When the wire winding device is used, the wire winding disc 1 is rotated to emit a wire, one end of the wire is connected with a power interface outside an operation area, and the other end of the wire is connected with a socket 2 arranged on the wire winding disc 1. The socket 2 is embedded in the middle of the wire spool 1. Socket 2 includes fixing base 21, sliding seat 22 and locating part 23, and fixing base 21 fixed mounting is on wire reel 1, and fixing base 21 is provided with first recess 211 and second recess, and the notch of first recess 211 and second recess is towards the same one side of fixing base 21, first recess 211 and second recess intercommunication, and the crossing department of first recess 211 and second recess forms the intercommunication mouth promptly. The wall of the first recess 211 is provided with a first conductive terminal 212, and the first conductive terminal 212 is electrically connected to the electrical wire. The movable seat 22 is disposed in the second groove, and the movable seat 22 can rotate relative to the fixed seat 21. In this embodiment, the second groove is a cylinder, the shape of the movable seat 22 matches with the second groove, the movable seat 22 is installed in the second groove, and the movable seat 22 is coaxial with the second groove. The movable seat 22 is used for inserting the plug 4, and correspondingly, the movable seat 22 is provided with an insertion hole 222 for inserting the plug 4. The movable seat 22 is provided with a second conductive terminal 24, and the second conductive terminal 24 is used for connecting with the conductive part 41 on the plug 4. The limiting member 23 has a telescopic function, a first end of the limiting member 23 is connected to a groove wall of the first groove 211, and a second end of the limiting member 23 extends into the movable seat 22 and can be inserted into the conductive portion 41 of the plug 4. The conductive portion 41 is provided with a stopper hole 42, and the second end of the stopper 23 can be inserted into the stopper hole 42. The mobile wiring device has two states, one is an initial state, and the other is a closing state. In an initial state, the limiting member 23 is located at a first position of the first groove 211, when the position is reached, the plug 4 is inserted into the movable seat 22, the conductive portion 41 is connected with the second conductive terminal 24, the limiting member 23 has elasticity, a first end of the limiting member 23 abuts against the fixed seat 21, and a second end of the limiting member 23 is inserted into the limiting hole 42 of the conductive portion 41. The limiting member 23 is elastically retractable so that the plug 4 can be inserted into the movable seat 22 or pulled out of the movable seat 22. That is, in the initial state, the conductive portion 41 can be elastically connected to the stopper 23; when the switch is closed, the plug 4 is inserted into the movable seat 22, the movable seat 22 is rotated, so that the limiting member 23 is rotated from the first position of the first groove 211 to the second position, the first end of the limiting member 23 abuts against the fixed seat 21, and the second end of the limiting member 23 is inserted into the limiting hole 42. The stopper 23 is not extendable and retractable, so that the conductive portion 41 and the stopper 23 are rigidly connected. The plug 4 cannot be pulled out under the fixing action of the limiting piece 23. Meanwhile, as the movable seat 22 rotates, the second conductive terminal 24 on the movable seat 22 is electrically connected to the first conductive terminal 212 on the fixed seat 21. So that the plug 4 is conducted with the power interface outside the operation area through the first conductive terminal 212 and the second conductive terminal 24.
The mobile wiring device of the embodiment is configured with the fixed seat 21 and the movable seat 22 by rotating, the first conductive terminal 212 is configured on the fixed seat 21, and the second conductive terminal 24 is configured on the movable seat 22, so that the connection can be realized only after the movable seat 22 is rotated. Meanwhile, the plug 4 can be inserted and pulled out only in the first position, and the plug 4 cannot be pulled out after the movable seat 22 is rotated to realize electric conduction. Namely, in the initial state, the limiting member 23 is located at the first position, and the socket 2 is not powered on, so that electric sparks generated when the plug 4 is plugged can be avoided. When the plug is in a closed state, the limiting part 23 is located at the second position, the socket 2 is conducted through the first conductive terminal 212 and the second conductive terminal 24, the socket 2 is electrified, the plug 4 is rigidly fixed by the limiting part 23, the plug 4 cannot be pulled out, the problem that the plug 4 is loosened due to the fact that an electric wire is pulled due to movement of the equipment position in the operation process can be avoided, and electric sparks are generated due to poor contact of the plug 4 in the operation process. Meanwhile, since the first conductive terminal 212 and the second conductive terminal 24 are located inside the socket 2 when connected, even if an electric spark occurs when the first conductive terminal and the second conductive terminal are connected or disconnected, the gas in the environment outside the socket 2 is not affected.
