The conventional emptying and blowdown valve bank has the following defects:

100mm, the total length of the valve block (including extension tubes, tees, etc.) may exceed 540 mm. The valve group is heavy in weight, large in required installation space and needs to be fixed by adding a plurality of supporting pieces after installation.
2. The size of the emptying valve and the size of the blowdown valve are generally DN20, the DN20 valve has the advantages that the valve core and the filler are close to the two ports, and the valve core and the filler can be damaged by high temperature when the valve body and the pipeline are directly welded, so that at least 100mm long external connecting pipes need to be welded at the two ends of the valve body before the valve core and the filler are assembled on the valve body, and equivalently, two welding seams are added on each valve body. Therefore, each emptying and blowdown valve group needs 3 single valves, 1 three-way joint and 9 welding seams, and the time cost and the labor cost of installation are high.
