Abstract
A granulation apparatus and method of use thereof, the apparatus comprising: granulation storehouse, feed inlet, play feed bin, screen cloth, granulation subassembly, control assembly and power. The application provides a prilling granulator and application method thereof, can solve the shortcoming that the dust is waved, operational environment is poor during the granulation, can solve the shortcoming that production efficiency is low, intensity of labour is big during the granulation, can solve the shortcoming that the screen cloth is changeful, easy fracture, can reduce the material of oversize (the material that does not go under the screen cloth), has solved the lower problem of material yield.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of granulation equipment, and particularly relates to a granulation device and a use method thereof.
Background
The hard alloy is an industrial cutter material with tungsten carbide as a main component and high hardness and high wear resistance, and the forming process is to put powder into a steel die and dry press the powder into the steel die. Before the powder is dry-pressed and formed by using steel die, a proper quantity of forming agent must be added into the powder body to make the loose powder be agglomerated into irregular large granules or granular material, then the large granules or granular material is extruded and broken into small granules, so that the granules can be made into granules. The flowability of the powder during molding is improved by granulation, and the performance of the molded blank after molding is further improved.
Referring to fig. 1, a screen wiping machine in the prior art can be used for a hard alloy powder granulation process, and the operation mode is that an open screen frame 1 is adopted, agglomerated bulk materials 2 to be granulated are put into the screen frame 1, a wiping knife 4 is used for scraping back and forth on a screen 3, and the bulk materials 2 are crushed into small particles, so that the granulation purpose is achieved. The screen wiping machine or the screen frame 1 is a main granulation process adopted by small and medium-sized hard alloy enterprises due to simple equipment, small occupied area and low investment cost.
But the prior sieve scraper has the following problems:
(1) the screen wiping machine has a simple structure, is in a full-open type, and has no sealing function, so that dust is seriously blown during granulation, and the working environment is poor;
(2) the granulation is mainly operated by pure hands, and has low automation degree, low production efficiency and high labor intensity;
(3) the screen cloth arranged in the screen frame is a woven square-hole screen cloth, the screen cloth is easy to denature and break, and the replacement frequency is high;
(4) agglomerated block materials are manually crushed and granulated by a scraping knife, and the scraping knife is in line contact with a screen, so that the contact area is small, the materials on the screen are more (namely the materials which cannot be removed under the screen), and the material yield is lower.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a granulation apparatus comprising:
a granulation bin for providing a granulation site;
the feed inlet is used for inputting raw materials; the feed inlet is arranged at the top of the granulation cabin;
the discharging bin is used for outputting the screened objects; the discharging bin is arranged at the bottom of the granulating bin and is connected with the granulating bin;
a screen for screening the raw material; the screen is arranged at the joint of the granulation bin and the discharge bin;
a pelletizing assembly for movement relative to the screen to accomplish screening of the feedstock; the granulating component is arranged on the discharging bin and is in contact with the screen;
a control assembly for controlling the movement of the prilling assembly; the control assembly is connected with the granulating assembly;
the power supply is used for supplying power to all parts; the power supply is respectively connected with the granulating assembly and the control assembly.
Preferably, the feed inlet is a round or square funnel.
Preferably, the top cross-sectional area of the feed inlet is larger than the bottom cross-sectional area.
Preferably, the screen is "W" shaped.
Preferably, the screen is formed by punching at one time.
Preferably, the meshes of the screen are square holes or round holes.
Preferably, the granulation assembly comprises: and the rotary drum is arranged on the discharging bin and is in contact with the screen.

The invention also provides a method for using a granulating device, the granulating device comprises the granulating device, and the method comprises the following steps:
starting a control component;
the control assembly controls the granulating assembly to move relative to the screen;
inputting raw materials into a granulation bin from a feed inlet;
the granulating component is used for granulating raw materials;
the raw materials pass through the screen and are output through a discharge bin.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with the following detailed description. It should be understood that the description is intended to be exemplary only, and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. Moreover, in the following description, descriptions of well-known structures and techniques are omitted so as to not unnecessarily obscure the concepts of the present invention.
In an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 2-3, the present application provides a granulation apparatus comprising: a granulation chamber 10, an inlet port 20, an outlet chamber 30, a screen 40, a granulation assembly 50, a control assembly (not shown), and a power source (not shown), each of which is described in detail below.
In an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 2-3, the present application provides a granulation apparatus comprising:
a granulation chamber 10 for providing a granulation site;
a feed inlet 20 for inputting raw materials; the feed inlet 20 is arranged at the top of the granulation bin 10;
the discharging bin 30 is used for outputting the screened objects; the discharging bin 30 is arranged at the bottom of the granulating bin 10 and is connected with the granulating bin;
a screen 40 for screening the raw material; the screen 40 is arranged at the joint of the granulation bin 10 and the discharge bin 30;
a pelletizing assembly 50 for movement relative to the screen 40 to accomplish screening of the feedstock; the granulating assembly 50 is arranged on the discharging bin 30 and is in contact with the screen 40;
a control assembly for controlling the movement of the prilling assembly 50; the control assembly is connected with the granulating assembly 50;
the power supply is used for supplying power to all parts; the power supply is connected to the granulating assembly 50 and the control assembly, respectively.
When using this prilling granulator, import the raw materials from feed inlet 20, then open control assembly, make its control granulation subassembly 50 for the screen cloth 40 motion to carry out the granulation effect to the raw materials, the raw materials has carried out the screening through screen cloth 40, then gets into ejection of compact storehouse 30 and exports to preset position.
In the embodiment of the present application, the feed inlet 20 is a circular or square funnel, and the cross-sectional area of the top of the feed inlet 20 is larger than that of the bottom.
The block materials to be granulated are put into the granulating bin 10 through the feeding hole 20, and when the granulating bin 10 carries out rolling granulation, the powder cannot fly upwards, so that the defects of dust flying and poor working environment are overcome.
After the bulk material is added into the granulation bin 10, the rotary drum is started through the motor, the rotary drum can rotate automatically, and the bulk material is gradually crushed into small particles under the drive of the rotary drum, namely, the automatic granulation is realized. Crushing granulation is carried out without a mode of scraping back and forth on the screen mesh by a hand-held scraping knife, so that the problem of granulating by manually scraping the screen mesh is solved, the labor intensity is reduced, and the production efficiency is improved.
In the embodiment of the present application, the shape of the screen 40 is "W", the screen 40 is formed by punching at one time, and the mesh of the screen 40 is a square hole or a circular hole.
The screen is formed by punching a stainless steel plate at one time, the holes can be square holes or round holes, the thickness of the screen plate is 0.1-0.5mm, and compared with a common woven screen, the screen solves the problems of easy changeability and easy damage of the screen by reducing the opening rate of the plate and reducing the abrasion of the screen and a roller.
In the present example, the granulation assembly 50 comprises: and the rotary drum is arranged on the discharging bin 30 and is in contact with the screen 40.
In an embodiment of the present application, the control assembly includes: a motor coupled to the rotating drum of the pelletizing assembly 50 and configured to rotate relative to the screen 40.
In an embodiment of the present application, the control assembly further includes: and the frequency converter is respectively connected with the motor and the rotary drum. The frequency converter can be controlled by the outside to adjust the rotating speed of the rotary drum.
According to the invention, the contact area between the rotary drum and the screen 40 is increased by increasing the diameter of the rotary drum and changing the linear contact into the surface contact, and the agglomerated bulk material is forcedly crushed when the rotary drum rotates on the screen 40, so that oversize materials (i.e. materials which cannot be removed under the screen) are reduced, and the problem of low material yield is solved.
The present invention also provides a method of using a granulation apparatus comprising a granulation apparatus as described in figures 2-3, the method comprising the steps of:
starting a control component;
the control assembly controls movement of the prilling assembly 50 relative to the screen 40;
inputting raw materials into the granulating bin 10 from the feed inlet 20;
the granulating component 50 performs granulating operation on the raw materials;
the raw material passes through the screen 40 and is output through the discharge bin 30.
Example (b):
the granulation apparatus is first started to rotate the rotary drum, and the screen 40 and the rotary drum have a function of automatic leveling. And weighing 20 kg of block materials to be granulated, and dividing the block materials into 4 parts, wherein each part is about 5 kg. Adding 5 kg for granulation, adding 5 kg for continuous granulation when the discharge amount of the discharge bin 30 reaches about half of the first addition, adding 5 kg for continuous granulation when the discharge amount of the discharge bin 30 is close to about 5 kg, and repeating the steps until all the materials to be granulated are added into the granulation bin 10 and the granulation is finished.

1. A granulation apparatus, comprising:
a granulation bin for providing a granulation site;
the feed inlet is used for inputting raw materials; the feed inlet is arranged at the top of the granulation cabin;
the discharging bin is used for outputting the screened objects; the discharging bin is arranged at the bottom of the granulating bin and is connected with the granulating bin;
a screen for screening the raw material; the screen is arranged at the joint of the granulation bin and the discharge bin;
a pelletizing assembly for movement relative to the screen to accomplish screening of the feedstock; the granulating component is arranged on the discharging bin and is in contact with the screen;
a control assembly for controlling the movement of the prilling assembly; the control assembly is connected with the granulating assembly;
the power supply is used for supplying power to all parts; the power supply is respectively connected with the granulating assembly and the control assembly.
2. The granulation apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the feed inlet is a round or square funnel.
3. The pelletizer of claim 1, wherein the top cross-sectional area of the feed inlet is greater than the bottom cross-sectional area.
4. The granulation apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the screen has a "W" shape.
5. The pelletizer of claim 1, wherein the screen is formed by punching a hole in one step.
6. The granulation apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the mesh of the screen is a square hole or a circular hole.
7. The pelletizing device of claim 1, wherein the pelletizing assembly comprises: and the rotary drum is arranged on the discharging bin and is in contact with the screen.
8. The granulation apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the control assembly comprises: and the motor is connected with the rotary roller in the granulating assembly and drives the rotary roller to rotate relative to the screen.
9. The pelletizer of claim 8, wherein the control assembly further includes: and the frequency converter is respectively connected with the motor and the rotary drum.
10. A method of using a granulation apparatus, wherein the granulation apparatus comprises a granulation apparatus as defined in any one of claims 1 to 9, the method comprising the steps of:
starting a control component;
the control assembly controls the granulating assembly to move relative to the screen;
inputting raw materials into a granulation bin from a feed inlet;
the granulating component is used for granulating raw materials;
the raw materials pass through the screen and are output through a discharge bin.
