As shown in fig. 11 to 15, in the present embodiment, the first rotating mechanism 44 includes a first rotating member 441, a first limiting ring 443 and a second limiting ring 444, the first limiting ring 443 and the second limiting ring 444 are sleeved on the second supporting rod 41, the first rotating member 441 is rotatably sleeved on the second supporting rod 41 and is located between the first limiting ring 443 and the second limiting ring 444, one end of the first rotating member 441 is abutted against the first limiting ring 443, the other end is abutted against the second limiting ring 444, the first rotating member 441 is provided with a third connecting portion 4411, and the third connecting portion 4411 is connected with the right connecting rod 43. The first rotating member 441 rotates around the second supporting bar 41 such that the right link 43 is also rotated around the second supporting bar 41, and the right link 43 is used for connection fixation.

Specifically, when the third index pin 442 is locked into the fifth rotation locking groove 414, the right link 43 protrudes out of the case 1A1 of the LED display screen 1A, and the right link 43 has a supporting effect on the case 1A1 of the LED display screen 1A, so that the LED display screen 1A stands upright. When the third indexing pin 442 is locked into the sixth rotating locking groove, the right connecting rod 43 is stored in the box 1A1 of the LED display screen 1A, so as to facilitate transportation of the LED display screen 1A.
In the present embodiment, the right link 43 includes a first lever 431, a second lever 432, and a rotating mechanism 433, the rotating mechanism 433 includes a first rotating block 4331, a second rotating block 4332, and a rotating shaft 4333, one side wall of the first rotating block 4331 is provided with a rotating insert 43311, the other side wall of the first rotating block 4331 is connected to one end of the first lever 431, the other end of the first lever 431 is connected to the intermediate support rod assembly 5, one side wall of the second rotating block 4332 is provided with a rotating groove 43322, the other side wall of the second rotating block 4332 is connected to one end of the second lever 432, the other end of the second lever 432 is connected to the intermediate support rod assembly 5, the second rotating block 4332 is provided with a third rotating hole 43321, the third rotating hole 43321 is communicated with the rotating groove 43322, the rotating insert 43311 is provided with a third shaft hole 433111, the rotating insert 43311 is inserted into the rotating groove 43322, the rotating shaft 4333 is connected to the third rotating hole 43321, and passes through the third shaft hole 433111. The shape of the right link 43 is changeable, and may be a straight bar in which the first rod 431 and the second rod 432 are aligned, a folded bar in which the first rod 431 and the second rod 432 are folded together, or a folded bar in which the first rod 431 and the second rod 432 are folded at a certain angle. Thus, the right connecting rod 43 is convenient for supporting and fixing the LED display screen 1A, and is convenient for being stored and transported in the LED display screen 1A.
In the present embodiment, the rotation mechanism 433 includes a fourth indexing pin 4334, the fourth indexing pin 4334 is disposed on the second rotation block 4332, the rotation insert 43311 is provided with a seventh rotation slot, and when the first rotation block 4331 rotates to the third rotation position, the fourth indexing pin 4334 is engaged with the seventh rotation slot. The third rotation position is that the first rod 431 and the second rod 432 are aligned, and the fourth indexing pin 4334 is locked into the seventh rotation locking groove to limit rotation, so that the right connecting rod 43 is a straight rod.
As shown in fig. 16 to 20, the intermediate support rod assembly 5 includes a third support rod 51, a first link connection block 52, a second link connection block 53, a second rotation mechanism 54, and a connection mechanism 55.
The first link connection block 52, the second link connection block 53, and the second rotation mechanism 54 are provided to the third support rod 51, the second rotation mechanism 54 is located between the first link connection block 52 and the second link connection block 53, the first link connection block 52 is connected to the first link 333, the second link connection block 53 is connected to the second link 337, and the second rotation mechanism 54 is connected to the right link 43.

