Detailed Description
The present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The intelligent order processing method for the intelligent restaurant is based on an order processing device, as shown in fig. 1, the order processing device comprises a control center 1, an information output unit 2 and an information acquisition unit 3, and the information output unit 2 and the information acquisition unit are both connected with the control center 1.
The intelligent order processing method for intelligent restaurant shown in fig. 2 is implemented by the control center 1, and includes the following steps S101-S107:
step S101, obtaining the information of unfinished orders sent by a user;
step S102, outputting the information of the unfinished order to a service staff;
in this step, the information of the completed order is output to the service person through the information output unit 2.
Step S103, acquiring information of completed orders;
in this step, the information of the completed order is acquired by the information acquisition unit 3, and the information of the completed order is provided by the service personnel;
step S104, obtaining the storage position of the catering product corresponding to the finished order, and binding the storage position with the finished order;
step S105, obtaining the verification information provided by the user;
in this step, the authentication information is acquired by the information acquiring unit 3, and the authentication information is provided by the customer.
Step S106, judging whether the order information corresponding to the verification information is a finished order or not to obtain a first judgment result;
and step S107, outputting the corresponding storage position corresponding to the finished order to the user when the first judgment result is yes.
Preferably, the step S101 of acquiring the information of the incomplete orders sent by the user includes the following steps S201 to S204:
step S201, judging whether the waiting time reaches a set time to obtain a second judgment result;
in this step, the waiting time is a time interval from the time of last sending the request packet to the server 4 to the current time.
Step S202, when the second judgment result is yes, a request packet is sent to the server 4;
in this step, that is, each time the waiting time reaches the set time, the request packet is sent to the server 4, and the control center 1 can periodically obtain the unfinished order.
Step S203, obtaining a data packet fed back by the server 4 and reading the data packet;
step S204, judging whether the data packet contains order data, if so, taking the order data as the information of the unfinished order, otherwise, deleting the data packet.
In this step, since there is a possibility that there is no order in the non-busy period, there is no unfinished order in the server 4, and therefore there may be no order data in the data packets, which can be directly discarded.
Preferably, the information output unit 2 is a display screen or a printer, and the outputting the unfinished order information to the service staff in the step S102 includes the following step S301:
and S301, outputting the information of the unfinished orders through a picture on a display screen, or printing the information of the unfinished orders into a solid form through a printer.
Preferably, the method further comprises the following steps S401-S402:
step S401, obtaining order updating information input by service personnel;
in this step, each time the service person finishes processing an order, the service person feeds back order update information to the system.
Step S402, updating the corresponding unfinished order into a finished order according to the order updating information.
Based on this, the step S103 of acquiring the information of the completed order includes the following steps S501:
step S501, information of an identifiable code attached to the meal and beverage is obtained through a code scanner so as to obtain information of the finished order, wherein the identifiable code is a bar code or a two-dimensional code.
In the step, as the recognizable code is pasted on the meal beverage or the document with the recognizable code is placed in the tray for containing the meal beverage in the catering industry, the worker can enable the recognizable code to be close to the code scanner so that the code scanner can scan the information of the recognizable code.
Preferably, the step S104 of obtaining the storage location of the food and drink corresponding to the completed order includes the following steps S601 to S604:
step S601, acquiring the latest storage information of a temporary storage area after a worker stores a new catering product in the temporary storage area;
step S602, the latest stored information is changed into the old stored information;
step S603, comparing the latest storage information with the old storage information to obtain difference position information;
and step S604, using the difference position information as the storage position of the meal beverage.
In the above steps S601 to S604, the difference between the new and old storage information can be obtained by comparing the new and old storage information, that is, the difference position information is obtained, and the difference position information is the information corresponding to the completed order newly obtained by the information obtaining unit 3.
Preferably, in order to save cost, the temporary storage area is a plane for placing food and drink, and may be a dining table, the latest storage information is obtained by a camera connected to the control center 1, the control center 1 obtains an image of the temporary storage area through the camera and identifies the image, so as to obtain all storage information in the temporary storage area, some storage information is known, some storage information is newly generated, by comparing the latest storage information with the old storage information, which storage information is newly added, that is, the difference position information is obtained, after binding and associating the difference position information as a storage position with a completed order, a customer can quickly inquire the position information of the food and drink corresponding to the order according to the order information provided by the customer when taking food and drink. All position identification and binding processes can be completed through only one camera in the process, special storage devices such as storage cabinets do not need to be specially arranged, and cost can be saved to the greatest extent.
Based on the combination of the temporary storage area (a plane for placing food and drink) and the camera, in a preferred embodiment, in order to visually indicate the position of the food and drink to the customer to prevent taking the food and drink by mistake, the order processing device further includes a directing device 5, and the directing device 5 can project a light spot to a target storage position to cover a target food and drink, based on which outputting the corresponding storage position corresponding to the completed order to the user in the step S107 includes the following steps S701:
step S701, emitting a light spot to the storage position through the guiding device 5, so that the light spot is irradiated on the meal beverage corresponding to the completed order.
Further, after the step S107 outputs the corresponding storage location corresponding to the completed order to the user, the following steps S801 to S805 are also included:
step S801, acquiring the latest storage information of the temporary storage area;
step S802, the latest stored information is changed into the old stored information;
step S803, the latest storage information is compared with the old storage information to judge whether a difference exists, and a fourth judgment result is obtained;
step S804, if the fourth determination result is yes, acquiring the change position information of the latest storage information and the old storage information;
in this step, when the fourth determination result is yes, it indicates that the customer has taken the meal drink.
Step S805, determining whether the changed location information is consistent with the storage location, if so, updating the completed order to a historical order, otherwise, sending an alarm through an alarm device.
Through the above steps S801 to S805, the control center 1 can determine whether the customer has taken the right food, and if the customer has taken the wrong food, an alarm is given to remind the customer.
