1. acquiring a group of sequenced action fragment combinations from a plurality of action fragments based on user information, training targets, attributes of a fitness schedule and attributes of the action fragments, wherein the attributes of the action fragments comprise action difficulty grades, action fields and muscle stimulation fields; the attributes of the fitness time table comprise training day parameters, and the training day parameters comprise the number of action segments and the muscle stimulation capacity;
acquiring the recommendation times and recommendation weights corresponding to each action segment in the action segment combination according to the preset action times of the action segments and the training targets of the users, wherein the recommendation times and recommendation weights corresponding to one action segment form a training action group;
and acquiring the rest duration of each training action group according to the recommendation times, action segment attributes, user basic information and training targets corresponding to the action segments in the training action groups.

A method for preparing a fitness training program according to claim 1, wherein obtaining a set of ordered combinations of action segments among a plurality of action segments based on user information, training goals, attributes of a fitness schedule, attributes of the action segments comprises:
acquiring action fragment combinations according to the muscle stimulation fields, the training day parameters and the training targets of the action fragments to obtain a plurality of groups of first action combinations;
