In a specific application, a control instruction corresponding to a preset gesture can be configured in advance, and when the preset gesture is detected in use, the adjusting device of the vehicle-mounted screen is controlled to drive the vehicle-mounted screen 1 to move according to the control instruction corresponding to the preset gesture. Illustratively, when a hand gesture is detected in which 1 finger points to the left and the other fingers are closed, the adjusting device controlling the vehicle-mounted screen drives the vehicle-mounted screen 1 to turn to a left limit position. In a specific implementation, a voice signal may be detected by a microphone or the like, and a signal collected by the microphone is sent to the control device for recognition. A driver, a co-driver or other passengers can control the adjusting device of the vehicle-mounted screen to drive the vehicle-mounted screen 1 to move through voice, and user experience is greatly improved. In addition, the position of the user who sends the voice can be identified through the sound zone identification technology, and when the user needs to watch the vehicle-mounted screen 1, the vehicle-mounted screen 1 is controlled to move to a better watching position through the voice.
Illustratively, when a voice instruction sent by a user in a passenger driving area is detected, the adjusting device for controlling the vehicle-mounted screen drives the vehicle-mounted screen to move from a first position to a second position; the second position is a position of the vehicle-mounted screen 1 facing the copilot area;
and responding to the end of interaction, controlling an adjusting device of the vehicle-mounted screen to drive the vehicle-mounted screen 1 to move to a first position.
In a specific implementation, a switch may be disposed on the vehicle-mounted screen 1, the switch controls the sound zone control screen function, when the sound zone control screen function is turned on, if a user in the copilot area inputs a voice instruction, the vehicle-mounted screen 1 automatically rotates to a second position at the current first position, i.e., the position facing the copilot area, and a specific angle of the second position may be set according to an actual use requirement, which is not described herein. After the voice interaction is finished, controlling the adjusting device of the vehicle-mounted screen to drive the vehicle-mounted screen 1 to move to the position before the instruction is received, namely the first position, and of course, controlling the vehicle-mounted screen 1 to move after the voice interaction is finished for a preset time, which is not described herein.
In an alternative embodiment, the control device is configured to:
identifying a user when it is detected that the user enters a driving area;
determining a user memory position corresponding to a user according to a mapping relation between the user and a user memory position which is stored in advance;
controlling an adjusting device of the vehicle-mounted screen to drive the vehicle-mounted screen 1 to move to a user memory position corresponding to the user;
and controlling the vehicle-mounted screen 1 to display a preset welcome picture.
In the embodiment of the invention, the user can be identified through the camera, and certainly, the user can also be identified through a card swiping mode and the like. Illustratively, when a user enters a vehicle, the vehicle-mounted screen 1 controls the vehicle-mounted screen 1 to move to a user memory position corresponding to the user according to a pre-configured mapping relationship between the user and the user memory position, and the mapping relationship between the user and the user memory position can be set by the user, for example, by triggering a preset "memory key" to record a current user and a current position, and the user can adjust the position of the vehicle-mounted screen 1 when using the vehicle for the next time. Similarly, a seat memory function, a steering wheel memory function and the like can be further arranged on the vehicle, so that a user can directly use the seat position and the steering wheel position when the vehicle is used last time without readjustment.
In an alternative embodiment, the control device is configured to:
detecting human eyes and determining the gazing direction of the human eyes;
and controlling an adjusting device of the vehicle-mounted screen to drive the screen to move according to the gaze direction of the human eyes.
In practical application, a person in a vehicle can adjust the sitting posture of the person, and the screen watching effect can be changed along with the change. In the embodiment of the invention, the shooting device can be adopted to track human eyes, the shooting device sends the collected signals to the control device for recognition, the control device automatically adjusts the angle and the position of the vehicle-mounted screen 1 according to the gaze direction of the recognized human eyes, illustratively, when a driver adjusts the sitting posture, the sight line of the driver changes, and at the moment, the control device controls the adjusting device of the vehicle-mounted screen to drive the screen to move, so that the driver obtains a good watching effect, the screen does not need to be adjusted manually, the user experience is greatly improved, and the driving safety of the driver is improved.
Example two
Referring to fig. 4 to 6, the adjusting device for a vehicle-mounted screen of the present embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that the adjusting device for a vehicle-mounted screen of the present embodiment further includes a supporting base 6, a threaded bracket 7, a guide rod 9, and a second driving device 8; the second driving device 8 is fixedly installed on the supporting seat 6, the second driving device 8 comprises a second output shaft 81, the second output shaft 81 is provided with a second external thread, the threaded support 7 is provided with a second internal thread matched with the second external thread, and the threaded support 7 is in threaded connection with the second output shaft 81; the threaded support 7 is fixedly connected to the base 2; the base is connected with the guide rod in a sliding manner; the guide rod 9 and the support seat 6 are independent structures and are fixedly connected with each other, or the guide rod 9 and the support seat 6 are integrally formed.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the base 2 serves as a sliding platform, the guide rod 9 plays a guiding and supporting role, and the guide rod 9 is arranged in parallel with the second output shaft 81. In the specific implementation, by rotating the second output shaft 81 of the second driving device 8, the threaded bracket 7 in threaded connection with the second output shaft 81 is driven to move on the second output shaft 81, so as to drive the base 2 to move along the axial direction of the second output shaft 81, and finally the vehicle-mounted screen 1 can be driven to move back and forth. In practical use, the position adjustment such as front-back movement and the like can be independently performed on the vehicle-mounted screen 1, the angle adjustment such as left-right swinging and the like can also be independently performed on the vehicle-mounted screen 1, and the requirements of a user on sight, manual operation, screen anti-dazzling and the like can be met by combining the position adjustment and the angle adjustment of the vehicle-mounted screen.
