Detailed Description
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of heat dissipation of a conventional electronic control box. As shown in fig. 1, an external fan 001 for heat dissipation of the air conditioner is disposed outside the air conditioner, and the external air and the internal air of the electronic control box 002 are circulated by the external fan 001, so that the internal circulation of the electronic control box 002 dissipates heat. Wherein, the internal circulation air of the electric control box 002 is outdoor air, and the temperature and the air quality are the same as the outdoor environment air. By adopting the existing heat dissipation method of the electric control box, the electric control box and the component corresponding with different schemes need to be set according to the difference of the highest, the lowest and the average environmental temperature of different areas so as to achieve the lowest cost and the longest service life. However, the operating power of the cooling fan of the electronic control box of the existing air conditioner is generally the same, and accordingly, the operating wind speed of the cooling fan is fixed, which results in excessive cooling power consumption of the electronic control box.
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a heat dissipation control method and device of an electric control box and an air conditioner. In the embodiment of the application, the cooling fan has a speed regulation function, and in the heat dissipation process, different operation wind speeds of the cooling fan can be determined according to different temperatures in the electric control box, so that the cooling fan is prevented from adopting higher operation wind speeds to dissipate heat when the temperature in the electric control box is lower, and further the heat dissipation power consumption of the electric control box is reduced.
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Example one
Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of a heat dissipation control method of an electronic control box according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 2, a specific manner how to dissipate heat of the electronic control box according to the embodiment of the present application is provided, where an execution main body of the present embodiment is a controller. As shown in fig. 2, the heat dissipation control method of the electronic control box includes:
and S101, acquiring the detection temperature of a temperature sensor in the electric control box.
In this application, if it starts the operation to detect the compressor in the air conditioner, the corresponding executable work of automatically controlled box in the air conditioner, at this moment, need acquire the detection temperature of the temperature sensor in the automatically controlled box to the radiator fan in the automatically controlled box of detection temperature drive based on temperature sensor dispels the heat to automatically controlled box.
The embodiment of the application does not limit the specific installation position of the temperature sensor installed in the electric control box.
In some embodiments, the installation position of the temperature sensor may be located on the target device, so as to separately obtain the temperature of the target device, so as to subsequently control the heat dissipation fan corresponding to the target device to separately dissipate heat of the target device.
The operation power of the target device can be specifically set according to actual conditions, such as 10W. Illustratively, the target device may be a common high-power device, such as a common-mode inductor and a module board, and accordingly, the temperature sensor may be disposed on the target device, such as the common-mode inductor and the module board.
In other embodiments, the temperature sensor may be disposed in the cavity of the electrical control box, so as to detect the temperature of the cavity of the electrical control box, so as to perform overall heat dissipation on the electrical control box based on the temperature of the cavity of the electrical control box.
It should be understood that the embodiment of the present application is not limited to when the detected temperature of the temperature sensor is obtained. In some embodiments, the detected temperature of the temperature sensor in the electronic control box can be obtained after the electronic control box is powered on. In some embodiments, the detected temperature of the temperature sensor in the electronic control box may be immediately acquired when the compressor of the air conditioner starts to operate. In other embodiments, if the electronic control box is powered on, the detected temperature of the temperature sensor in the electronic control box may be obtained at a first time point before the compressor is turned on.
The first time point may be specifically set based on actual conditions, for example, 5 seconds, 7 seconds, 10 seconds, and the like.
S102, determining the running wind speed of the cooling fan corresponding to the target device in the electric control box according to the detection temperature of the temperature sensor.
It should be understood that in the embodiments of the present application, the electronic control box is provided with a heat dissipation fan, and the mounting position of the heat dissipation fan may be near the target device, for example, near a common mode inductor, a non-inductive resistor, or a capacitor. The number of the heat dissipation fans in the electronic control box is not limited in the embodiment of the application, for example, each target device may correspond to one heat dissipation fan, or may correspond to a plurality of heat dissipation fans, for example, two or three heat dissipation fans are installed near each target device, the number of the heat dissipation fans used for dissipating heat of the target device may be determined based on a cavity wind field of the electronic control box, and additional temperature sensors may be selectively added to the target devices around the heat dissipation fans.
It should be understood that the cooling fan in the embodiment of the present application may have a speed regulation function, and may include a plurality of operating wind speeds, for example, including a first target operating wind speed (low speed), a second target operating wind speed (medium speed), and a third target operating wind speed (high speed), and the cooling fan may be freely adjusted between different operating wind speeds.
In this application, the detection temperature that temperature sensor's collection was gathered can be used for instructing the running state of the cavity of automatically controlled box or the target device in the automatically controlled box, and based on the running state of the target device in automatically controlled box or the automatically controlled box, radiator fan can adopt different operation wind speeds to reduce the heat dissipation consumption.
In some embodiments, if the temperature sensor in the electrical control box is mounted on the target device, the controller may determine a temperature interval in which the detected temperatures of the plurality of temperature sensors are located. Then, the controller determines the operation state of the target device where each temperature sensor is located according to the temperature interval where the detected temperatures of the plurality of temperature sensors are located. And finally, the controller respectively determines the operation wind speed of the cooling fan corresponding to each target device according to the operation state of each target device.
