FIG. 3 illustrates a flow diagram of a file classification method 300 according to one embodiment of the invention, the method 300 being suitable for execution in a computing device, such as the computing device 200 shown in FIG. 2. As shown in fig. 3, the method 300 includes steps S310-S360. The method 300 begins at step S310.
The file view area of the current directory comprises a tab page, the tab page comprises a tab column and a first area (data of each file and folder are displayed in the first area), and the name of the tab page is the same as the name of the directory and is displayed in the tab column. For example, as shown in fig. 4, the file view area 4-1 includes a tab bar 4-1-1 and a first area 4-1-2, and the name (download) of the tab page is displayed in the tab bar 4-1-1, and then the user pops up the menu bar after the right button of the mouse is triggered in the first area 4-1-2 and selects the automatically classified menu items in the menu bar. When it is monitored that the automatic sorting operation is selected, that is, when it is monitored that the sorting operation is triggered in the first area, step S310 is performed to acquire all data in the current directory. The data comprises file data and folder data, the file data or the folder data comprises icons and names of files or folders, the files comprise documents, pictures, videos, compressed files, mirror images and the like, and the folders comprise compressed folders and common folders.
After all the data in the current directory are acquired, step S320 is continuously executed to classify all the data in the current directory to obtain a plurality of classified data. In one embodiment, step S320 includes: classifying all data under the current catalog according to preset classification rules to obtain a plurality of classification data, creating a container corresponding to each classification data for each classification data, storing each classification data into the container corresponding to each classification, namely, storing one classification data in one container, and storing each container to obtain a storage path of each container.
The preset classification rule may be set according to an actual application scenario, and the present invention is not limited thereto, for example, the preset classification rule is to classify data according to text, picture, video, compressed packet, mirror image, application (i.e., application), folder, and time, and further, the classification according to time includes classification according to day, week, month, and year.
It should be noted here that the storage manner of the container may be set according to an actual application scenario, and the storage manner is not limited in the present invention, for example, the container is stored in a local, internal, or database communicatively connected to the current computing device.
In another embodiment, step S320 includes: when an operation of pressing and dragging a left mouse button in a file view region (i.e., a display interface) of a current directory is monitored, initial coordinates (0, 0) of a mouse cursor are acquired, and when an operation of releasing the left mouse button is monitored, the coordinates of the current mouse cursor are acquired as termination coordinates (x 1, y 1). Taking x1 as the length of the rectangle and y1 as the width of the rectangle, a selection area is obtained, and the selection display area is displayed in the first area of the tab page of the file view area of the current directory, resulting in a selection area 7-1 as in fig. 7. Wherein the selection area may include data or be empty (i.e., not include data). When the selection area is not empty (i.e., includes data), all data within the selection area is classified according to the preset classification rule described above.
Step S330 is then performed to create a display area in the file view area of the current directory. It is noted that one display area may correspond to one category data, i.e. only one category of data is displayed in one display area, e.g. only the application is displayed in the display area corresponding to the application. In another embodiment of the present invention, one display area may display all data included in one selection area. In another embodiment of the present invention, after classifying all the data included in the selection area to obtain a plurality of classification data, one display area may display any one of the plurality of classification data included in one selection area. When the selection area is empty, the content displayed by one display area is empty.
In one embodiment, step S330 includes:
and creating display areas of categories corresponding to the classified data, and displaying the created display areas in the first area of the tab page of the file view area of the current directory according to a preset layout rule, wherein the number of the created display areas is equal to the number of the categories of the classified data. The preset layout rule may be set according to an actual application scenario, which is not limited in the present invention, for example, the preset layout rule includes displaying each display area 5-1 in a single row as shown in fig. 5, and displaying each display area 6-1 in a double row as shown in fig. 6.
When the display areas are displayed in multiple rows, all the display areas can be displayed in one interface, user experience is improved, and for a user, the display areas do not need to be checked in a rolling mode from top to bottom, and convenience is improved.
In addition, if the quantity of files or folders which are not arranged is large and the types are various, the file views are disordered. By creating the display area and displaying the classification data in the display area, different types of files or folders are placed in different areas, and the original file view area is changed into a plurality of partitions, so that the file view area is more concise visually.
After the display area is created, step S340 is performed to display the classification data of the corresponding category in the display area. In one embodiment, when all data under the current directory are classified according to the preset classification rule and one classified data is displayed in one display area, the step S340 includes: accessing the storage path of the container of the data category corresponding to the display area, reading the classification data, determining the category name of the read classification data as the name of the display area, displaying the name corresponding to the display area and the name and icon of the classification data in the display area, thereby realizing the automatic classification of the files displayed in the file view area of the current directory, each display area displaying a category file, when the number of the files or folders in the file view area of the current directory is large, the user can quickly find the designated file or folder, thereby facilitating the search of the user.
