Referring to fig. 1-2, an intelligent touch mouse includes a touch pad 1 and an upper protection cover. The touch panel 1, or touch pad, is a product that provides input signals for devices such as computers and mobile phones by using the contact of fingers or a touch pen, and may be called a touch screen when having a display function. In this embodiment, the touch pad 1 is provided with at least two contacts for simulating left and right mouse buttons, and when the contacts are tapped, signals for simulating the mouse button 6 are sent to a computer or other devices connected to the touch pad 1, so as to generate corresponding functions of the mouse button 6. The upper protection plate 2 covers the touch pad 1 to provide a protection function for the touch pad 1. The upper protection plate 2 is provided with keys 6 at positions corresponding to the contacts, and an operator can press the keys 6 to tap the contacts, so as to generate corresponding functions of the mouse keys 6 and prevent the touch pad 1 and the contacts from being polluted. Referring to fig. 2, in one embodiment, the button 6 corresponding to the contact of the left button of the analog mouse and the button 6 corresponding to the contact of the right button of the analog mouse are respectively located on the left and right sides of the upper surface of the upper protection plate 2. Preferably, the two keys 6 may be further positioned on the front side of the upper protection plate 2. The front, rear, left and right sides of the upper protection plate 2 are determined and defined according to the front, rear, left and right directions of the intelligent touch mouse relative to the operator when the intelligent touch mouse is placed and used.
In one embodiment, the touch panel 1 is connected with a USB connector 4 and a TYPE-C connector, or one of the USB connector and the TYPE-C connector, so as to be connected with a device such as a computer, for signal transmission and charging of the intelligent touch mouse, and the device can be used in a plug-and-play manner. In one embodiment, the upper protection plate 2 and the touch pad 1 are bonded by using optical glue. The optical cement is colorless and transparent, the curing shrinkage is small, the joint degree of the touch control plate 1 and the upper protection plate 2 after being jointed is favorably improved, and the operation efficiency of fingers and a touch control pen is ensured. When the touch panel 1 has a display function, the display effect of the touch screen can be prevented from being affected, and the upper protective plate 2 is made of a transparent material, such as glass, resin, and the like.
In one embodiment, the smart touch mouse further includes a lower protection plate 3. The touch pad 1 can be manufactured by using ITO conductive glass, a nano silver film, a metal grid and other technologies, and has a sensitive touch effect. The ITO conductive glass is manufactured by plating a layer of Indium Tin Oxide (ITO) film on the basis of soda-lime-based or silicon-boron-based substrate glass by a magnetron sputtering method and is used as a transparent conductive electrode material of the touch screen. The nano silver film (nano silver conductive film) is used as a conductive film and has the characteristics of high transparency, flexibility, folding, stretching and the like. The metal mesh is formed by densely distributing wires of conductive metal such as copper and the like and oxides thereof on a conductive layer of a PET (polyester resin) substrate to form a mesh with a regular shape, and a signal transmission function is realized by sensing touch based on a bonded conductive film.
In one embodiment, the touch pad 1 is made of a flexible material, such as a nano silver film and a metal mesh, and when the upper protection plate 2 and the lower protection plate 3 are made of the flexible material, the whole intelligent touch mouse can be bent and curled, so that the intelligent touch mouse is convenient to carry and use. The flexible material of the upper protection plate 2 and the lower protection plate 3 can be silica gel, rubber and the like. Preferably, the flexible circuit board 5 is also used as the circuit board on the touch panel 1.
Referring to fig. 3, an embodiment of the invention further discloses a touch pen for the above-mentioned intelligent touch mouse, which includes a pen holder 8, a pen point 9 and a button 10. The touch pen of this embodiment is a capacitive touch pen, the pen point 9 is disposed at the end of the pen holder 8, and when the pen point 9 contacts the touch pad 1, the touch pad 1 detects the capacitance change on the surface and generates an electrical signal to determine the contact position. The pen point 9 can be made of conductive cotton and conductive fiber, or the end of the pen holder 8 is coated with conductive paint. By arranging the button 10, the function of the touch control pen is expanded, wherein the button 10 is arranged on the pen holder 8 and comprises a side surface or a top end arranged on the pen holder 8. The button 10 can press and adjust the capacitance between the pen head 9 and the touch pad 1 to generate different electrical signals. Different electric signals can be preset to appointed computer operations such as selection, movement, insertion and the like, namely, the functions of the touch pen are adjusted by pressing the button 10, so that the functions of function expansion, one-stroke multi-use and the like are realized, and the use experience of the intelligent touch mouse can be optimized.
In one embodiment, the button 10 has at least one pair, and the pair of buttons 10 are respectively arranged on the side of the barrel 8 and the other end of the barrel 8 opposite to the pen point 9, i.e. the top end of the barrel 8. 10. The stylus of claim 7, further comprising:
