if the matching result is complete matching, correcting or supplementing the internal archive information according to the external system information corresponding to the unified social credit code;
and if the matching result is the suggestion matching, supplementing the internal archive information according to the external system information corresponding to the unified social credit code.
Illustratively, if the uniform social credit code is obtained by directly finding the uniform social credit code of the target user from the internal archive information, determining that the matching result of the uniform social credit code and the external system information is a complete match, supplementing all or part of the external system information obtained from the external system by the target user into the internal archive information, or updating the internal archive information according to the external system information corresponding to the uniform social credit code; and if the uniform social credit code is obtained by a way that the uniform social credit code of the target user is not found from the internal archive information, but the uniform social credit code is determined to be obtained according to the matching degree of the internal archive information and the external system information, determining that the matching result is suggested matching, supplementing the external system information corresponding to the uniform social credit code into the internal archive information of the target user, and not updating the information in the internal archive information.
Optionally, the determining a matching result between the unified social credit code and the external system information according to the obtaining route of the unified social credit code includes:
if the unified social credit code of the target user is found from the internal archive information, carrying out fuzzy matching on the user name contained in the internal archive information and the registration name corresponding to each piece of external system information to determine a second fuzzy matching score; if the second fuzzy matching score is larger than or equal to a second threshold value, determining that the matching result is a complete match; if the second fuzzy matching scores are all smaller than a second threshold value, determining that the matching result is a suggested match;
and if the unified social credit code of the target user is not found from the internal archive information and the unified social credit code is determined according to the matching degree of the internal archive information and each piece of external system information, determining that the matching result is suggested matching.
For example, if the unified social credit code of the target user is found from the tax information or the application information in the internal profile information, the matching result is further determined according to a second fuzzy matching score of the user name included in the internal profile information and the registration name corresponding to the external system information, so as to ensure the matching degree between the acquired external system information and the target user. If the second fuzzy matching score is larger than or equal to a second threshold value, determining that the matching result is a complete match; and if the second fuzzy matching scores are all smaller than a second threshold value, degrading the matching result into the suggested matching.
And if the unified social credit code of the target user is not found from the internal archive information, but the unified social credit code can be determined according to the matching degree of the internal archive information and each piece of external system information, determining that the matching result is a suggested matching. The unified social credit code comprises: when the user name contained in the internal archive information and the registration name contained in the external system information are successfully matched accurately, and the first fuzzy matching score of the first address corresponding to the user name and the first fuzzy matching score of the second address corresponding to the registration name are larger than or equal to a first threshold value, the unified social credit code corresponding to the registration name contained in the external system information; or the first fuzzy matching score is smaller than a first threshold value, certificate information in external system information is inquired based on the user number of the target user, and the determined unified social credit code is determined.
And if the unified social credit code of the target user is not obtained from the internal archive information and the unified social credit code is not determined according to the matching degree of the internal archive information and each piece of external system information, determining that the matching result is not matched and not changing the internal archive information.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the internal archive information of the target user is updated or supplemented by unifying the external system information associated with the social credit code, so that the internal archive information is more complete and comprises the industrial and commercial information, the tax information, the administrative information and the judicial information, and the method can help an energy supply unit to carry out memorial multidimensional analysis on the target user and accurately adjust the service.
As shown in fig. 2c, the principle followed by the embodiment of the present invention to perfect the user profile information is "check if there is any, fill if there is no, fill after-fill", and the specific steps according to the perfecting principle of the embodiment of the present invention are as follows: firstly, if yes, the unified social credit code of the target user is preferably inquired from the internal profile information of the target user. The step can be divided into that a first coding field of a target user is inquired from the tax information, whether the first coding field is a unified social credit code is judged, if the target user does not have the tax information or the unified social credit code of the target user does not exist in the tax information, a second coding field of the target user is inquired from the application information, and whether the second coding field is the unified social credit code is judged. And if the second coding field is the uniform social credit code, the second coding field indicates that the uniform social credit code of the target user is inquired from the internal profile information of the target user. Further, the information of the target user is verified, the user name contained in the internal archive information and the registration name contained in the external system information are accurately matched, and if the matching is successful, a first fuzzy matching score of the user address contained in the internal archive information and the registration address contained in the external system information is determined. And determining a matching result according to the first fuzzy matching score.
