Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The technical features mentioned in the different embodiments of the invention described below can be combined with each other as long as they do not conflict with each other.
At present, a dishwasher has become one of the most commonly used home appliances. Need detect the water in the dish washer at dish washer operation in-process to whether the inflow in the judgement inner bag reaches the requirement, after the inflow reaches the requirement, if continue to intake then can lead to water to spill over the dish washer casing from the inner bag, consequently also need judge whether the overflow phenomenon appears in the dish washer, and then intake to the dish washer and control, in order to avoid causing the damage to the dish washer.
However, in the prior art, can be through utilizing capacitanc liquid level detection principle promptly the capacitance value can rise along with the liquid level and take place corresponding change, thereby realize the inflow detection of dish washer, also can utilize it to realize dish washer overflow and detect, but two kinds of detections exist alone, a detection port can only detect a capacitance value, obtain a liquid level measuring result, when needing to realize inflow detection and overflow detection simultaneously to dish washer, can only set up two independent capacitanc liquid level detection circuit and handle the chip and detect respectively, cause the waste of hardware resources, increase the detection cost.
Based on the above problem, an embodiment of the present invention provides a dishwasher level detecting apparatus, including: the first capacitance type liquid level detection device 1 is arranged in an inner container of the dish washing machine, the maximum capacitance of the first capacitance type liquid level detection device 1 is a preset reference capacitance, and the preset reference capacitance is a capacitance value corresponding to the first capacitance type liquid level detection device 1 when water in the inner container meets the preset water inflow requirement of the dish washing machine; the second capacitance type liquid level detection device 2 is arranged at the bottom of the shell of the dish washing machine; the charging module 3 is respectively connected with the first capacitive liquid level detection device 1 and the second capacitive liquid level detection device 2, and the charging module 3 respectively charges the first capacitive liquid level detection device 1 and the second capacitive liquid level detection device 2 according to preset voltage; and the control module 4 is respectively connected with the first capacitance type liquid level detection device 1 and the second capacitance type liquid level detection device 2. The control module 4 is used for acquiring the total capacitance capacity of the first capacitive liquid level detection device 1 and the second capacitive liquid level detection device 2 after charging is completed; based on the relation between the total capacitance capacity of the first capacitance type liquid level detection device 1 and the second capacitance type liquid level detection device 2 and the preset reference capacitance, determining the liquid level detection result of the dish washing machine, wherein the liquid level detection result comprises: a water inflow detection result and an overflow detection result.
According to the dishwasher liquid level detection device provided by the embodiment of the invention, the two capacitive liquid level detection devices arranged at different positions of the dishwasher are utilized and charged according to the preset voltage, and then the relation between the total capacitance capacity after the charging of the two capacitive liquid level detection devices and the preset reference capacitance is detected, so that the functions of detecting the water inflow of the inner container of the dishwasher and detecting the overflow water are realized simultaneously, the expenditure of hardware resources required by liquid level detection in the dishwasher is saved, and the cost is reduced.