The second sleeve 555 moves forward, so that the lock head 5531 moves forward, the lock head 5531 is used for extending into a second clamping hole of a third clamping block in the box body of the other LED display screen, the first clamping block 552 blocks the second clamping block 5533, the third clamping block is arranged in the first circumferential bayonet 55321, the first clamping block 552 is arranged in the second circumferential bayonet 55322, the second sleeve 555 rotates, the lock head 5531 and the rod body 5532 clamp the third clamping block, and the second clamping block 5533 and the rod body 5532 clamp the first clamping block 552.
In the present embodiment, the second clamping block 5533 is provided with a second ball screw 55331, and the inner sidewall of the first sleeve 551 is provided with a positioning hole 5511 corresponding to the second ball screw 55331. The second sleeve 555 moves backward until the second sleeve 555 cannot move backward, the second clamping block 5533 rotates, and the second ball screw 55331 is clamped into the positioning hole 5511, so that the lock head 5531 is aligned with the first clamping hole 5521, and the lock head 5531 can conveniently extend out of the first sleeve 551 through the first clamping hole 5521.
In the present embodiment, the third support rod 51 is a tube body having a fourth through hole 511.
In this embodiment, the middle support rod assembly 5 includes a second connection pin 56, a fourth clamping block 57 and a connection tube 58, one end of the connection tube 58 is provided with a convex ring 581, the fourth clamping block 57 is provided at a nozzle of the connection tube 58 located at one end of the convex ring 581, the other end of the connection tube 58 is inserted into the fourth through hole 511, the convex ring 581 abuts against the third support rod 51, and the connection tube 58 is connected with the third support rod 51 and the first connection rod connection block 52 through the second connection pin 56. Thus, only one second connection pin 56 can connect the connection pipe 58, the third support rod 51, and the first connection rod connection block 52 together.
The fourth clamping block 57 is provided with a second clamping hole 571, the second clamping hole 571 is used for enabling a lock head of the box body of the first LED display screen to extend into the second clamping hole 571, and the fourth clamping block 57 is used for clamping the lock head of the box body of the first LED display screen. The middle supporting rod assembly 5 can be spliced with the first LED display screen to play a role in connection.
In this embodiment, the middle support rod assembly 5 includes a third connecting pin 59, and one end of the first sleeve 551 at the second nozzle is inserted into the fourth through hole 511 of the third support rod 51, and the first sleeve 551 is connected to the third support rod 51 and the second link connection block 53 through the third connecting pin 59. Thus, only one third connecting pin 59 can connect the first sleeve 551, the third supporting rod 51, and the second connecting rod connecting block 53 together.