And secondly, filling if no, namely inquiring the unified social credit code of the target user contained in the external system according to the name and the address of the target user if the unified social credit code of the target user is not inquired from the tax information and the application information, and inquiring the certificate information of the internal archive information according to the user number of the target user if the unified social credit code of the target user is not inquired in the external system, so as to determine the unified social credit code.
And thirdly, after filling, inquiring the unified social credit code in the internal archive information or inquiring the unified social credit code in the external system information, and after filling the internal archive information, inquiring the associated information of the target user in the external system according to the unified social credit code, and updating or supplementing the internal archive information of the target user based on the associated information.
EXAMPLE III
Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a device for refining user profile information according to a third embodiment of the present invention. The embodiment is applicable to the situation that the infrastructure service unit completes the archive information according to the unified social credit code of the enterprise user, and is particularly applicable to the situation that the water, electricity, gas and heat supply unit completes the user archive information according to the unified social credit code of the enterprise user so as to accurately serve the user, the device can be realized in a software and/or hardware mode, the device can be integrated in any equipment providing the user archive information completing function, as shown in fig. 3, and the user archive information completing device specifically comprises: a first acquisition module 310, a lookup module 320, a determination module 330, and a perfection module 340.
The first obtaining module 310 is configured to obtain internal profile information and at least one external system information of a target user;
a searching module 320, configured to search the internal profile information for the unified social credit code of the target user;
a first determining module 330, configured to determine, if the unified social credit code is not found in the internal profile information, a unified social credit code of the target user according to a matching degree between the internal profile information and each piece of external system information;
and the first perfecting module 340 is configured to determine a policy for perfecting the internal profile information according to the unified social credit code and the external system information corresponding to the unified social credit code.
Optionally, the search module 320 is specifically configured to:
acquiring a coding field from the internal archive information; if the obtained coding field accords with the coding strategy of the unified social credit code and the coding field exists in the external system information, determining the obtained coding field as the unified social credit code of the target user;
and if the acquired coding fields do not conform to the coding strategy of the unified social credit code or the coding fields do not exist in the external system information, determining that the unified social credit code is not acquired from the internal archive information.
Optionally, the first determining module 330 includes:
a matching unit, configured to perform precise matching between a user name included in the internal profile information and a registration name included in the external system information;
the determining unit is used for determining a first fuzzy matching score of a first address corresponding to the user name and a second address corresponding to the matched registration name;
an obtaining unit, configured to obtain a uniform social credit code corresponding to a target registration name included in the external system information, where the target registration name is a registration name corresponding to a maximum value of the first fuzzy matching score that is greater than or equal to a first threshold;
and the query unit is used for querying the certificate information of the target user in the external system information based on the user number of the target user and determining the unified social credit code of the target user if the first fuzzy matching score is smaller than the first threshold value.
Optionally, the query unit is specifically configured to:
inquiring the certificate information of the target user based on the user number of the target user to obtain the certificate number of the target user;
if the acquired evidence number conforms to the coding strategy of the unified social credit code and the acquired evidence number exists in the external system information, determining the acquired evidence number as the unified social credit code;
and if the acquired evidence number does not accord with the coding strategy of the unified social credit code, inquiring the external system information according to the acquired evidence number, and determining the unified social credit code of the target user.
