In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the USB consumable identification method for a printer further includes the following steps:
voltage detection and adjustment: detecting the voltage of a charging roller 5 in the toner cartridge 1 through a voltage sensor, and sending the voltage information of the charging roller to the main control board 3; the main control board 3 adjusts the charging voltage value of the charging roller 5 according to the charging roller voltage information; in the step, the consumable chip is in communication connection with the voltage sensor, and sends the charging roller voltage information to the main control board 3;
when the voltage of the charging roller 5 is higher than a preset value, a charging mechanism for charging the charging roller 5 reduces the charging voltage value; when the voltage of the charging roller 5 is lower than a preset value, a charging mechanism for charging the charging roller 5 raises a charging voltage value. In the invention, the USB equipment replaces the existing IIC interface, so that the communication connection between the main control board 3 and one or both of the carbon powder box 1 and the selenium drum 2 is realized, the data transmission quantity is increased, the consumable chip can send the encrypted identity verification code and the voltage value information of the charging roller 5 to the main control board 3, and the main control board 3 can control the charging voltage of the charging mechanism in real time, thereby ensuring the stability of the voltage value of the charging roller 5.
Of course, the application of the present invention does not specifically limit whether the consumable chips are disposed on the toner cartridge 1 and the toner cartridge 2 in step S1, and in other embodiments, the toner cartridge 1 and the toner cartridge 2 are of an integrated structure, and the consumable chips are disposed on the toner cartridge 1 and the toner cartridge 2 of the integrated structure.
Of course, the recording position of the encoding rule of the consumable chip is not particularly limited in the present application, and in other embodiments, the encoding rule of the consumable chip may also be recorded in the main control board 3 or other storage media.

the main control board 3 is in communication connection with the consumable chip through USB equipment so as to receive the authentication code encryption information which is sent by the consumable chip and coded in the random data, extract the authentication code encryption information from the random data, and decrypt the authentication code encryption information so as to identify the consumable chip identity information;
the humidity sensor 4 is used for detecting the humidity of the carbon powder in the carbon powder box 1 and sending humidity information to the main control board 3 through the consumable chip; the main control board 3 adjusts the heating temperature and heating time of the fuser according to the humidity information. The humidity sensor 4 is arranged on the inner cavity wall of the toner cartridge 1;
the voltage sensor is used for detecting the voltage of a charging roller 5 in the toner cartridge 1 and sending the voltage information of the charging roller to the main control board 3; and the main control board 3 adjusts the charging voltage value of the charging roller 5 according to the charging roller voltage information. The voltage sensor is arranged on a charging roller 5 in the toner cartridge 1.
Example 3
A printer, comprising: a printer consumable device.
A printer consumable device, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, comprising:
the consumable chip is arranged on the toner cartridge 1 and the toner cartridge 2;
the main control board 3 is in communication connection with the consumable chip through USB equipment so as to receive the authentication code encryption information which is sent by the consumable chip and coded in the random data, extract the authentication code encryption information from the random data, and decrypt the authentication code encryption information so as to identify the consumable chip identity information;
the humidity sensor 4 is used for detecting the humidity of the carbon powder in the carbon powder box 1 and sending humidity information to the main control board 3 through the consumable chip; the main control board 3 adjusts the heating temperature and heating time of the fuser according to the humidity information. The humidity sensor 4 is arranged on the inner cavity wall of the toner cartridge 1;
the voltage sensor is used for detecting the voltage of a charging roller 5 in the toner cartridge 1 and sending the voltage information of the charging roller to the main control board 3; and the main control board 3 adjusts the charging voltage value of the charging roller 5 according to the charging roller voltage information. The voltage sensor is arranged on a charging roller 5 in the toner cartridge 1.

Claims (12)

1. A USB consumable identification method for a printer is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, the consumable chips on the toner cartridge (1) and/or the toner cartridge (2) are in communication connection with the main control board (3) through USB equipment;
s2, the consumable chip generates random data; moreover, the consumable chip encrypts the identity verification code of the consumable chip by an encryption algorithm to generate identity verification code encryption information;
s3, the consumable chip encodes the identity verification code encryption information into the random data;
s4, the main control board (3) receives the random data, extracts the authentication code encryption information and decrypts to identify the identity information of the consumable chip.
2. The USB consumable identification method for a printer of claim 1, wherein the encoding rule of the consumable chip is recorded in an on-chip flash of the consumable chip; and the main control board (3) reads the coding rule of the flash in the chip through a consumable program.
3. The USB consumable identification method for a printer of claim 1, further comprising the steps of:
and (3) humidity detection and adjustment: detecting the humidity of carbon powder in the carbon powder box (1) through a humidity sensor (4), and sending humidity information to the main control board (3); the main control board (3) adjusts the heating temperature and/or heating time of the fixer according to the humidity information;
when the humidity of the carbon powder in the carbon powder box (1) is higher than a preset value, the heating temperature and/or the heating time of the fixer are/is increased; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
when the humidity of the carbon powder in the carbon powder box (1) is lower than a preset value, the heating temperature and/or the heating time of the fixer are/is reduced.
4. The USB consumable recognition method for a printer according to claim 3, wherein in the humidity detection adjustment step,
the consumable chip is in communication connection with the humidity sensor (4), and sends humidity information to the main control board (3).
5. The USB consumable identification method for a printer of claim 1, further comprising the steps of:
voltage detection and adjustment: detecting the voltage of a charging roller (5) in the toner cartridge (1) through a voltage sensor, and sending the voltage information of the charging roller to the main control board (3); the main control board (3) adjusts the charging voltage value of the charging roller (5) according to the charging roller voltage information;
when the voltage of the charging roller (5) is higher than a preset value, a charging mechanism for charging the charging roller (5) reduces the charging voltage value;
when the voltage of the charging roller (5) is lower than a preset value, a charging mechanism for charging the charging roller (5) increases the charging voltage value.
6. The USB consumable identification method for a printer according to claim 5, wherein in the voltage detection adjustment step,
the consumable chip is in communication connection with the voltage sensor, and sends charging roller voltage information to the main control panel (3).
7. A printer consumable device, comprising:
the consumable chip is arranged on the toner cartridge (1) and/or the toner cartridge (2);
and the main control board (3) is in communication connection with the consumable chip through USB equipment so as to receive the authentication code encryption information which is sent by the consumable chip and coded in the random data, extract the authentication code encryption information from the random data, and decrypt the authentication code encryption information so as to identify the identity information of the consumable chip.
8. The printer consumable device of claim 7, further comprising:
the humidity sensor (4) is used for detecting the humidity of carbon powder in the carbon powder box (1) and sending humidity information to the main control board (3) through the consumable chip;
the main control board (3) adjusts the heating temperature and/or heating time of the fixer according to the humidity information.
9. Printer consumable device according to claim 8, characterized in that said humidity sensor (4) is arranged on the inner cavity wall of said cartridge (1).
10. The printer consumable device of claim 7, further comprising:
the voltage sensor is used for detecting the voltage of a charging roller (5) in the toner cartridge (1) and sending the voltage information of the charging roller to the main control board (3);
and the main control board (3) adjusts the charging voltage value of the charging roller (5) according to the charging roller voltage information.
11. Printer consumable device according to claim 10, characterized in that said voltage sensor is arranged on a charging roller (5) inside said toner cartridge (1).
12. A printer, comprising:
the printer consumable device of any one of claims 7 to 11.
