Referring to fig. 1 and 3, in some alternative embodiments, the box 10 is provided with a first through hole 14, the fixing base 20 is provided with a second through hole 25, and the first through hole 14 is aligned with the second through hole 25. Through the through holes matched with the fixing seat 20 and the box body 10, the inside of the box body 10 is more ventilated and breathable, and the baby is more comfortable when using the baby. Meanwhile, the first through hole 14 and the second through hole 25 are formed, so that the processing materials of the fixing seat 20 and the box body 10 are reduced, the weight of the fixing seat 20 and the weight of the box body 10 can be further reduced, and the overall weight of the sleeping box 100 is further reduced.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3 to 5, in some alternative embodiments, a carrying handle 11 is disposed on the box body 10, and the carrying handle 11 is movably disposed on the box body 10. Referring to fig. 1, in some alternative embodiments, the box 10 is formed by foaming a foaming material, so that the structure is stable and light. And the fixing base 20 is of a hard structure. The fixing seat 20 is made of hard materials, can be better matched with the box body 10 and the base 200, and the hard fixing seat 20 can better support the box body 10 when the sleeping box 100 is used alone, so that the whole structure can be more stable. The hard material for making the fixing base 20 may be polypropylene (PP), which is convenient to form, stable in structure, safe and reliable, and suitable for infants. The foamed material of the molded case 10 may be one or more of polystyrene foam, expandable polypropylene (EPP), Expanded Polystyrene (EPS), Expandable Polyolefin (EPO), or Polyethylene (PE). The selected foaming material is light in texture, safe and durable. The box body 10 made of the foaming material is matched with the hard fixed seat 20, so that the whole sleeping box structure 1000 is compact and firm, light and convenient to use. As shown in fig. 8, a plurality of third through holes 15 may be further formed through the box 10, and the third through holes 15 are formed in the side wall or the bottom wall of the box 10. The third through holes 15 may be uniformly distributed on the bottom wall and each side wall of the case 10, or the third through holes 15 may be opened on the bottom wall and a portion of the side walls of the case 10, so that the case 10 is lighter in texture, more breathable and more comfortable to use. Meanwhile, due to the arrangement of the third through hole 15, the box body 10 is partially hollowed out, so that the processing materials of the box body 10 are reduced, the weight of the box body 10 is further reduced, and the box body 10 is lighter in texture.
Referring to fig. 1, 8 to 10, in some alternative embodiments, the fixing base 20 is wrapped at the bottom of the box 10 to form an integral structure. The fixing base 20 is at least partially embedded in the box 10, so that the connection between the fixing base 20 and the box 10 is more stable. The upper edge 210 of the fixing base 20 can be embedded into the box 10, that is, the box 10 can cover the upper edge 210 and part of the outer side surface of the fixing base 20, so that the connection between the box 10 and the fixing base 20 is more stable. Specifically, the fixing base 20 is provided with a protruding convex portion 220, the case 10 is provided with a concave portion 16 matching with the convex portion 220, and the fixing base 20 is embedded into the case 10 through matching of the convex portion 220 and the concave portion 16, so that the case 10 and the fixing base 20 form an integrated structure. As shown in fig. 10, the thickness of the side area of the fixed seat 20 of the hard structure is much smaller than that of the box body 10, so that the overall mass is lighter. Referring to fig. 12 and 13, in some alternative embodiments, the surface of the fixing base 20 that is engaged with the housing 10 is provided with a plurality of protruding ribs 230, and the ribs 230 are embedded in the housing 10 to enhance the connection between the fixing base 20 and the housing 10. A plurality of ribs 230 may be circumferentially distributed on the inner surface of the holder 20 engaged with the casing 10. Specifically, the rib 230 includes a connection plate 231 and an insertion plate 232, the connection plate 231 has a gradually-changing structure with a cross-sectional area gradually increasing from the bottom of the fixing base 20 to the upper edge 210, and the connection plate 231 is connected between the insertion plate 232 and the inner wall of the fixing base 20. It can be understood that, the fixing base 20 is provided with the protruding rib 230, when the cabinet 10 is directly foam-molded on the fixing base 20, the material of the cabinet 10 can fill the molding gap 233 between the inserting plate 232 and the inner wall of the fixing base 20, so that the rib 230 can be inserted into the cabinet 10, thereby better combining the fixing base 20 and the cabinet 10 together, and further making the integrated structure between the fixing base 20 and the cabinet 10 more stable.
Referring to fig. 8-11, in some alternative embodiments, the sleep box 100 is mounted to a vehicle seat by a base 200 when the sleep box 100 is mated with the vehicle seat. Since the vehicle will bump and generate noise when traveling, the hard fixing seat 20 can not only better cooperate with the base 200, but also bear the impact caused by the bumping of the vehicle. And the box 10 that expanded material made sets up with fixing base 20 is integrative, not only can effectual buffering vehicle act on the impact of fixing base 20, can also absorb the vibrations that the vehicle brought, and effectual reduction is jolted and is felt, uses more comfortablely. The foaming material of the box body 10 can also effectively absorb partial external noise, and provides a quieter and comfortable use environment for infants.
Referring to fig. 8 to 11, in some alternative embodiments, when the sleeping box 100 is engaged with a vehicle seat, and when a vehicle such as an automobile bumps or is impacted, a plane of the sleeping box 100 parallel to the backrest is a stressed plane for bearing the impact. Therefore, the thickness of the sidewall where the force-bearing surface is located should be larger than the thickness of the other sidewalls, so as to better protect the infant in the sleeping box 100 and to improve the service life of the sleeping box 100. In the present embodiment, the thickness of the housing 10 in the longitudinal direction is greater than the thickness of the housing 10 in the width direction, that is, after the sleep box 100 is mounted on the vehicle seat, the surface of the housing 10 in the longitudinal direction is a stressed surface. It will be understood that the longitudinal direction of the case body 10 is the longitudinal direction X of the sleep case, and the wall thickness of the case body 10 in the longitudinal direction is the first thickness T1. The width direction of the case 10 is the minor axis direction Y of the sleep case, and the thickness of the case 10 in the width direction is a second thickness T2. The first thickness T1 is greater than the second thickness T2.
Referring to fig. 4 to 6 and 8, in some alternative embodiments, since the wall thickness of the box 10 in the length direction is greater than the wall thickness of the box 10 in the width direction, the extending direction of the same set of locking grooves 202 on the base 200 for the engaging member 223 to engage and lock is parallel to the seat back, in this embodiment, the engaging member 223 is a rod. Therefore, the catch bar is parallel to the length direction of the case body 10, so that the side surface of the case body 10 in the length direction is parallel to the seat back after the sleeping box 100 is mounted on the base 200, thereby making the surface of the case body 10 in the length direction a stress surface. Referring to fig. 1, 4 and 5, in some alternative embodiments, the present invention provides a sleeping box structure 1000 suitable for various vehicle seats, specifically, the sleeping box structure 1000 includes a base 200 and the sleeping box 100, and the sleeping box 100 is detachably mounted on the base 200 by the second connecting component 22.
After the technical scheme is adopted, the sleeping box structure 1000 of the invention comprises the base 200 which can be installed on various vehicle seats, so that the sleeping box structure 1000 of the invention is suitable for seats of various vehicles such as automobile seats, ship seats, airplane seats and the like. Specifically, the sleeping box structure 1000 comprises a base 200 and the sleeping box 100, wherein the sleeping box 100 is detachably mounted on the base 200 through the second connecting component 22. The sleeping box 100 comprises a box body 10 and a fixed seat 20, wherein the box body 10 is arranged on a base 200 through the fixed seat 20. Specifically, be provided with second coupling assembling 22 on the fixing base 20 for box 10 can be through the convenient quick connection in base 200 of second coupling assembling 22, simple structure, and easy dismounting has made things convenient for the use of caregiver to sleeping box 100 greatly.

Referring to fig. 1 to 2, in some alternative embodiments, an end of the fixing block 221 away from the engaging member 223 is provided with a slope 222 for guiding, and the slope 222 is in smooth transition with the bottom surface. It can be understood that the engaging member 223 is installed between the two fixing blocks 221, one end surface of the fixing block 221 is used for fixing the engaging member 223, the end surface of the fixing block 221 away from the engaging member 223 is disposed as an inclined surface 222, the inclined surface 222 is in smooth transition with the bottom surface, and the inclined surface 222 has a guiding function, so as to well guide the engaging member 223 to engage with the base 200.
Referring to fig. 1, in some alternative embodiments, the fixing block 221 is integrally formed with the fixing base 20. The fixing block 221 is convexly arranged on the fixing seat 20, and the fixing block 221 and the fixing seat 20 are integrally formed during forming, so that the structure is more stable, and the process is saved. Of course, the fixing block 221 may also be formed separately from the fixing base 20, and the fixing block 221 is installed on the fixing base 20 after being formed, as long as the fixing block 221 is protruded on the fixing base 20, which can play a guiding role.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in some alternative embodiments, the engaging member 223 is a locking rod disposed between two adjacent fixing blocks 221. The clamping rod is arranged between two adjacent fixing blocks 221, and can be matched with the base 200 more conveniently. The locking rod may be integrally formed with the fixing block 221, or may be separately formed from the fixing block 221 and then mounted on the fixing block 221, as long as the locking rod can be locked to the base 200. Of course, the engaging piece 223 may have other shapes, for example, other engaging pieces 223 with the engaging gap 224 in between, as long as the engaging piece 223 can be detachably attached to the base 200.
Referring to fig. 6, in some alternative embodiments, the base 200 is convexly provided with a locking member 201 engaged with the engaging member 223, and the locking member 201 is provided with a locking groove 202 for engaging and fixing the engaging member 223. It can be understood that the locking member 201 protrudes out of the base 200 to facilitate the engagement with the engaging member 223, and the locking groove 202 is further dug on the protruding locking member 201 to enable the engaging member 223 to engage with the locking groove 202. The clamping rod can be detachably clamped in the locking groove 202, the structure is simple, and the clamping is convenient.