For example, if the detected temperature T1 of the temperature sensor 1 is within the first temperature interval (T1< n), it is determined that the operation state of the target device 1 corresponding to the temperature sensor 1 is the low temperature operation state, and accordingly, the operation wind speed of the cooling fan corresponding to the target device 1 is the first target operation wind speed C or the operation is stopped.
For example, if the detected temperature T2 of the temperature sensor 2 is within the second temperature interval [ n, m ], it is determined that the operation state of the target device 2 corresponding to the temperature sensor 2 is the normal temperature operation state, and accordingly, the operation wind speed of the cooling fan corresponding to the target device 2 is the second target operation wind speed B.
For example, if the detected temperature T3 of the temperature sensor 3 is within the third temperature interval [ m, p ], it is determined that the operation state of the target device 3 corresponding to the temperature sensor 3 is the high temperature operation state, and accordingly, the operation wind speed of the cooling fan corresponding to the target device 3 is the third target operation wind speed a.
For example, if the detected temperature T4 of the temperature sensor 4 is within the third temperature interval (T4> n), it is determined that the target device 4 where the temperature sensor 4 is located is in the fault state, and accordingly, the operation of the electronic control box is stopped and a fault prompt is output. The fault reminding mode may include sending reminding information to the remote control device and the user terminal, or sending an alarm sound.
It is to be understood that the first temperature interval may specifically be an interval smaller than the first temperature threshold value n, the second temperature interval may specifically be an interval equal to or greater than the first temperature threshold value n and smaller than the second temperature threshold value m, the third temperature interval is an interval equal to or greater than the second temperature threshold value m and smaller than the third temperature threshold value p, and the fourth temperature interval is an interval equal to or greater than the third temperature threshold value p.
Wherein n < m < p, C < B < A.
It should be noted that, for different target devices, the set temperature interval and the operating wind speed may be the same or different, and this is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
Illustratively, the temperature thresholds corresponding to the temperature ranges of the target device 1 are n1, m1 and p1, respectively, and the operating speeds of the heat dissipation fans corresponding to the target device 1 are C1, B1 and a1, respectively. The temperature thresholds corresponding to the temperature intervals of the target device 2 in operation are n2, m2 and p2, respectively, and the operation speeds of the heat dissipation fans corresponding to the target device 2 are C2, B2 and a2, respectively. Then in some cases n1 equals n2, m1 equals m2, p1 equals p2, C1 equals C2, B1 equals B2, a1 equals a 2. In other cases, n1 does not equal n2, m1 does not equal m2, p1 does not equal p2, C1 does not equal C2, B1 does not equal B2, a1 does not equal a 2.
In other embodiments, if the temperature sensor is installed in the cavity of the electronic control box, the controller may first obtain the overall power of the electronic control box, and then determine the operating wind speed of the cooling fan corresponding to the target device based on the detected temperature of the temperature sensor and the overall power of the electronic control box.
For example, if the whole machine power S < the first power threshold S1, it may be determined that the heat generation amount of the components in the electronic control box is small, and at this time, the operating wind speed of the cooling fan corresponding to the target component is the first target operating wind speed C or the operation is stopped.
For example, if the whole machine power S is greater than or equal to the first power threshold S1, it may be determined that the components in the electrical control box generate more heat. At this time, the controller can further determine the heat dissipation condition of the electric control box by acquiring the cavity temperature of the electric control box. If the obtained detection temperature is less than the fourth temperature threshold Q, the heat dissipation effect is good, and accordingly, the operation wind speed of the heat dissipation fan corresponding to the target device can be determined to be the second target operation wind speed B.
For example, if the whole machine power S is greater than or equal to the first power threshold S1, it may be determined that the components in the electrical control box generate a larger amount of heat. At this time, if the detected temperature is greater than or equal to the fourth temperature threshold Q, the heat dissipation effect is poor, and accordingly, the operating wind speed of the heat dissipation fan corresponding to the target device may be determined to be the third target operating wind speed a.
And S103, driving the cooling fan to cool the target device according to the running wind speed of the cooling fan.
The embodiment of the application does not limit how the cooling fan is driven based on different running wind speeds, and a common fan driving mode can be adopted.
It should be understood that the embodiments of the present application are not limited to when to stop the operation of the heat dissipation fan, and in some embodiments, the heat dissipation fan may be stopped immediately after the compressor stops operating. In some embodiments, when the compressor stops operating and the temperature detected by the temperature sensor is in the first temperature range, the cooling fan stops operating immediately. In other embodiments, the heat dissipation risk remains in operation for a period of time after the compressor is turned off, and the heat dissipation fan is turned off at a second point in time after the compressor is turned off.
The second time point may be 3 seconds, 7 seconds, 30 seconds, and the like after the compressor is turned off, and may be specifically set according to an actual situation, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
According to the heat dissipation control method of the electronic control box, the operation wind speed of the corresponding heat dissipation fan is determined based on different detection temperatures, so that the heat dissipation power consumption of the electronic control box is reduced.

It should be understood that, the automatically controlled box that this application provided, for enclosed construction, the refrigerated mode of inside adoption microchannel carries out circulation heat dissipation to automatically controlled box inside air through radiator fan, does not receive the influence of external environment temperature and air quality, and the automatically controlled scheme in different areas can keep unanimous.
