Abstract
The invention provides a built-in one-way valve which comprises a valve seat, a rubber ring, a valve core and a valve cover, wherein the valve seat is provided with a rubber ring; a fluid channel is arranged in the valve seat, and an annular groove and a plurality of axial straight grooves are formed in the peripheral surface of the valve seat; the valve core comprises a T-shaped plug and a plurality of clamping jaws, wherein the T-shaped plug comprises a disk part and a circular ring part connected to the middle of the disk part, the circular ring part is of a net structure or is provided with a porous structure, the roots of the clamping jaws are connected to the periphery of the disk part, the inner sides of the upper parts of the clamping jaws are provided with convex blocks, the positions of the clamping jaws correspond to the linear groove on the peripheral surface of the valve seat, and the convex blocks are embedded into the linear groove and can move axially in the linear groove; the rubber ring is arranged in an annular groove of the valve seat, the valve core is attached to the lower part of the valve seat through the clamping jaw and can plug a fluid channel of the valve seat through the T-shaped plug, and the valve cover is a tubular body and is used for sleeving the valve core and the valve seat in the valve cover; the valve core can move axially along the straight groove in the valve cover under the action of fluid.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of automobile vacuum power assisting devices, in particular to a built-in one-way valve in a vacuum pipeline.
Background
At present, the one-way valve is widely applied to a plurality of fields, taking the field of vacuum booster as an example, the one-way valve used in pipeline connection has a larger appearance and generally consists of a valve seat, a valve plate, a valve cover and a spring; firstly, the check valve is externally connected in a pipeline and needs to occupy a certain assembly space, secondly, the check valve has a complex internal structure, is easy to lose efficacy due to the problems that a spring cannot reset, is corroded and the like, and causes poor sealing performance, so that the stability of the check valve is influenced, and the integral service life of a product is shortened.

The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a one-way valve which has simple structure, convenient opening and good sealing performance and can be arranged in a pipeline.
In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows: a built-in one-way valve comprises a valve seat, a rubber ring, a valve core and a valve cover; the valve seat is a cylinder with two open ends, a fluid channel is axially arranged in the valve seat, an annular groove for assembling the rubber ring is arranged on the peripheral surface of the valve seat, and a plurality of axial linear grooves are uniformly distributed on the peripheral surface of the valve seat below the annular groove; the valve core comprises a T-shaped plug and a plurality of clamping jaws uniformly distributed around the T-shaped plug, wherein the T-shaped plug comprises a disk part and a circular ring part connected to the middle of the disk part, the circular ring part is of a net structure or is provided with a porous structure, the roots of the clamping jaws are connected to the periphery of the disk part, the inner sides of the upper parts of the clamping jaws are provided with convex blocks, and the positions of the clamping jaws correspond to a linear groove on the peripheral surface of the valve seat, so that the convex blocks are embedded into the linear groove and can axially move in the linear groove; the rubber ring is arranged in an annular groove on the peripheral surface of the valve seat, the valve core is attached to the lower part of the valve seat through a clamping jaw and can plug a fluid channel of the valve seat through a T-shaped plug, and the valve cover is a tubular body and is used for sleeving the valve core and the valve seat in the valve cover; the valve core can axially move along the straight groove in the valve cover under the action of fluid.
Preferably, the through hole in the valve cover is a stepped hole and can be sequentially divided into a first through hole, a second through hole and a third through hole from top to bottom according to different hole diameters, the hole diameter of the second through hole is larger than the hole diameter of the first through hole and is larger than the hole diameter of the third through hole, and the length of the second through hole is larger than the length of the first through hole and is larger than the length of the third through hole.
Preferably, the fluid passage in the valve seat is a stepped bore, and the bore diameter of the lower portion of the valve seat is smaller than the bore diameter of the upper portion.
Furthermore, the periphery of the valve cover is provided with an error-proofing device.
Furthermore, the periphery of the valve core disk part is provided with air passing holes.
Preferably, the valve seat, the valve core and the valve cover are all made of plastic.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the valve seat is a cylinder, and the valve cover is a tubular body, so the valve seat can be conveniently arranged in a pipeline; because the valve core can axially move along the length direction of the valve seat, the valve core has the advantages of convenient opening, good sealing property, simple structure, easy processing, cost reduction and the like, and a spring is not required to be arranged, thereby fundamentally eliminating the risk caused by the incapability of resetting and corrosion of the spring.

As shown in fig. 1 to 5, a built-in check valve includes a valve seat 10, a valve core 30, a valve cover 40 and a rubber ring 20, which are made of plastic materials; the valve seat 10 is a cylinder with two open ends, a fluid channel is axially arranged in the valve seat 10, an annular groove 11 for assembling a rubber ring is arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the valve seat 10, and four axial linear grooves 12 are uniformly distributed on the outer peripheral surface of the valve seat 10 below the annular groove 11; the valve core 30 comprises a T-shaped plug and four clamping jaws 31 uniformly distributed around the T-shaped plug, wherein the T-shaped plug comprises a disk part 32 and a circular ring part 33 connected to the middle of the disk part 32, air holes are formed in the periphery of the disk part 32, the circular ring part 33 is of a net structure or is provided with a porous structure, the roots of the four clamping jaws 31 are connected to the periphery of the disk part 32, lugs 31a are arranged on the inner sides of the upper parts of the four clamping jaws 31, and the positions of the four clamping jaws 31 correspond to the linear grooves 12 on the outer peripheral surface of the valve seat, so that the lugs 31a are embedded into the linear grooves 12 and can axially move in the linear grooves 12; the rubber ring 20 is arranged in an annular groove 11 on the outer peripheral surface of the valve seat, the valve core 30 is attached to the lower part of the valve seat 10 through a clamping jaw 31 and can seal a fluid passage of the valve seat 10 through a T-shaped plug, and the valve cover 40 is a tubular body and is used for sleeving the valve core 30 together with the valve seat 10 in the tubular body; the valve core 30 is axially movable within the valve housing 40 along the linear groove 12 under the influence of fluid.
As shown in fig. 3, the fluid passage in the valve seat 10 is a stepped hole, and the diameter of the hole in the lower portion of the valve seat 10 is smaller than that in the upper portion.
As shown in fig. 5, the through hole in the valve cover 40 is a stepped hole, and can be divided into a first through hole 41, a second through hole 42 and a third through hole 43 from top to bottom according to different hole diameters, the aperture of the second through hole 42 is larger than the aperture of the first through hole 41 and is larger than the aperture of the third through hole 43, and the length of the second through hole 42 is larger than the length of the first through hole 41 and is larger than the length of the third through hole 43; the valve housing 40 is provided with a mistake proofing means on the outer periphery.
The valve seat 10 is a column body, and the valve cover 40 is a tubular body, so that the valve seat can be conveniently arranged in a pipeline; the valve core 30 can axially move along the length direction of the valve seat 10, so that the valve has the advantages of convenient opening, good sealing performance, simple structure, easy processing, cost reduction and the like.

A built-in check valve characterized in that: comprises a valve seat (10), a rubber ring (20), a valve core (30) and a valve cover (40); the valve seat (10) is a cylinder with two open ends, a fluid channel is axially arranged in the valve seat (10), an annular groove (11) for assembling a rubber ring is formed in the outer peripheral surface of the valve seat (10), and a plurality of axial linear grooves (12) are uniformly distributed below the annular groove (11) in the outer peripheral surface of the valve seat (10); the valve core (30) comprises a T-shaped plug and a plurality of clamping jaws (31) uniformly distributed around the T-shaped plug, wherein the T-shaped plug comprises a disc part (32) and a circular ring part (33) connected to the middle of the disc part (32), the circular ring part (33) is of a net structure or is provided with a porous structure, the roots of the clamping jaws (31) are connected to the periphery of the disc part (32), the inner sides of the upper parts of the clamping jaws (31) are provided with convex blocks (31 a), the positions of the clamping jaws (31) correspond to a linear groove (12) on the outer peripheral surface of the valve seat (10), and the convex blocks (31 a) are embedded into the linear groove (12) and can axially move in the linear groove (12); the rubber ring (20) is arranged in an annular groove (11) on the outer peripheral surface of the valve seat (10), the valve core (30) is attached to the lower part of the valve seat (10) through a clamping jaw (31) and can seal a fluid passage of the valve seat (10) through a T-shaped plug, and the valve cover (40) is a tubular body and is used for sleeving the valve core (30) and the valve seat (10) in the tubular body; the valve element (30) can be moved axially along the linear groove (12) in the valve housing (40) under the action of a fluid.

The built-in check valve according to claim 1 or 2, wherein: the through holes in the valve cover (40) are stepped holes and can be sequentially divided into a first through hole (41), a second through hole (42) and a third through hole (43) from top to bottom according to different hole diameters, the hole diameter of the second through hole (42) is larger than the hole diameter of the first through hole (41) and is larger than or equal to the hole diameter of the third through hole (43), and the length of the second through hole (42) is larger than the length of the first through hole (41) and is larger than the length of the third through hole (43).
