The invention relates to the technical field of lightning arresters, in particular to a 10kV lightning arrester with a medium-voltage carrier communication capacitive coupler function.
Background
With the advance of smart grid construction, the core of power distribution link construction, namely 'power distribution automation', becomes one of important contents of smart grid construction in China, and a power distribution automation communication system is an important component of power distribution automation and is a main content of a terminal communication access network provided by a power communication network adapting to smart grid construction. The special optical fiber line has high speed, high networking reliability and high safety, but the construction cost is high, and a plurality of areas do not have laying conditions; the wireless private network standard is imperfect, and the base station construction cost is high; the wireless public network has uncontrolled network service quality and weak safety protection capability, and does not meet the requirement of 'three remote'; the medium-voltage carrier communication technology is mature gradually, medium-voltage distribution lines are used as carriers, the construction cost is low, the safety and the speed can meet the requirement of 'three remote' and become an important ring for the construction of a distribution automation communication system. The capacitive coupler is one of devices in a medium-voltage carrier communication system, and mainly realizes coupling transmission and reception of carrier signals and isolation of power frequency, and the installation position of the capacitive coupler is consistent with that of a lightning arrester. The position of a capacitive coupler is not planned in a typical design of a power distribution network project, the direct parallel connection on two sides of a lightning arrester in the actual installation process can cause insufficient interphase safety distance, and a cross arm or an angle iron is generally required to be added to fixedly install equipment. And each additional primary device increases a risk point for the safe operation of the power distribution network, and simultaneously influences the aesthetic effect of the standardized construction and planning of the power distribution network.
In order to solve the problem of incremental equipment in large-scale construction and transformation of a power distribution network, a technical scheme for primary and secondary fusion of power distribution equipment is proposed by a national power grid in 2016. However, in recent years, all major manufacturers always perform primary and secondary fusion design in the directions of 10kV power distribution intelligent circuit breakers, PTs, monitoring terminals and the like, and the fusion design of incremental equipment such as capacitive couplers and the like is not related at all.
The method is specifically specified in GB 51302-2018 overhead insulated distribution line design standard: "there should be a set of gapless metal oxide arresters installed on the high-voltage side and the low-voltage side of the distribution transformer respectively. A group of gapless metal oxide lightning arresters are arranged on a power supply side of the pole-mounted circuit breaker and the load switch. A group of gapless metal oxide lightning arresters are respectively arranged on two sides of a pole-mounted circuit breaker and a load switch which are operated frequently and are electrified. The installation position of the lightning arrester is consistent with the installation position required by a capacitive coupler, and in addition, the lightning arrester HY5WS-17/50 pushed in 10kV of the typical design of the power distribution network project has short service life in a strong lightning area, is easy to crack and has high polling cost.