Claims (9)
1. The LED display screen is characterized by comprising a box body, wherein the box body is provided with a back frame, and the back frame comprises a left support rod assembly, a right support rod assembly and a middle support rod assembly;
the left support rod assembly comprises a first support rod, a first connecting block and a first lock body, wherein the first connecting block is connected with one end of the first support rod, and the first connecting block is arranged on the upper side wall of the box body;
the first lock body comprises a first lock body, a first lock shaft and a first lock handle, the first lock body is connected with the other end of the first support rod, the first lock body is arranged on the lower side wall of the box body, the first lock body is provided with a first groove, a first transverse hole and a first longitudinal hole, the first transverse hole penetrates through the bottom of the first groove, the first transverse hole is communicated with the first longitudinal hole, the first lock shaft is inserted into the first transverse hole, the first lock handle penetrates through the first groove and is connected with the first lock shaft, a first bayonet and a second bayonet are arranged on the side wall of the first groove, the first longitudinal hole is used for allowing a lock pin in the box body of the first LED display screen to be inserted, when the first lock handle is clamped into the second bayonet, the first lock shaft is inserted into a locking hole in the lock pin arranged in the first longitudinal hole, and when the first lock handle is clamped into the first bayonet, the first lock shaft is withdrawn from the longitudinal hole in the first locking pin;
the right support rod assembly comprises a second support rod, a second connecting block and a second lock body, wherein the second connecting block is connected with one end of the second support rod, and the second connecting block is arranged on the upper side wall of the box body;
the second lock body comprises a second lock body, a second lock shaft and a second lock handle, the second lock body is connected with the other end of the second support rod, the second lock body is arranged on the lower side wall of the box body, the second lock body is provided with a second groove, a second transverse hole and a second longitudinal hole, the second transverse hole penetrates through the bottom of the second groove, the second transverse hole is communicated with the second longitudinal hole, the second lock shaft is inserted into the second transverse hole, the second lock handle penetrates through the second groove and is connected with the second lock shaft, a third bayonet and a fourth bayonet are arranged on the side wall of the second groove, the second longitudinal hole is used for allowing a lock pin in the box body of the first LED display screen to be inserted, when the second lock handle is clamped into the fourth bayonet, the second lock shaft is inserted into a locking hole in the lock pin arranged in the second longitudinal hole, and when the second lock handle is clamped into the third bayonet, the second lock shaft is withdrawn from the longitudinal hole in the second locking hole;
the left support rod assembly comprises a first connecting rod and a second connecting rod, the right support rod assembly comprises a right connecting rod and a first rotating mechanism, one end of the first connecting rod is connected with the first connecting block, the other end of the first connecting rod is connected with the middle support rod assembly, one end of the second connecting rod is connected with the first lock body, the other end of the second connecting rod is connected with the middle support rod assembly, the first rotating mechanism is arranged on the second support rod and is positioned between the second connecting block and the second lock body, one end of the right connecting rod is connected with the first rotating mechanism, and the other end of the right connecting rod is connected with the middle support rod assembly;
the first lock body comprises a first wave bead screw, a first mounting hole is formed in the first lock body, the first mounting hole is communicated with the first transverse hole, the first wave bead screw is connected with the first mounting hole, a first clamping groove and a second clamping groove are formed in the first lock shaft, when the first lock handle is clamped into the second bayonet, the first wave bead screw is clamped into the first clamping groove, and when the first lock handle is clamped into the first bayonet, the first wave bead screw is clamped into the second clamping groove;
the inner side wall of the first longitudinal hole is provided with a third clamping groove, and when the first lock handle is clamped into the second bayonet, the first lock shaft penetrates through the first longitudinal hole and is inserted into the third clamping groove;
the left support rod assembly comprises a first threaded pin, the first connecting block is provided with a first through hole and a first screw hole, the first screw hole penetrates through the first connecting block and is communicated with the first through hole, the first support rod is provided with a first pin hole, the first support rod is inserted into the first through hole, and the first threaded pin is connected with the first screw hole and penetrates through the first pin hole;
the left support rod assembly comprises a second threaded pin, the first lock body is provided with a second screw hole, the second screw hole penetrates through the first lock body and is communicated with the first longitudinal hole, the first support rod is provided with a second pin hole, the first support rod is inserted into the first longitudinal hole, and the second threaded pin is connected with the second screw hole and penetrates through the second pin hole; the first support rod is a pipe body with a second through hole, the second through hole is used for inserting a lock pin in the box body of the first LED display screen, and the first support rod is provided with a third through hole for the first lock shaft to pass through;
the middle support rod assembly comprises a third support rod, a first connecting rod connecting block, a second rotating mechanism and a connecting mechanism;
the first connecting rod, the second connecting rod and the second rotating mechanism are arranged on the third supporting rod, the second rotating mechanism is arranged between the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod, the first connecting rod is connected with the first connecting rod, the second connecting rod is connected with the second connecting rod, and the second rotating mechanism is connected with the right connecting rod;
the connecting mechanism comprises a first sleeve, a first clamping block, a connecting fixing rod, a first connecting pin and a second sleeve, wherein the first sleeve comprises a first sleeve opening and a second sleeve opening, the first clamping block is provided with a first clamping hole, the first clamping block is arranged at the first sleeve opening, the connecting fixing rod comprises a lock head, a rod body and a second clamping block, the lock head is arranged at the head of the rod body, the second clamping block is arranged at the tail of the rod body, a first circumferential bayonet is arranged at the head of the rod body, a second circumferential bayonet is arranged at the tail of the rod body, the connecting fixing rod enters the first sleeve through the second sleeve opening, the lock head and the rod body extend out of the first sleeve through the first clamping hole and extend into the second sleeve, the second sleeve is connected with the rod body through the first connecting pin, and one end of the first sleeve, which is positioned at the second sleeve opening, is connected with a third supporting rod;
the second sleeve moves forward to enable the lock head to move forward, the lock head is used for extending into a second clamping hole of a third clamping block in the box body of the other LED display screen, the first clamping block blocks the second clamping block, the third clamping block is arranged in the first circumferential bayonet, the first clamping block is arranged in the second circumferential bayonet, the second sleeve rotates, the lock head and the rod body clamp the third clamping block, and the second clamping block and the rod body clamp the first clamping block.

The LED display screen of claim 1, wherein the left support bar assembly comprises a first rotating block and a first rotating shaft, the first lock body is provided with a first rotating groove, a fourth clamping groove and a first rotating hole, the first rotating hole is communicated with the first rotating groove, the fourth clamping groove is formed in the side wall of the first rotating groove and corresponds to the first rotating hole, the first rotating block comprises a first inserting portion and a first connecting portion, the first inserting portion is provided with a first shaft hole, the first inserting portion is inserted into the first rotating groove, the first rotating shaft is connected with the first rotating hole, the first rotating shaft is inserted into the fourth clamping groove through the first shaft hole, and one end of the first connecting rod is connected with the first connecting portion.

The LED display screen of claim 2, wherein the first connection portion is provided with a first indexing pin, the first lock body is provided with a first rotating slot and a second rotating slot, the first indexing pin is snapped into the first rotating slot when the first rotating block is rotated to a first rotating position, and the first indexing pin is snapped into the second rotating slot when the first rotating block is rotated to a second rotating position.

The LED display screen of claim 4, wherein the second connection portion is provided with a second indexing pin, the first connection block is provided with a third rotating slot and a fourth rotating slot, the second indexing pin is snapped into the third rotating slot when the second rotation block is rotated to the third rotating position, and the second indexing pin is snapped into the fourth rotating slot when the second rotation block is rotated to the fourth rotating position.