Referring to fig. 3, 5 and 6, in some optional embodiments, the base 200 is further provided with a stopper 203, the stopper 203 is disposed on one side of the locking member 201 and is engaged with the fixing block 221, and the fixing block 221 abuts against the stopper 203 to prevent the engaging member 223 from being engaged with the locking groove 202. After the clamping rod is clamped in the locking groove 202, the fixing block 221 limits the clamping rod to move in the first direction, the fixing block 221 abuts against the limiting block 203 to limit the clamping rod to move in the second direction, and therefore the clamping rod is clamped in the locking groove 202 and then is stable and immovable, and the use is safer and more comfortable. It is understood that the first direction and the second direction are two directions perpendicular to each other. Illustratively, the first direction is the long axis direction X of the sleep box, i.e., the direction of movement along the length direction of the sleep box 100. The second direction is the minor axis direction Y of the sleep box, i.e., the direction of movement along the width direction of the sleep box 100. In the present embodiment, the fixing block 221 restricts the movement of the chucking lever in the long axis direction X of the sleep box, and the stopper 203 restricts the movement of the chucking lever in the short axis direction Y of the sleep box. Referring to fig. 1, in some alternative embodiments, a locking gap 224 for receiving the locking groove 202 is disposed between the locking member 223 and the fixing base 20. The engaging pieces 223 are disposed on the two fixing blocks 221, and an engaging gap 224 for accommodating the locking groove 202 is disposed between the engaging pieces 223 and the bottom surface of the fixing base 20, so that the lock rod can be engaged in the locking groove 202.
Referring to fig. 6, in some alternative embodiments, the base 200 is provided with a smooth curved surface 204 that mates with the inclined surface 222. The guiding inclined plane 222 on the fixing block 221 is matched with the smooth curved surface 204 on the base 200, so that better guiding can be realized, friction can be reduced, and the service life can be prolonged.
Referring to fig. 1 and 7, the present invention provides an infant carrier 2000, which comprises a carrier body 300, and the sleeping box 100, wherein the sleeping box 100 is detachably mounted on the carrier body 300. The sleeping box 100 of the invention can be applied to various baby carriers 2000, including baby stroller frames, baby crib frames, etc., the sleeping box 100 is detachably mounted on various baby carriers 2000, and has simple structure, convenient use and wide application range.
Referring to fig. 1, in some alternative embodiments, the carrier body 300 is provided with a latch 301 engaged with the first connecting element 21, and the sleeping box 100 is detachably mounted on the carrier body 300 by the latch 301 engaging with the first connecting element 21. The fixture block 301 matched with the clamping groove is arranged on the carrier body 300, so that the mounting can be more convenient, the structure is simple, and the use is convenient. In the present embodiment, the carrier body 300 may be a baby stroller or a baby bed frame. The sleeping box 100 can be used in combination with a baby carriage 2000 such as a baby stroller frame, a baby bed frame, etc., and has a simple structure and convenient use.

As shown in fig. 1 to 13, the sleep box 100 of the present invention comprises a box body 10 and a holder 20. The box body 10 is made of foaming materials, the fixing seat 20 is of a hard structure, and the fixing seat 20 is coated at the bottom of the box body 10 to form an integrated structure. The upper edge 210 and the protrusion 220 of the fixing base 20 can be embedded into the case 10, so that the overall structure is more stable. The side wall thickness of the fixing seat 20 is thinner, and the box body 10 can cover the upper edge 210 of the fixing seat 20, so that the sleeping box 100 has lighter weight and is more convenient to use. The hard fixing seat 20 can not only be well matched with the box body 10, but also well support the box body 10, can be well matched with the base 200, and can bear impact caused by bumping of vehicles. The box 10 that the expanded material made sets up with fixing base 20 is integrative, can effectual buffering vehicle act on the impact of fixing base 20, can also the effective absorption vibrations in order to reduce the sense of jolting, and the box 10 that the expanded material made can also absorb partial noise etc.. The sleeping box 100 is further provided with a first connecting assembly 21 and a second connecting assembly 22, the sleeping box 100 can be connected to a first carrier through the first connecting assembly 21, the sleeping box 100 can be connected to a second carrier through the second connecting assembly 22, and the first carrier is different from the second carrier. 27. The sleeping box is characterized by comprising a box body and a fixed seat, wherein the box body is of a structure made of foaming materials, the fixed seat is of a hard structure, and the fixed seat is coated at the bottom of the box body to form an integrated structure.

36. The sleep box as claimed in claim 35, wherein the third through hole is opened on the side wall or the bottom wall of the box body.

The sleeping box of claim 27, wherein the fixing base is provided with a first connecting member and a second connecting member, the sleeping box is detachably connected to a first carrier by the first connecting member, the sleeping box is detachably connected to a second carrier by the second connecting member, and the first carrier is different from the second carrier.
38. The sleep box as claimed in claim 37, wherein the second connecting assembly comprises a plurality of fixing blocks and a fastener, the fixing blocks are protruded on the fixing base, and the fastener is arranged between the fixing blocks.
39. The sleep box as claimed in claim 38, wherein the engaging member is a catch bar parallel to the length direction of the box body.
40. The sleep box as claimed in claim 27, wherein the weight ratio of the box body to the fixed base is 2: 5.