Optionally, the method further includes:
a second determining module, configured to determine similarity between user feature information and each user registration information if the unified social credit code is not determined according to a matching degree between the internal profile information and each external system information; the user characteristic information includes: the user name and the user address of the target user contained in the internal profile information, and the user registration information includes: the registration name or the registration address corresponding to the user characteristic information in each piece of external system information;
a third determining module, configured to determine external system information corresponding to a target similarity as external system information of a target user, where the target similarity is a maximum similarity greater than a similarity threshold;
and the second perfecting module is used for perfecting the internal file information of the target user according to the external system information of the target user.
Optionally, the first perfecting module 340 includes:
the determining unit is used for determining the matching result of the unified social credit code and the external system information according to the acquisition way of the unified social credit code;
the first perfecting unit is used for correcting or supplementing the internal archive information according to the external system information corresponding to the unified social credit code if the matching result is complete matching;
and the second perfecting unit is used for supplementing the internal archive information according to the external system information corresponding to the unified social credit code if the matching result is the suggestion matching.
Optionally, the determining unit is specifically configured to:
if the unified social credit code of the target user is found from the internal archive information, carrying out fuzzy matching on the user name contained in the internal archive information and the registration name corresponding to each piece of external system information to determine a second fuzzy matching score; if the second fuzzy matching score is larger than or equal to a second threshold value, determining that the matching result is a complete match; if the second fuzzy matching scores are all smaller than the second threshold, determining that the matching result is a suggested match;
and if the unified social credit code of the target user is not found from the internal archive information and the unified social credit code is determined according to the matching degree of the internal archive information and each piece of external system information, determining that the matching result is suggested matching.
Optionally, the method further includes:
the second acquisition module is used for acquiring the user name of each user in the user system;
the fourth determining module is used for classifying the user names based on the primary word stock and the secondary word stock and determining the user types of the users;
the fifth determining module is used for determining the user corresponding to the target user type as the target user;
wherein, the first level word stock comprises: a first type of token for each user name; the secondary word bank comprises second type characteristic words determined after word segmentation is carried out on each user name.
The product can execute the method provided by any embodiment of the invention, and has corresponding functional modules and beneficial effects of the execution method.
Example four
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a computer device in the fourth embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 4 illustrates a block diagram of an exemplary computer device 12 suitable for use in implementing embodiments of the present invention. The computer device 12 shown in FIG. 4 is only one example and should not bring any limitations to the functionality or scope of use of embodiments of the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 4, computer device 12 is in the form of a general purpose computing device. The components of computer device 12 may include, but are not limited to: one or more processors or processors 16, a system memory 28, and a bus 18 that connects the various system components (including the system memory 28 and the processors 16).
Bus 18 represents one or more of any of several types of bus structures, including a memory bus or memory controller, a peripheral bus, an accelerated graphics port, and a processor or local bus using any of a variety of bus architectures. By way of example only, storage system 34 may be used to read from and write to non-removable, nonvolatile magnetic media (not shown in FIG. 4, and commonly referred to as a "hard drive"). Although not shown in FIG. 4, a magnetic disk drive for reading from and writing to a removable, nonvolatile magnetic disk (e.g., a "floppy disk") and an optical disk drive for reading from or writing to a removable, nonvolatile optical disk (e.g., a CD-ROM, DVD-ROM, or other optical media) may be provided. In these cases, each drive may be connected to bus 18 by one or more data media interfaces. Memory 28 may include at least one program product having a set (e.g., at least one) of program modules that are configured to carry out the functions of embodiments of the invention.
A program/utility 40 having a set (at least one) of program modules 42 may be stored, for example, in memory 28, such program modules 42 including, but not limited to, an operating system, one or more application programs, other program modules, and program data, each of which examples or some combination thereof may comprise an implementation of a network environment. Program modules 42 generally carry out the functions and/or methodologies of the described embodiments of the invention.