As shown in fig. 6, in an implementation, the supporting seat 6 can be fixedly connected to the housing of the second driving device 8.
As shown in fig. 6, the second driving device 8 further includes a second motor worm gear 82, and the second output shaft 81 is connected to the second motor worm gear 82. Specifically, the second motor worm and gear mechanism 82 includes a second motor, a second worm gear and a second worm, the second motor is connected to the second worm, the second worm is engaged with the second worm gear, the second output shaft 81 is mounted on the second worm gear, and a lead angle of the second worm is smaller than an equivalent friction angle between meshing gear teeth of the second worm and the second worm gear. In a specific implementation, the second motor, the second worm wheel and the second worm may be disposed in a housing of the second driving device 8.
The embodiment of the invention adopts a worm and gear technology, the technology is mature, the motor worm and gear mechanism is low in price, good in reliability, stable in transmission, low in noise and capable of reversely self-locking, and the motor worm and gear mechanism can be self-locked, so that the motor worm and gear mechanism is safer, more stable and more reliable.
In an alternative embodiment, the screen adjustment device further comprises a third driving device (not shown in the figures) for adjusting the pitch angle of the screen mounting bracket 5. For example, the third driving device may be connected to the supporting base 6, and drive the supporting base 6 to drive the vehicle-mounted screen 1 on the screen mounting bracket 5 to adjust the pitch angle. For another example, the third driving device is disposed between the screen mounting bracket 5 and the vehicle-mounted screen 1, and when the pitch angle of the vehicle-mounted screen 1 needs to be adjusted, the third driving device can drive the vehicle-mounted screen 1 to adjust the pitch angle. Of course, other methods may also be adopted to drive the vehicle-mounted screen 1 to adjust the pitch angle, which is not described herein.
It should be noted that, the movement and rotation (including but not limited to front-back, left-right, and up-down movement, including but not limited to rotation around front-back, left-right, and up-down axes) of the screen 1 in each direction can also be realized through the adjustment of the individual structures, for example, when the supporting base 6 is installed on a sliding rail assembly, the movement of the vehicle-mounted screen 1 along the preset direction can be realized, and further details are not described herein.
Other structures and working principles of this embodiment are the same as those of the first embodiment, and will not be further described herein.
Compared with the prior art, the embodiment of the invention has the beneficial effects that: the embodiment of the invention provides an adjusting device of a vehicle-mounted screen, which comprises a base 2, a screw member 3, a first driving device 4 and a screen mounting bracket 5, wherein the screen mounting bracket 5 is rotatably connected on the base 2, the first driving device 4 is rotatably mounted on the base 2, a first output shaft 41 of the first driving device 4 is provided with a first external thread, the screw member 3 is provided with a first internal thread matched with the first external thread, the screw member 3 is in threaded connection with the first output shaft 41, the screw member 3 is rotatably connected with the screen mounting bracket 5, when the adjusting device is used, the vehicle-mounted screen 1 is mounted through the screen mounting bracket 5, when the vehicle-mounted screen 1 is adjusted, the screw member 3 in threaded connection with the first output shaft 41 is driven to move on the first output shaft 41 by rotating the first output shaft 41 of the first driving device 4 so as to drive the screen mounting bracket 5 connected with the screw member 3 to rotate, thereby finally drive on-vehicle screen 1 rotation on the screen installing support 5, realize on-vehicle screen 1's angle modulation, in addition, can also combine the position control to the screen, and then can give different screen position and angle of different drivers and passenger, solve the differentiation problem of the demand such as different people's field of vision, operation, anti-dazzling. Meanwhile, the embodiment of the invention also correspondingly provides a vehicle-mounted display device and a vehicle.

Claims (19)

1. The adjusting device for the vehicle-mounted screen is characterized by comprising a base, a threaded piece, a first driving device and a screen mounting bracket;
the screen mounting bracket is rotatably connected to the base, and the first driving device is rotatably mounted on the base; the first driving device comprises a first output shaft, the first output shaft is provided with a first external thread, the threaded part is provided with a first internal thread matched with the first external thread, and the threaded part is in threaded connection with the first output shaft; the threaded member is rotatably connected with the screen mounting bracket.
2. An adjustment device for a vehicle screen according to claim 1, wherein the rotation axis of the screen mounting bracket is parallel to the rotation axis of the first drive means about the base, and the rotation axis of the first output shaft is perpendicular to the rotation axis of the screen mounting bracket and the rotation axis of the first drive means about the base, respectively.
3. The adjustment device for the vehicle-mounted screen according to claim 1, wherein the first driving device further comprises a first motor worm gear mechanism, and the first output shaft is connected with the first motor worm gear mechanism.
4. The adjustment device for the vehicle screen according to claim 3, wherein the first motor worm gear mechanism comprises a first motor, a first worm wheel and a first worm, the first motor is connected with the first worm, the first worm is in meshing connection with the first worm wheel, the first output shaft is mounted on the first worm wheel, and a lead angle of the first worm is smaller than an equivalent friction angle between meshing wheel teeth of the first worm and the first worm wheel.

The adjusting apparatus of a vehicle-mounted screen according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the adjusting apparatus of a vehicle-mounted screen further comprises a support base, a screw bracket, a guide rod and a second driving means; the second driving device is fixedly arranged on the supporting seat and comprises a second output shaft, the second output shaft is provided with a second external thread, the threaded support is provided with a second internal thread matched with the second external thread, and the threaded support is in threaded connection with the second output shaft; the threaded support is fixedly connected to the base; the base is connected with the guide rod in a sliding manner; the guide rod and the supporting seat are of an integrally formed structure, or the guide rod is fixedly connected with the supporting seat.
6. The adjustment device of the in-vehicle screen according to claim 5, wherein the second output shaft of the second driving means is parallel to the guide bar.
7. The adjustment device for the vehicle-mounted screen according to claim 5, wherein the second driving device further comprises a second motor worm gear mechanism, and the second output shaft is connected with the second motor worm gear mechanism.

The adjustment device for the vehicle-mounted screen according to claim 7, wherein the second motor worm gear mechanism comprises a second motor, a second worm gear and a second worm, the second motor is connected with the second worm, the second worm is in meshing connection with the second worm gear, the second output shaft is mounted on the second worm gear, and a lead angle of the second worm is smaller than an equivalent friction angle between meshing gear teeth of the second worm and the second worm gear.
9. The apparatus for adjusting a vehicle-mounted screen according to any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising a third driving means for adjusting a pitch angle of the screen mounting bracket.
10. An in-vehicle display device comprising an in-vehicle screen and an adjustment device for the in-vehicle screen as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, the in-vehicle screen being mounted on the screen mounting bracket.
11. A vehicle characterized by comprising the in-vehicle display device according to claim 9.
12. The vehicle of claim 11, further comprising a control device for controlling the adjustment device of the on-board screen to drive the on-board screen to move.
13. The vehicle of claim 12, characterized in that the on-board screen has an adjustment interface provided with a first preset key; the control device is used for:
and when the first preset key is detected to be triggered, controlling an adjusting device of the vehicle-mounted screen to drive the vehicle-mounted screen to recover to a default position.
14. The vehicle of claim 12, characterized in that the screen has an adjustment interface provided with a second preset key; the control device is used for:
when the second preset key is detected to be pressed for a long time, recording the current position of the vehicle-mounted screen as a memory position;
and when the second preset key is detected to be pressed for a short time, controlling an adjusting device of the vehicle-mounted screen to drive the vehicle-mounted screen to move to the memory position.
15. The vehicle of claim 12, further comprising a steering wheel, wherein the steering wheel is provided with a touch module, and the touch module comprises at least one touch key; the control device is used for:
responding to an activation instruction, and activating the touch module;
and when the touch key is triggered, controlling the screen adjusting device to drive the vehicle-mounted screen to move according to a control instruction corresponding to the touch key.
16. The vehicle of claim 12, characterized in that the control means is configured to:
recognizing a current gesture;
determining a gesture control instruction corresponding to the current gesture according to the current gesture and a mapping relation between a preset gesture and a gesture control instruction;
and controlling an adjusting device of the vehicle-mounted screen to drive the vehicle-mounted screen to move according to a gesture control instruction corresponding to the current gesture.
17. The vehicle of claim 12, characterized in that the control means is configured to:
recognizing a current voice signal;
determining a voice control instruction corresponding to the current voice signal according to the current voice signal and a mapping relation between a pre-configured voice signal and the voice control instruction;
and controlling an adjusting device of the vehicle-mounted screen to drive the vehicle-mounted screen to move according to a voice control instruction corresponding to the current voice signal.
18. The vehicle of claim 12, characterized in that the control means is configured to:
identifying a user when it is detected that the user enters a driving area;
determining a user memory position corresponding to a user according to a mapping relation between the user and the user memory position configured in advance;
controlling an adjusting device of the vehicle-mounted screen to drive the vehicle-mounted screen to move to a user memory position corresponding to the user;
and controlling the vehicle-mounted screen to display a preset welcome picture.
19. The vehicle of claim 12, characterized in that the control means is configured to:
detecting human eyes and determining the gazing direction of the human eyes;
and controlling an adjusting device of the vehicle-mounted screen to drive the screen to move according to the gaze direction of the human eyes.