In another embodiment, when all data within the selection area are classified according to a preset classification rule, and all data included in one selection area (the selection area is not empty) is displayed in one display area, the step S340 includes:
and determining the classification category to which the acquired data belongs based on a preset classification rule, and displaying the names and icons of all data included in the selection area in the display area.
In still another embodiment, when all the data within the selection area are classified and one display area displays only any one of the plurality of classified data included in the selection area, the step S340 includes:
the category of data for which the display area has been created is selected, the category name being referred to as the name of the display area. And then, sorting data of the category corresponding to the display area is screened out from the selection area, and the name corresponding to the sorting data and the name and the icon of the sorting data screened out from the selection area are displayed in the display area so as to limit and filter the sorting data displayed in the display area.
In yet another embodiment, when the selection area is empty (i.e., no data is included in the selection area), step S340 includes: the data is not displayed in the display area, namely the display area is empty, at the moment, a user can manually drag any data in the file view area of the current directory to the empty display area, and more refined division is realized.
An embodiment including steps S310 to S340 is given below.
For example, under the download directory, the name of the tab page of the download directory is the download, the name of the tab page is displayed in the tab bar (download), the preset classification rule is to perform data classification according to the document, the folder and the application, at this time, all data under the download directory are classified according to the current preset rule, and three types of data are obtained, respectively: document data, folder data, application data. Then, a display area of a category corresponding to each classification data is created, that is, three display areas are created, and the names of the display areas are the names of the classification data, so that the names of the three created display areas are: the file, the folder and the application, and at the moment, a created file display area, a folder display area and an application display area are displayed in a first area of a tab page of a file view area of the current directory. Displaying names and icons of all documents in the document display area, displaying names and icons of all folders in the folder display area, displaying names and icons of all applications in the application display area, and assuming that preset layout rules are used for displaying each display area in a single column, thereby obtaining a file view area schematic diagram of the download directory as shown in fig. 8, wherein the file view area 8-1 of the download directory comprises a display area 8-1-1, a label column 8-1-2, a first area 8-1-3 and classification data 8-1-4, wherein the label column 8-1-2 and the first area 8-1-3 jointly form a label page.
Another embodiment including steps S310 to S340 is given below.
For example, under the download directory, the name of the tab page of the download directory is the download, the name of the tab page is displayed in the tab bar (download), the preset classification rule is to perform data classification according to the document, the folder, the video and the picture, at this time, all data under the download directory are classified according to the current preset rule, and four types of data are obtained, respectively: document data, folder data, video data, and picture data, and creating display regions of categories corresponding to the respective category data, that is, creating four display regions, the names of which are category data names, so that the names of the created four display regions are: the file display area, the folder display area, the video display area and the picture display area are displayed in the first area of the tab page of the file view area of the current directory. Displaying names and icons of all documents in a document display area, displaying names and icons of all folders in a folder display area, displaying names and icons of all videos in a video display area, displaying names and icons of all pictures in a picture display area, and displaying each display area for two columns on the assumption of a preset layout rule, thereby obtaining a schematic diagram of a file view area of a download directory as shown in fig. 9, wherein the file view area 9-1 of the download directory comprises a display area 9-1-1, a tab bar 9-1-2, a first area 9-1-3, and category data 9-1-4, wherein the tab bar 9-1-2 and the first area 9-1-3 together constitute a tab page.
In the prior art, the scope of the file classification is only the file resource manager, that is, the file classification can only be implemented in the file resource manager, and for example, the classification and classification display cannot be implemented on the desktop. In order to solve this problem, after the classification data is displayed in the display area, when an operation of dragging any display area to the desktop by the user is monitored (for example, when an operation of selecting a target display area by a mouse and dragging to the desktop is monitored), step S350 is performed to display the currently dragged display area and all data displayed therein on the desktop.
Specifically, since the file resource manager and the desktop are two independent processes respectively, and the two processes cannot communicate directly, a data relay station is required, and the data relay station can be set according to an actual application scenario. When the operation of dragging any display area to the desktop is monitored, the display area is displayed on the desktop, information of the current display area is acquired, the information comprises the name of the display area and the storage path of a container corresponding to displayed classification data, the acquired information is written into the clipboard, when the operation of stopping dragging is monitored, the information in the clipboard is acquired, the storage path of the information is accessed, the classification data is read from the storage path, the name corresponding to the information, the name and the icon of the classification data are displayed in the display area of the desktop, and therefore the display area in the file view area of the current directory and all data displayed in the display area are displayed on the desktop.