The first capacitive liquid level detection device 1 and the second capacitive liquid level detection device 2 may employ an existing capacitive liquid level sensor or other capacitive liquid level detectors, for example, the first capacitive liquid level detection device 1 may employ a container a as shown in fig. 2, the container a is disposed in a liner of a dishwasher, a lower end of the container is in contact with water in the liner, and an upper end of the container is disposed with a corresponding dielectric layer, so that the dielectric layer and the water in the container form an equivalent capacitor C _ a as a sensor of the liquid level of the liner, since the area of a plane S1 in the container a is equal to that of a plane S2, the liquid level in the container a rises, and the capacitance value of C _ a rises; the second capacitive liquid level detection device 2 may be a container B as shown in fig. 2, which is disposed at the bottom of the dishwasher housing, and constitutes an equivalent capacitor C _ B as a sensor for detecting overflow, similar to the principle of the container a, wherein the area of the plane S3 is equal to the area of the plane S4, and when overflow occurs, the liquid level in the container B rises, and the volume value of C _ B rises. The invention is not limited thereto. It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, by setting the sectional area of the container B to be much larger than the sectional area of the container a, once an overflow occurs, a small amount of liquid level may cause a drastic change of the equivalent capacitor C _ B, so that the dishwasher level detection apparatus is more sensitive to the overflow detection, and the accuracy and timeliness of the overflow detection are improved.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, the equivalent capacitors C _ a and C _ b and the preset reference capacitor C _ mod satisfy the following three relationships: c _ b maximum capacity is greater than 10 times C _ a maximum capacity; c _ mod capacity is equal to C _ a maximum capacity; the minimum capacity of C _ a, C _ b is much smaller than that of C _ mod. C _ b maximum capacity greater than 10 times C _ a maximum capacity: the liquid level of the container B rises, the change of C _ B is large so as to distinguish the change of C _ a, and when the change is several times of C _ mod, the overflow fault is entered; c _ mod capacity is equal to C _ a maximum capacity: the liquid level of the container A rises, and the change of the volume of C _ a is referenced by C _ mod without large deviation; the liquid level of the container A can be accurately judged; the minimum capacity of C _ a, C _ b is much smaller than that of C _ mod: in the initial state, the containers A and B have no liquid level, and the capacity values C _ a and C _ B are very small, so that the reference capacitance value setting of C _ mod is not influenced. By limiting the relation between equivalent capacitors, the total capacitor capacity after charging is obviously different under the condition of different liquid levels, so that the accuracy of the final liquid level detection result is improved.
Illustratively, when water is normally fed, the liquid level of the container A rises, the capacity of C _ a is changed, and when C _ a is C _ mod, the total capacity of the two equivalent capacitors is the preset reference capacitor C _ mod, and the preset target water inflow can be judged to be reached by monitoring whether the time of reaching the preset charging voltage reaches the time of charging the preset reference capacitor to the preset voltage.
When overflow occurs, the liquid level of the container B rises due to the large areas of the planes S3 and S4, C _ B changes greatly and can exceed C _ a quickly, so that the total charging time is increased by multiples of C _ mod, and the overflow state is judged; finally, the two planes S3 and S4 of C _ b are short-circuited by contact, and C _ a + C _ b cannot be charged to the predetermined charging voltage, and thus the overflow state is determined.
In particular, the equivalent capacitance of the container a and the container B can be determined according to the structural size of the dishwasher, where the formula C ═ S/d, where ∈: the two planar intermediate media are well-done, here air; s: two planar effective cross-sectional areas; d: the spacing of the two planes; then, the preset reference capacitance C _ mod is determined.
Exemplarily, let e be 1, S1 ═ S2 ═ 5, d1 (minimum) ═ 5; c _ a (max) 1uF can be calculated; the structure is matched to adjust the container B so that C _ B is greater than 10 ANG _ C _ a (max); when S3 is S4 is 50 and d2 is 5, C _ b is 10uF, and when d2 is less than 5, C _ b is more than 10 uF; if C _ mod is equal to C _ a (max) is equal to 1uF, the preset reference capacitance may be set to 1 uF.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the equivalent circuit structure formed by the charging module 3, the equivalent capacitor C _ a and the equivalent capacitor C _ b is shown in fig. 3, wherein the two planes S1 and S3 are connected to GND, S2 and S4 are connected to the charging module 3 after being connected to the resistor R1, and the charging module 3 charges S2 and S4 through the resistor R1 according to a predetermined voltage. The control module 4 is configured to implement the data detection and analysis process. For details and specific working procedures of the control module 4, reference is made to the following description of embodiments of dishwasher level detection methods, and further description is omitted here.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a dishwasher liquid level detection method, which is applied to the control module 4 shown in figure 1, and as shown in figure 4, the dishwasher liquid level detection method specifically comprises the following steps:
step S101: and acquiring the total capacitance capacity of the first capacitance type liquid level detection device and the second capacitance type liquid level detection device after charging is completed.
Step S102: and determining a liquid level detection result of the dishwasher based on the relation between the total capacitance capacity of the first capacitance type liquid level detection device and the second capacitance type liquid level detection device and a preset reference capacitance.