Computer device 12 may also communicate with one or more external devices 14 (e.g., keyboard, pointing device, display 24, etc.), with one or more devices that enable a user to interact with computer device 12, and/or with any devices (e.g., network card, modem, etc.) that enable computer device 12 to communicate with one or more other computing devices. Such communication may be through an input/output (I/O) interface 22. In the computer device 12 of the present embodiment, the display 24 is not provided as a separate body but is embedded in the mirror surface, and when the display surface of the display 24 is not displayed, the display surface of the display 24 and the mirror surface are visually integrated. Also, computer device 12 may communicate with one or more networks (e.g., a Local Area Network (LAN), a Wide Area Network (WAN), and/or a public network such as the Internet) via network adapter 20. As shown, network adapter 20 communicates with the other modules of computer device 12 via bus 18. It should be understood that although not shown in the figures, other hardware and/or software modules may be used in conjunction with computer device 12, including but not limited to: microcode, device drivers, redundant processing units, external disk drive arrays, RAID systems, tape drives, and data backup storage systems, among others.
Processor 16 executes programs stored in system memory 28 to perform various functional applications and data processing, such as implementing the sophisticated methods of user profile information provided by embodiments of the present invention: acquiring internal archive information and at least one external system information of a target user; searching the unified social credit code of the target user from the internal archive information; if the unified social credit code is not found from the internal archive information, determining the unified social credit code of the target user according to the matching degree of the internal archive information and each piece of external system information; and determining a strategy for perfecting the internal archive information according to the unified social credit code and the external system information corresponding to the unified social credit code.
EXAMPLE five
An embodiment five of the present invention provides a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, where the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements the method for improving user profile information, provided in all the inventive embodiments of the present application: acquiring internal archive information and at least one external system information of a target user; searching the unified social credit code of the target user from the internal archive information; if the unified social credit code is not found from the internal archive information, determining the unified social credit code of the target user according to the matching degree of the internal archive information and each piece of external system information; and determining a strategy for perfecting the internal archive information according to the unified social credit code and the external system information corresponding to the unified social credit code.
Any combination of one or more computer-readable media may be employed. The computer readable medium may be a computer readable signal medium or a computer readable storage medium. A computer readable storage medium may be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any combination of the foregoing. More specific examples (a non-exhaustive list) of the computer readable storage medium would include the following: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. In the context of this document, a computer readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device.
A computer readable signal medium may include a propagated data signal with computer readable program code embodied therein, for example, in baseband or as part of a carrier wave. Such a propagated data signal may take many forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination thereof. A computer readable signal medium may also be any computer readable medium that is not a computer readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device.
Program code embodied on a computer readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to wireless, wireline, optical fiber cable, RF, etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
Computer program code for carrying out operations for aspects of the present invention may be written in any combination of one or more programming languages, including an object oriented programming language such as Java, Smalltalk, C + + or the like and conventional procedural programming languages, such as the "C" programming language or similar programming languages. The program code may execute entirely on the user's computer, partly on the user's computer, as a stand-alone software package, partly on the user's computer and partly on a remote computer or entirely on the remote computer or server. In the case of a remote computer, the remote computer may be connected to the user's computer through any type of network, including a Local Area Network (LAN) or a Wide Area Network (WAN), or the connection may be made to an external computer (for example, through the Internet using an Internet service provider).
It is to be noted that the foregoing is only illustrative of the preferred embodiments of the present invention and the technical principles employed. Claims (11)

1. A method for improving user profile information is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring internal archive information and at least one external system information of a target user;
searching the unified social credit code of the target user from the internal archive information;
if the unified social credit code is not found from the internal archive information, determining the unified social credit code of the target user according to the matching degree of the internal archive information and each piece of external system information;
and determining a strategy for perfecting the internal archive information according to the unified social credit code and the external system information corresponding to the unified social credit code.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the internal profile information comprises: the tax information and/or the application information,
correspondingly, searching the unified social credit code of the target electricity utilization user from the internal profile information of the target user comprises the following steps:
acquiring a coding field from the internal archive information;
if the obtained coding field accords with the coding strategy of the unified social credit code and the coding field exists in the external system information, determining the obtained coding field as the unified social credit code of the target user;
and if the acquired coding fields do not conform to the coding strategy of the unified social credit code or the coding fields do not exist in the external system information, determining that the unified social credit code is not acquired from the internal archive information.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein determining the target user's unified social credit code based on the degree of match between the internal profile information and each of the external system information comprises:
accurately matching the user name contained in the internal archive information with the registration name contained in each piece of external system information;
determining a first fuzzy matching score of a first address corresponding to the user name and a second address corresponding to the matched registration name;
acquiring a unified social credit code corresponding to a target registration name contained in the external system information, wherein the target registration name is a registration name corresponding to a maximum value of the first fuzzy matching score which is greater than or equal to a first threshold value;
and if the first fuzzy matching score is smaller than the first threshold value, inquiring certificate information of the target user in the external system information based on the user number of the target user, and determining the unified social credit code of the target user.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein querying external system information for target user credential information based on the target user's account number to determine the unified social credit code comprises:
inquiring certificate information of the target user based on the user number of the target user to obtain the certificate number of the target user;
if the acquired evidence number conforms to the coding strategy of the unified social credit code and the acquired evidence number exists in the external system information, determining the acquired evidence number as the unified social credit code;
and if the acquired evidence number does not accord with the coding strategy of the unified social credit code, inquiring the external system information according to the acquired evidence number, and determining the unified social credit code of the target user.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
if the unified social credit code is not determined according to the matching degree of the internal archive information and the external system information, determining the similarity between the user characteristic information and the registration information of each user; the user characteristic information includes: the user name and the user address of the target user contained in the internal profile information, and the user registration information includes: the registration name or the registration address corresponding to the user characteristic information in each piece of external system information;
determining external system information corresponding to the target similarity as the external system information of the target user, wherein the target similarity is the maximum similarity larger than a similarity threshold;
and perfecting the internal archive information of the target user according to the external system information of the target user.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein determining a policy for refining the internal profile information based on the unified social credit code and external system information corresponding to the unified social credit code comprises:
determining a matching result of the unified social credit code and the external system information according to the acquisition way of the unified social credit code;
if the matching result is complete matching, correcting or supplementing the internal archive information according to the external system information corresponding to the unified social credit code;
and if the matching result is the suggestion matching, supplementing the internal archive information according to the external system information corresponding to the unified social credit code.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein determining the match between the unified social credit code and the external system information based on the access to the unified social credit code comprises:
if the unified social credit code of the target user is found from the internal archive information, carrying out fuzzy matching on the user name contained in the internal archive information and the registration name corresponding to each piece of external system information to determine a second fuzzy matching score; if the second fuzzy matching score is larger than or equal to a second threshold value, determining that the matching result is a complete match; if the second fuzzy matching scores are all smaller than the second threshold, determining that the matching result is a suggested match;
and if the unified social credit code of the target user is not found from the internal archive information and the unified social credit code is determined according to the matching degree of the internal archive information and each piece of external system information, determining that the matching result is suggested matching.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein before obtaining the internal profile information of the target user, further comprising:
acquiring user names of users in a user system;
classifying the user names based on a primary word stock and a secondary word stock, and determining the user types of the users;
determining a user corresponding to the type of the target user as the target user;
wherein, the first level word stock comprises: a first type of token for each user name; the secondary word bank comprises second type characteristic words determined after word segmentation is carried out on each user name.
9. An apparatus for refining user profile information, comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring internal archive information and at least one piece of external system information of a target user;
the searching module is used for searching the unified social credit code of the target user from the internal archive information;
the first determining module is used for determining the unified social credit code of the target user according to the matching degree of the internal archive information and each piece of external system information if the unified social credit code is not found in the internal archive information;
and the first perfecting module is used for determining a strategy for perfecting the internal archive information according to the unified social credit code and the external system information corresponding to the unified social credit code.
10. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the processor implementing a method for perfecting subscriber profile information as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8 when executing said program.
11. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out a method for refining subscriber profile information according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