Specifically, referring to fig. 5, the limiting member 23 includes a fixing rod 231 and an expansion rod 232, and the fixing rod 231 and the expansion rod 232 are both cylindrical rod-shaped structures. The fixing rod 231 is connected with the groove wall of the first groove 211, a guide hole is formed in the fixing rod 231, the guide hole is a blind hole, the opening end of the guide hole faces the conductive part 41 of the plug 4, a spring 233 and a limiting column 234 are arranged in the guide hole, the limiting column 234 and the guide hole are coaxially arranged, and one end of the limiting column 234 is connected with the bottom of the guide hole. The spring 233 is fitted around the circumference of the position-limiting post 234, and the length of the spring 233 in the natural state is longer than that of the position-limiting post 234. One end of the telescopic rod 232 is inserted into the guide hole, and the other end of the telescopic rod 232 is used for connecting the conductive part 41. When the limiting member 23 is located at the first position, the telescopic rod 232 is elastically connected with the fixing rod 231 through the spring 233; when the limiting member 23 is located at the second position, the telescopic rod 232 is rigidly connected to the fixing rod 231 through the limiting post 234. It can be understood that, when the limiting member 23 is located at the first position, the plug 4 can be inserted into the movable seat 22, and at this time, the telescopic rod 232 makes the telescopic rod 232 move along the length direction of the guiding hole under the pushing force of the conducting portion 41 of the plug 4, and the conducting portion 41 and the limiting member 23 are elastically connected under the action of the spring 233, so that the plug 4 can be freely inserted or pulled out. When the limiting member 23 is located at the second position, the conductive portion 41 pushes the telescopic rod 232 to move toward the limiting post 234 and abut against the limiting post 234, the telescopic rod 232 loses elasticity, and two ends of the limiting member 23 abut against the sidewall of the first groove 211 and the conductive portion 41 respectively. Since the conductive part 41 is rigidly connected to the telescopic rod 232, the conductive part 41 cannot push the telescopic rod 232 to move further, so that the plug 4 cannot be pulled out.
In order to facilitate the insertion and extraction of the plug 4, one end of the telescopic rod 232 departing from the fixing rod 231 is spherical, and when the plug 4 is inserted into the movable seat 22, one end of the telescopic rod 232 departing from the fixing rod 231 can be inserted into the limiting hole 42 on the conductive portion 41. It can be understood that the end of the telescopic rod 232 is a curved surface, and when the conductive part 41 moves downward, the end of the conductive part 41 abuts against the end of the telescopic rod 232 and forms a horizontal thrust component, so that the conductive part 41 pushes the telescopic rod 232 to move along the length direction of the guide hole.
Specifically, referring to fig. 4, a chute 213 is disposed on a wall of the first groove 211 away from the second groove, the fixing rod 231 is connected to the chute 213, and the fixing rod 231 can move along a length direction of the chute 213, and a distance from the chute 213 to the second groove decreases sequentially from the first position to the second position. In this embodiment, the cross section of the second groove is circular, and the cross section of the first groove 211 is fan-shaped. When the movable seat 22 is rotated, the limiting member 23 can be driven to move along the length direction of the first groove 211. The width of the first groove 211 changes from one side with a larger end and a smaller end, and this structure makes the distance from the slideway 213 located on the groove wall of the first groove 211 to the conductive part 41 different, that is, when the limiting member 23 is at the first position, the distance from the slideway 213 to the conductive part 41 is larger, so that the limiting member can extend and contract; when the stopper 23 is at the second position, the distance from the slide passage 213 to the conductive portion 41 is small, and therefore the stopper cannot be expanded or contracted.
In order to facilitate the movement of the limiting member 23 along the slide channel 213 following the movable seat 22, a ball 235 is disposed at an end of the fixed rod 231 facing the slide channel 213, and the fixed rod 231 is connected with the slide channel 213 by the ball 235. It can be understood that the rolling connection between the fixing rod 231 and the sliding channel 213 is beneficial to reduce friction, so that the movable seat 22 can rotate more smoothly.
