On the one hand, legal regulations may be stored on the storage means, whereby the legal regulations concerned may be displayed on the display means 204 according to the violation behaviors or the violation codes, so that the driver is explained in detail with the corresponding terms of the traffic regulations for easy understanding and learning thereof. Alternatively, a traffic violation database may be stored on the memory device 208, and the information fields may be stored as a violation record in the traffic violation database.
In addition, the traffic violation notification system 200B includes a sensor 209 for detecting the current driving context, and the traffic violation notification system 200B prompts on the display device 204 the relevant violation records stored in the traffic violation database on the storage device 208 based on the current driving context detected by the sensor 209.
The invention is not limited to the embodiments shown but comprises or extends to all technical equivalents that may fall within the scope and spirit of the appended claims. The features disclosed in the present document can be implemented both individually and in any combination. It is further noted that the various drawings of the invention are schematic and may not be shown to scale. The method, traffic violation notification system, and vehicle are also not limited to the examples shown in the various embodiments. The cases listed in the description are only exemplary references, and other implementations, flow orders, arrangements, connection relationships, and the like may be designed as required in specific applications of the present invention.

Claims (17)

1. A method for notifying a traffic violation in a vehicle, the method comprising:
-obtaining a traffic violation notification;
-extracting information fields from the traffic violation notification, the information fields comprising at least a place of violation and a time of violation;
-retrieving from the travel data recording means travel data associated with the location of the violation and/or the time of the violation;
-displaying the information fields in the traffic violation notification and the retrieved driving data in a vehicle.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the information field further comprises at least one of: vehicle number plate, violation driver, driving direction, violation driving lane, violation code, penalty amount, penalty score, and processing deadline.
3. The method of claim 2,
-displaying a map and/or street view around the violation site, and/or
-displaying the law or laws violated according to the violation or violation code, and/or
-displaying the reminder notification according to the processing deadline.
4. A method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein said driving data recording means comprises driving image recording means and said driving data comprises driving images.
5. Method according to one of the claims 2 to 4,
-identifying a driver identity in the vehicle;
-displaying in the vehicle only the driver associated with the traffic violation notification based on the driver usage record in the information field and/or in the driving data recording means.
6. Method according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that an interactive interface is provided, enabling the driver to deal with the violation and/or to pay the fine on said interactive interface.
7. The method of any one of claims 1 to 6 wherein said information fields are stored as a violation record in a traffic violation database in the vehicle and the associated violation record stored in the traffic violation database is prompted in the vehicle based on the current driving context.
8. The method of claim 7,
-prompting a violation record of the violation site in the vicinity of the current location based on the current location of the vehicle; and/or
-prompting a violation record that the violation travelling lane is the same as the current lane according to the current lane of the vehicle; and/or
-prompting the violation as a violation record of the overspeed in combination with the road speed limit based on the current speed of the vehicle; and/or
-providing a violation record for advising the violation as a retrograde or violation turn based on the current direction of travel of the vehicle in combination with the prescribed direction of travel; and/or
-prompting the violation as a violation record for the chase run based on the current accelerator pedal change gradient of the vehicle.
9. A computer-readable storage medium having instructions stored thereon, which when executed by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to perform the method of one of claims 1 to 8.
10. A traffic violation notification system for a vehicle, said traffic violation notification system comprising:
-communication means for obtaining a vehicle violation notification;
-driving data recording means for storing driving data in relation to time and/or location;
-data processing means for extracting from the traffic violation notification information fields comprising at least a place of violation and a time of violation; and for retrieving from the travel data recording means travel data associated with the location of the violation and/or the time of the violation;
-display means for displaying the information fields in the traffic violation notification and the retrieved driving data.
11. The traffic violation notification system of claim 10 wherein said information field comprises at least one of: vehicle number plate, violation driver, driving direction, violation driving lane, violation code, penalty amount, penalty score, and processing deadline.
12. The traffic violation notification system of claim 11 wherein,
-the traffic violation notification system comprises a navigation device, the data processing device calls a map and/or street view around the violation site according to the violation site, and the map and/or street view is displayed on the display device; and/or
-the traffic violation notification system comprises a storage means on which the laws and regulations are stored, the laws and regulations in question being displayed on a display means according to the violation or violation code; and/or
-the data processing means displaying a reminder notification on the display means according to the processing deadline.
13. The traffic violation notification system of any one of claims 10-12 wherein said travel data recording device comprises a travel image recording device and said travel data comprises a travel image.
14. The traffic violation notification system of any one of claims 11-13 wherein,
-the traffic violation notification system comprises driver identity recognition means for recognizing the identity of the driver,
-the data processing means reads the driver usage record in the information field and/or in the driving data recording means and the display means displays only the driver associated with the traffic violation notification.
15. The traffic violation notification system of any one of claims 10-14 wherein said traffic violation notification system comprises an interactive interface configured to enable a driver to address a violation and/or to pay a fine on said interactive interface.
16. The traffic violation notification system of any one of claims 11-15 wherein said traffic violation notification system includes a storage device having a traffic violation database stored thereon, said information fields are storable as a violation record in said traffic violation database, said traffic violation notification system includes a sensor for detecting a current driving situation, and said traffic violation notification system prompts the associated violation record stored in the traffic violation database based on the detected current driving situation.
17. A vehicle comprising a traffic violation notification system for a vehicle in accordance with any one of claims 10-16.