Of course, the present invention may drag any display area of the desktop to the first area of the file view area of the current directory. Specifically, when an operation of dragging any display area to a first area of a file view area of a current directory on a desktop is monitored, the display area is displayed in the first area of the file view area of the current directory, information of the current display area is acquired, the information also comprises a name of the display area and a storage path of a displayed classification data corresponding container, the acquired information is written into a clipboard, when an operation of stopping dragging is monitored, information in the clipboard is acquired, the storage path of the information is accessed, classification data is read from the storage path, and a name corresponding to the display area, a name of the classification data and icons are displayed in the dragged current display area of the file view area of the current directory, so that the display area in the desktop and all contents displayed in the display area are displayed in the first area of the file view area of the current directory.
According to the content, the content of the display area in the file resource manager can be displayed in the desktop, the file classification can be realized not only in the file resource manager but also in the desktop, the scope of action of the file classification is expanded, and the convenience is improved.
In one embodiment, when the number of classification data displayed in the display area is large, in order to save the view space, the display area is displayed in one file view area as much as possible, and at this time, the folding operation is performed on each display area in the first area. Specifically, in response to an operation of triggering a folding button of any one of the display regions, the display region is folded, and at this time, partial classification data of any one of the display regions can be displayed. If all classification data of the display area need to be checked, the display area can be expanded in response to the operation of triggering an expansion button of any display area by a user in a scene of folding the display area.
In order to improve the operation convenience of folding and unfolding the display area, in one embodiment, when the target display area is in the unfolded state, whether the mouse cursor is located in a first preset area of the display area is judged, if so, the target display area is folded, and if not, the unfolded state of the target display area is maintained. Further, if the target display area is in the folded state, whether the mouse cursor is located in a first preset area of the display area is judged, if yes, the target display area is unfolded, and if not, the folded state of the target display area is maintained. The first preset area may be set according to an actual application scenario, which is not limited in the present invention. For example, the first preset area is an area at the title of each display area, as shown in fig. 10, the display area is expanded as shown in a square frame 10-1, the display area is folded as shown in a square frame 10-2, and the first preset area is shown in a square frame 10-3.
As can be seen from the above, the expansion and folding of the display area can be realized by moving the mouse cursor to the preset area, which is simple and convenient for the user to operate and improves the convenience of operation.
When there are many files and folders in a group, all the contents in the group cannot be completely displayed, resulting in poor viewing effect, and to solve this problem, step S360 is executed to display the display area in the form of a tab page.
Specifically, when the operation of dragging the target display area to the tab bar is monitored, a new tab page is created, the name of the target display area is obtained and is used as the tab bar of the newly created tab page, when the prompt message pops up, the operation of dragging the target display area is stopped, the first area of the newly created tab page is displayed on the interface at the moment, and the names and icons of all classified data displayed in the target display area are displayed in the first area of the newly created tab page. It is worth noting that when all the contents of other display areas need to be viewed, the display area can be displayed by clicking the tab bar of the tab page corresponding to each display area.
The form of the prompt message may be configured according to the actual application scenario, which is not limited in the present invention, for example, the prompt message of the adsorption effect is popped up.
For example, if the current directory is a download directory, and the name of the display area dragged to the tab bar is a document, a new tab page is created at this time, and the name-document of the target display area is acquired as the tab bar of the newly created tab page, that is, the tab bar is a document at this time. When the prompt message of the adsorption effect pops up, the operation of dragging the document display area is stopped, at this time, the interface displays the first area of the newly created tab page, the names and icons of all classified data displayed in the document display area are displayed in the first area of the newly created tab page, at this time, the tab bar comprises two tab bars which are a download tab bar and a document tab bar respectively, as shown in fig. 11, at this time, the newly created tab page is displayed, the corresponding tab bar is a document, and the content displayed in the first area is all data displayed in the document display area. It is worth noting that when all the contents of other display areas need to be viewed, the display area can be displayed by clicking the tab bar of the tab page corresponding to each display area.
The new tab pages are created for the display areas, all classified data included in one display area are displayed in one interface, the view effect is improved, and when all contents of other display areas need to be checked, the display areas can be switched by clicking the tab columns of the tab pages corresponding to the display areas, namely, the display areas can be switched by clicking the tab columns of the tab pages corresponding to the display areas, the operation is simple and convenient, and the efficiency of checking all contents of the display areas is improved.
The present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned implementation manners of dragging any display area to the desktop and stopping the dragging operation, for example, the operation of dragging the target display area to the desktop is realized by pressing the left mouse button and sliding, and the operation of stopping the dragging is realized by stopping pressing the left mouse button.
It is noted that steps S310 to S340 are performed whenever the files need to be classified. If the display area needs to be displayed on the desktop, step S350 is continuously executed, and if all the contents of each display area need to be displayed, step S360 is continuously executed.
