passes from above.
In the groove-shaped base agent housing portion 20, a base agent pushing rod 31 extending in the same direction as the longitudinal direction of the base agent housing portion 20 is disposed. The base agent pushing rod 31 is connected to the battery housing portion 16, for example, and is movable in the front-rear direction in the base agent housing portion 20 by operating the battery housing portion 16. The base agent push-in rod 31 may be freely moved as described above by operation of a mechanism separate from the battery housing portion 16.
The opening 20a of the base storage portion 20 does not extend to the tip of the base storage portion 20, and therefore, the base storage portion 20 has a circular tube shape in the vicinity of the tip. An umbrella-shaped base material passage member 21 made of, for example, aluminum is disposed in front of the base material housing portion 20. The inside of the base material conduction member 21 is a conduction path for guiding the base material 30, and the cross-sectional shape of the conduction path is, for example, a circular shape. The base material conduction member 21 has a conduction path cross section at its rear end, which is one end, having a size capable of receiving the base material 30, and the rear end is fixed to the front end of the base material housing portion 20. On the other hand, the other end, i.e., the tip end, of the base agent passage member 21 is fitted into the small application hole 19 so that the opening thereof communicates with the application hole 19, and is held by the application plate 18. As described above, the base material conduction member 21 has a tapered shape in which the conduction path cross section gradually decreases from the rear end toward the front end.
Next, the structure of the periphery of the base conduction member 21 will be described with reference to fig. 3 and 4. The structures other than the base material passage member 21 shown in these figures are omitted in fig. 1 and 2. As shown in fig. 3, a plurality of PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient) heaters 22 as heat generating portions are arranged in a row in the circumferential direction of the base conduction member 21 on the outer surface of the umbrella-shaped base conduction member 21. These PTC heaters 22 are connected to each other by a plurality of lead wires 23, and the plurality of lead wires 23 are also arranged along the circumferential direction of the base conduction member 21. In fig. 3, 21a and 21b are the rear end and the front end of the base agent passage member 21, respectively. As shown in the figure, each PTC heater 22 is attached to the base conduction member 21 at a portion closer to the front end 21b than the rear end 21a of the base conduction member 21.
The detailed mounting state of the plurality of PTC heaters 22 and the plurality of lead wires 23 will be described with reference to the cross-sectional view of fig. 4. An insulating layer 26 made of polyimide resin such as polyimide tape (registered trademark) is covered on the outer surface of the base material conduction member 21, and the lead 23 is disposed on the insulating layer 26. Each PTC heater 22 is electrically connected to a lead wire 23 via a terminal 24 provided therein, and the lead wire 23 is covered with an insulating layer 25 made of polyimide resin similarly to the insulating layer 26.
Each PTC heater 22 generates heat when power is supplied thereto from the battery 17 shown in fig. 2 via a lead 23 and a terminal 24. These PTC heaters 22 constitute a heating mechanism that heats the base agent passage member 21 to melt the base agent 30 introduced therein. The PTC heater 22 suppresses an abnormal temperature rise by its self-temperature control function, thereby suppressing wasteful power consumption, and therefore, is excellent in safety and has a high effect of reducing energy consumption. As shown in fig. 2, a board 32 including an electric circuit for controlling the supply of the electric power is provided inside the case main body 10, and a switch (not shown) or the like for turning on/off the supply of the electric power by manual operation is appropriately provided.
Next, the operation of the beauty treatment apparatus 1 of the present embodiment will be described with reference to fig. 2. The beauty treatment appliance 1 is used for applying a cosmetic composition to the body surface of a human body. That is, the base agent 30 in the form of beads contained in the beauty appliance 1 includes a component that has an effect of improving wrinkles on the face as one of beauty effects. Further, the base 30 is solid at normal temperature. When the beauty appliance 1 is used, the lid 11 is moved in the direction of arrow a from the state shown in fig. 2, and the opening 14 formed in the case body 10 is opened.
Then, the base 30 is accommodated in the base housing portion 20 from above through the opening 14 and the opening 20a of the base housing portion 20. The base agent 30 is pushed into the base agent passage member 21 by the base agent pushing rod 31 by the forward movement of the base agent pushing rod 31 as described above. As described above, in the present embodiment, a part of the base agent housing portion 20 also constitutes a guide passage for guiding the base agent 30 from the base agent housing portion 20 to the rear end of the base agent passage member 21. However, the guide passage is not limited to this, and may be provided separately from the base agent housing portion 20. The base 30 may be incorporated into the base conduction member 21 by appropriately inclining the case 12 without providing the base press-fitting rod 31 described above. Such a method is particularly suitable in the case where the solid base 30 is in the form of beads (pellets).
After or immediately before the base 30 is pressed into the base conduction member 21, the switch is operated to supply electric power for heat generation from the battery 17 to the PTC heaters 22. Thereby, the heat generated from the PTC heater 22 is transferred to the base conduction member 21, and further transferred to the base 30 in contact with the base conduction member 21. The base 30, which is solid at normal temperature, is melted by the transferred heat.
Fig. 5 schematically shows the state at this time. That is, the base 30, which is initially solid, becomes the molten base 30A having fluidity by being heated. When the posture of the housing main body 10 is set in a state in which the application surface 18a is directed downward or obliquely downward, the molten base 30A flows out through the application hole 19 to the vicinity of the application surface 18 a. In this state, when the user operates the case 12 so as to wipe the applying surface 18a onto the surface of the face, the melting base 30A including the components that provide the above-described cosmetic effect can be reliably and easily applied to the surface of the face. In the present embodiment, the melted base 30A passing through the applying hole 19 flows on the inner surface 21a of the distal end portion of the base conducting member 21 provided in the applying hole 19 without directly contacting the applying hole 19.
Further, it is preferable that the plurality of PTC heaters 22 are controlled to generate heat so that the temperature of the base material conduction member 21 or the base material 30 can be set to a desired value by controlling the supply of power by, for example, a circuit included in the substrate 32 shown in fig. 2. For example, the PTC heater 22 preferably heats the base conduction member 21 so that the temperature at which the base 30 is melted in the base conduction member 21 is 50 to 90 ℃. The PTC heater 22 preferably heats the base material conduction member 21 so that the temperature of the molten base material 30A flowing out to the application surface 18a is 32 to 47 ℃.
Further, the base conduction member 21 is preferably made of metal such as aluminum in the present embodiment so as to be efficiently and uniformly heated by the heating means. The umbrella-shaped base material conduction member 21 in the present embodiment brings the solid base material 30 into close contact with the inner peripheral surface thereof, and therefore, the base material 30 is efficiently and uniformly heated. In the present embodiment, the PTC heaters 22 generating heat and the lead wires 23 transferring heat from the PTC heaters 22 are arranged in the circumferential direction on the outer wall of the base conduction member 21, and therefore, the base 30 can be heated efficiently and uniformly.
Further, since the umbrella-shaped base agent passage member 21 is basically held so as to be connected to the base agent housing portion 20, the contact area with other components can be particularly reduced, and the base agent 30 can be efficiently heated. On the other hand, the PTC heater 22 can be formed very small, and therefore, is advantageous in simplifying and reducing the structure in the vicinity of the base conduction member 21.
As described above, the PTC heater 22 is attached to the base conduction member 21 at a portion closer to the front end 21b than the rear end 21a of the base conduction member 21. Therefore, the base 30 is melted in the base conduction member 21 after coming closer to the applying hole 19, and therefore, the melted base 30A can smoothly flow out from the applying hole 19 while being kept in a melted state.
The remaining elements other than the base agent 30 among the various elements constituting the cosmetic device 1 described above constitute the application tool of the present invention for applying the molten base agent 30A to the body surface.
While the embodiment using the base 30 in the form of beads (pellets) has been described above, the base in other shapes, for example, a so-called semisolid base such as a gel or paste, may be used as the beauty and health device of the present invention. Fig. 5 also illustrates a relative positional relationship between the base agent 40 (shown by a broken line) and the base agent conduction member 21 in the case where such a semisolid base agent 40 is used. In this example, the semisolid base material 40 is substantially cylindrical, and is incorporated into the base material conduction member 21 in a state in which the longitudinal axis thereof is substantially aligned with the central axis of the umbrella-shaped base material conduction member 21. When heat is applied to the base conduction member 21, the base 40 thus loaded is also efficiently heated and melted by the heat.
The beauty treatment health device of the present invention can be constituted by applying a base containing a component having a beauty effect other than the wrinkle improvement, and a component having a health effect such as a fatigue recovery effect and an antipruritic effect, instead of the beauty effect.
