6. A method for matching color tones for home construction preparations according to any one of claims 1 to 5, comprising the steps of:
s100: using a space measuring instrument to measure and record a customer home space on site and using three-dimensional modeling software to draw the home space;
s101: the method comprises the following steps that a client selects raw materials for ordering home according to own preference, negotiates purchasing matters with the client, evaluates according to a plurality of purchasing platforms, forms written characters with a cost forecast value, delivers the written characters to the client and checks the written characters;
s102: reserving a client, wherein the client determines the coloring tone of the customized home by using a tone matching system, and suggestions and alternative items can be given to the client through network data in the process;
s103: processing the customized household raw material according to the customized household modulus provided by the customer;
s104: after the customized home furnishing is processed, a semi-finished product is obtained, and other detections such as size, hardness, flexibility and pressure resistance are carried out on the semi-finished product;
s105: returning to a customer home site, and carrying out day-to-day lighting record on the home for simulation coloring as a real scene contrast standard by using a hue matching system in the subsequent steps;
s106: importing the body type modulus of the customized household semi-finished product into a hue collocation system, and inviting a customer to a store to use the hue collocation system for feedback so as to enable the customer to customize, color and take colors;
s107: and (4) importing the coloring and color-taking selected by the customer in the step (S106) into the model established in the step (S100), simulating the actual finishing effect, and determining whether to construct according to the customer satisfaction.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein when the result obtained in step S107 is negative, the step S106 is skipped to invite the client to perform a secondary color selection procedure, and the step S106 and the step S107 form a loop through the step S100.
8. The method as claimed in claim 6, wherein the frequency of the lighting record in step S105 is 2S/time.
9. The method for customizing the color matching of the home construction equipment according to claim 6, wherein the following supplementary methods are performed for the method for customizing the color matching of the home construction equipment, and the method comprises the following steps:
s201: purchasing and ordering household raw material plates, cutting to form a semi-finished product, and polishing edges and corners of the semi-finished product;
s202: selecting proper antioxidant surface glue according to the material quality of the plate, wherein the coating thickness of the surface glue is determined according to the thickness of the plate and the customized household use;
s203: coating an adhesive layer on the surface of the semi-finished product customized home coated with the anti-oxidation layer, taking a coating with the hardness after solidification larger than the hardness of the customized home semi-finished product as the adhesive layer, and leveling the semi-finished product by taking the adhesive layer as a leveling layer to form a specified radian;
s204: carrying out global corner polishing on the customized household semi-finished product coated with the sticky leveling layer again;
s205: cleaning ash on the surface of the semi-finished customized home by adopting a pneumatic device, ensuring that no dust is attached to the surface of the semi-finished customized home, and then coating the color tone surface layer paint selected by a user;
s206: and selecting a suitable pneumatic ash removing device according to the construction site condition.