Wherein, the liquid level testing result includes: a water inflow detection result and an overflow detection result.
By executing the steps, the dishwasher liquid level detection method provided by the embodiment of the invention charges two capacitive liquid level detection devices arranged at different positions of the dishwasher according to the preset voltage, and simultaneously realizes the functions of detecting the water inflow of the inner container of the dishwasher and detecting the overflow water by detecting the relation between the total capacitance capacity after the charging of the two capacitive liquid level detection devices and the preset reference capacitance, thereby saving the expenditure of hardware resources required by liquid level detection in the dishwasher and reducing the cost.
Specifically, the maximum capacitance of the second capacitive liquid level detection device is greater than the preset reference capacitance, and the minimum capacitance of the first capacitive liquid level detection device and the minimum capacitance of the second capacitive liquid level detection device are both less than the preset reference capacitance. Therefore, by limiting the relation between equivalent capacitors of the two capacitive liquid level detection devices, the total capacitance after charging is obviously different under the condition of different liquid levels, and the accuracy of the final liquid level detection result is improved.
Specifically, in an embodiment, the step S102 specifically includes the following steps:
step S201: and judging whether the current total capacitance capacity reaches a preset reference capacitance.
Specifically, the charging time for charging the first capacitive liquid level detection device and the second capacitive liquid level detection device to a preset voltage is obtained; judging whether the charging time reaches a preset charging time corresponding to a preset reference capacitor; and when the charging time reaches the preset charging time corresponding to the preset reference capacitor, determining that the current total capacitor capacity reaches the preset reference capacitor.
Step S202: and when the current total capacitance capacity reaches the preset reference capacitance, generating a liquid level detection result that the dish-washing machine meets the preset water inflow requirement of the dish-washing machine.
Step S203: and judging whether the current total capacitance capacity exceeds a preset reference capacitance.
Specifically, whether the charging time length exceeds a preset charging time length corresponding to a preset reference capacitor is judged; when the charging time length exceeds a preset charging time length corresponding to a preset reference capacitor, judging whether the charging time length exceeds a preset multiple of the preset charging time length; and when the charging time length exceeds a preset multiple of the preset charging time length, determining that the current total capacitance capacity exceeds a preset reference capacitance.
Step S204: and when the current total capacitance capacity exceeds a preset reference capacitance, generating a liquid level detection result of the dish washing machine when the dish washing machine overflows.
Therefore, different capacitors are used for achieving different unified preset charging voltages under different capacities, the current capacity of the capacitor can be accurately reflected by monitoring the charging duration, the problems that the capacity of the capacitor is difficult to directly detect, and the accuracy of a detection result cannot be guaranteed are solved, and the accuracy of a final detection result is improved.
Specifically, in an embodiment, the above method for detecting a liquid level of a dishwasher further includes the following steps:
step S103: and when the first capacitance type liquid level detection device and the second capacitance type liquid level detection device cannot be charged to a preset voltage, generating a liquid level detection result of the dish washing machine when the dish washing machine overflows.
Therefore, the problem that the detection result cannot be obtained due to the problems of capacitance faults or short circuits and the like is avoided, and the overflow fault result is prompted, so that the maintainer can timely overhaul related circuits and equipment.
The dishwasher liquid level detection method provided by the embodiment of the invention judges the size of the capacity of the equivalent capacitors C _ a and C _ b by charging the equivalent capacitors C _ a and C _ b and detecting the time of the total capacitor voltage reaching the preset charging voltage, further judges the states of the equivalent capacitors C _ a and C _ b, and can judge the liquid level corresponding to the inner container and the liquid level detection result of whether the inner container overflows according to the feedback signal, thereby realizing the detection of two liquid level functions only by one set of hardware equipment, saving hardware resources, and realizing simplicity, high reliability and low cost.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a dishwasher level detection device, which is applied to the control module 4 of the dishwasher level detection device shown in figure 1, and as shown in figure 5, the dishwasher level detection device comprises:
