For example, the rubber strip may be connected to the edge of the flip cover 200, and when the flip cover 200 covers the input port 101, the flip cover 200 abuts against the box 100 through the rubber strip, and the rubber strip plays a good role in buffering the impact of the flip cover 200 on the box 100, so as to avoid the phenomenon of easy occurrence of impact damage to the box 100 under the impact of the flip cover 200.
In an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 1, the electric driving assembly 600 includes a driver 610 and a push rod assembly 620, the driver 610 is disposed in the case 100 and electrically connected to the circuit board, one end of the push rod assembly 620 is connected to the driver 610, and the other end is connected to the flip cover 200 and can be abutted against the flip cover 200 for turning.
One end of the push rod component 620 is connected with the driver 610, and the other end of the push rod component 620 abuts against the flip cover 200 component, so that the driver 610 can drive the push rod component 620 to abut against the flip cover 200 after being started, and the flip cover 200 can be turned to open or close the input port 101. It can be understood that, when the driver 610 is electrically connected to the circuit board, and the human body sensor 400 is also electrically connected to the circuit board as described above, the human body sensor 400 can be activated by the circuit board driving the driver 610, and then the driver 610 drives the flip cover 200 to flip through the push rod assembly 620. Based on the above-mentioned scheme that the button 500 is electrically connected to the circuit board, the button 500 can be activated by the circuit board driving driver 610, and the driver 610 drives the flip cover 200 to flip through the push rod assembly 620. Specifically, the driver 610 may be a motor, an air cylinder, a hydraulic cylinder, or the like.
Further, when the push rod assembly 620 abuts against the flip cover 200 to flip, the push rod assembly 620 can only contact with the flip cover 200, but not be fixedly connected with the flip cover 200 in a clamping, bonding or screw connection manner, i.e., when the flip cover 200 is driven to rotate alone, the flip cover 200 does not drive the push rod assembly 620 to be linked. With such an arrangement, when the electric driving component 600 is in a power-off state, if a user steps on the pedal driving component 300, the pedal driving component 300 can only drive the flip cover 200 to open the input port 101, and the phenomenon that the flip cover 200 drives the push rod component 620 to move so as to cause the two components to be linked is avoided, so that on one hand, the flip cover 200 is prevented from having a large load when rotating, and on the other hand, the service lives of the flip cover 200 and the push rod component 620 are also prolonged.
Further, referring to fig. 1 to 3, the flip cover 200 has a hinge side 210 and a cover side 220 opposite to each other, and the hinge side 210 is hinged to the box 100; the flip cover 200 is provided with a sliding slot 230, and the sliding slot 230 extends along the direction from the covering side 220 to the hinge side 210; the push rod assembly 620 extends into the slide groove 230 and can slide in the slide groove 230.
It can be understood that, when the flip cover 200 is turned over, the push rod component 620 of the electric driving component 600 abuts against the flip cover 200 and slides relative to the flip cover 200, so as to avoid the interference problem caused by the push rod component 620 to the turning process of the flip cover 200. In this embodiment, the flip cover 200 is provided with the sliding slot 230 extending along the direction from the covering side 220 to the hinge side 210, and the push rod assembly 620 slides in the sliding slot 230, so that when the push rod assembly 620 slides to one end of the sliding slot 230 close to the covering side 220, the flip cover 200 can cover the input opening 101; when the push rod assembly 620 slides to the end of the slide slot 230 near the hinged side 210, the flip cover 200 can open the opening 101.
Further, referring to fig. 1 to fig. 3, the top bar assembly 620 includes a bar body 621 and a pulley 622, one end of the bar body 621 is connected to the driver 610, the other end is connected to the pulley 622, and the pulley 622 is disposed in the sliding groove 230.
By such arrangement, when the push rod assembly 620 slides in the sliding groove 230, the relative sliding process of the push rod assembly 620 and the flip cover 200 can be converted into the process that the pulley 622 rolls along the sliding groove 230, and the effect of relative displacement between the push rod assembly 620 and the flip cover 200 is also realized, so that the friction force of the push rod assembly 620 to the flip cover 200 can be reduced, and the scratch of the push rod assembly 620 to the flip cover 200 is avoided.
Further, the direction perpendicular to the ground is defined as a vertical direction, the extending direction of the rod body 621 may be disposed at an included angle with the vertical direction, and the end of the rod body 621 close to the flip cover 200 is inclined toward the direction of the hinge side 210. With such arrangement, the direction of the driving force of the driver 610 to the lever body 621 can be approximately consistent with the movement direction of the flip 200 when being opened, so that the flip 200 can be opened only with a small driving force; in addition, the flip cover 200 can be prevented from having a large supporting force against the pulley 622, the lever body 621 and the driver 610, thereby reducing the possibility of damage to the three.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2 to 4, the box 100 includes a main frame 110 and a front door 120, wherein the front door 120 is hinged to the main frame 110 and is disposed in front of the main frame 110; the human body sensor 400 is provided on the front door 120 or the main frame 110, and the button 500 is provided on the front door 120 or the main frame 110.
Through the front door 120 hinged to the main frame 110, the user can also open the front door 120 to quickly take out the garbage in the intelligent garbage can. Further, the front door 120 and the main frame 110 can be locked to the main frame 110 by a locking device, so that the problem that the front door 120 is opened to expose garbage during normal use is avoided.
By providing the human body sensor 400 and the button 500 on the front door 120 or the main frame 110, an installation space is provided for installing the human body sensor 400 and the button 500, and a user can easily activate the human body sensor 400 and the button 500. Optionally, the main frame 110 may include a mounting portion disposed above the front door 120, and the human body sensor 400 and the button 500 may be disposed on the mounting portion of the main frame 110, so that a user may be located in front of the intelligent trash can to trigger the human body sensor 400 or the button 500 to start the electric driving assembly 600 to operate, and then drive the flip cover 200 to turn over to open or close the input opening 101 through the electric driving assembly 600.
In this embodiment, the box 100 further includes a top plate 130, the top plate 130 is disposed on the top of the main frame 110, the top plate 130 is provided with a feeding opening 101, and the lid 200 is hinged to the top plate 130. By the arrangement, the opening of the throwing port 101 faces upwards, so that the throwing is convenient for a user.
When the opening of the input port 101 is upward, the inner wall of the input port 101 is connected with a guide plate 140, the guide plate 140 has a top end and a bottom end opposite to each other, and the bottom end of the guide plate 140 is inclined toward the central axis direction close to the input port 101. With such an arrangement, when the user discharges water through the input port 101 to clean the trash can, the guide plate 140 has a shielding effect on the circuit board, the human body sensor 400 and the button 500, so as to prevent the electrical devices from being corroded by water and losing efficacy.

the box body is provided with a throwing opening;
the turnover cover is hinged to the box body and can open or cover the throwing port;
the pedal driving component is arranged on the box body and can drive the turnover cover to turn over;
the human body sensor is arranged on the box body;
the button is arranged on the box body;
the electric driving component is arranged on the box body and can drive the turnover cover to turn over; and
the circuit board is arranged in the box body, and the human body sensor, the button and the electric drive assembly are electrically connected to the circuit board; the electric driving component comprises a driver and a push rod component, the driver is arranged in the box body and is electrically connected with the circuit board, one end of the push rod component is connected with the driver, and the other end of the push rod component is connected with the flip cover and can abut against the flip cover to turn; the driver drives the ejector rod assembly to reciprocate along the vertical direction; the turnover cover is provided with a hinged side edge and a covering side edge which are oppositely arranged, and the hinged side edge is hinged with the box body; the flip cover is provided with a sliding chute which extends along the direction from the cover side edge to the hinge side edge; the push rod assembly comprises a rod body and a pulley, one end of the rod body is connected to the driver, the other end of the rod body is connected with the pulley, and the pulley is arranged in the sliding groove; the human body sensor can drive the electric driving component to start through the circuit board so as to drive the flip cover to turn over; the button can drive the electric drive component to start through the circuit board so as to drive the flip cover to turn over.
2. The intelligent garbage can as claimed in claim 1, wherein the pedal driving assembly comprises a pedal and a connecting rod assembly, one end of the connecting rod assembly is connected to the pedal, and the other end is hinged to the flip cover and can drive the flip cover to turn.
3. The intelligent garbage can according to claim 2, wherein the connecting rod assembly comprises a first connecting rod and a second connecting rod, one end of the first connecting rod is hinged with the flip, and the other end is hinged with the second connecting rod;
the pedal driving assembly further comprises a rack, the second connecting rod is hinged to the rack, and one end, far away from the first connecting rod, of the second connecting rod is connected with the pedal.