Referring to fig. 4, a third conductive terminal 25 is disposed on a side wall of the movable seat 22 close to the first recess 211, the third conductive terminal 25 is connected to the second conductive terminal 24 located in the movable seat 22, and the third conductive terminal 25 can be selectively connected to the first conductive terminal 313 by rotating the movable seat 22. In this embodiment, the movable seat 22 is provided with a receiving cavity therein, the receiving cavity is communicated with the insertion hole 222, and the second conductive terminal 24 is installed in the receiving cavity. The second conductive terminal 24 includes two conductive pieces elastically connected to each other, so that the two conductive pieces have a pretightening force toward a center line of the second conductive terminal 24. When the plug 4 is plugged into the movable seat 22, the conductive part 41 can be plugged between the two conductive sheets, and the conductive part 41 is clamped by the conductive sheets, so that the conductive part 41 is electrically connected with the second conductive terminal 24. The position-limiting hole 42 at the end of the conductive portion 41 is located below the second conductive terminal 24, and the position-limiting hole 42 is inserted into the position-limiting member 23. The third conductive terminal 25 is located in the first recess 211, and the first conductive terminal 212 is embedded on the sidewall of the first recess 211. When the movable seat 22 is rotated, the first conductive terminal 212 and the third conductive terminal 25 are away from or close to each other, so that the first conductive terminal 212 and the third conductive terminal 25 are separated in the initial state, and when the movable seat 22 is rotated in the closing state, the first conductive terminal 212 is connected with the third conductive terminal 25.
Specifically, referring to fig. 4 and 6, there are two first grooves 211, and the groove walls of the two first grooves 211 are respectively provided with a first conductive terminal 212, and the two first conductive terminals 212 are respectively connected with the live wire and the neutral wire of the electric wire. In this embodiment, the plug 4 is a two-phase plug, and the two conductive parts 41 on the plug 4 are respectively connected to the two second conductive terminals 24. Each second conductive terminal 24 is correspondingly provided with a third conductive terminal 25, so that the two second conductive terminals 24 are electrically connected with the two first conductive terminals 212 respectively. Of course, in other embodiments, a first conductive terminal 212 may be provided to be connected to the live wire of the wire, and the first conductive terminal is electrically connected to one of the second conductive terminals 24.
Referring to fig. 3, a boss 221 is circumferentially disposed on a peripheral portion of the movable seat 22, a slot engaged with the boss 221 is disposed on the fixed seat 21, and the boss 221 is engaged with the slot so that the boss 221 can rotate relative to the slot. It can be understood that the movable seat 22 and the fixed seat 21 are connected in a clamping manner, which is beneficial to improving the sealing performance inside the socket 2 and preventing the gas outside the socket 2 from entering the socket 2.
In order to further improve the sealing performance of the socket 2, a side surface of the movable seat 22 away from the second groove is a plugging surface, a jack 222 for plugging the plug 4 is formed in the plugging surface, and a sealing layer 5 is arranged on the plugging surface. By arranging the sealing layer 5 on the plugging surface, after the plug 4 is plugged into the movable seat 22, the good sealing property is provided between the plug 4 and the plugging surface, and gas is prevented from entering the socket 2 through the jack 222.
The remarkable effects of the embodiment are as follows: the fixed seat 21 and the movable seat 22 are rotated with each other, and the limiting member 23 is disposed between the fixed seat 21 and the movable seat 22, so that the limiting member 23 is elastically or rigidly connected to the plug 4. When the plug 4 is in the initial state, the plug can be inserted into or pulled out of the socket 2, and the socket 2 is not electrified; in the closed state, when the movable holder 22 is rotated, the stopper 23 is rotated from the first position to the second position, the plug 4 cannot be pulled out of the socket 2, and the socket 2 is energized. The structure can effectively avoid the peripheral gas combustion caused by the electric spark when the plug 4 is plugged in and pulled out. Meanwhile, in the process of electrifying operation, the plug 4 can not be in poor contact because the electric wire on the plug 4 is pulled. Therefore, the mobile wiring device has the characteristic of good safety.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and for those skilled in the art, the present invention should not be limited by the description of the present invention, which should be interpreted as a limitation.
