The method for controlling the quality of a continuous casting head blank according to claim 3, wherein the secondary power supply temperature rise is carried out after the composition adjustment in the step (1) if the composition content does not enter the internal control requirement, so as to ensure that the Al composition in the steel is controlled to be 0.025-0.035%.

The method for controlling the quality of the continuous casting head blank according to the claim 7, wherein the concrete operation of the pouring of the step (6) is to open a ladle sliding nozzle, take drainage sand, quickly sleeve the ladle sliding nozzle, and vertically hang the ladle sliding nozzle right; introducing argon at a flow rate of 20-40L/min, and adding a tundish covering agent into the tundish to ensure that the molten steel does not contact air along with the increase of the tonnage of the molten steel in the tundish; and when the liquid level of the tundish reaches the casting liquid level, casting, and maintaining the normal casting speed of the casting speed to be stable to finish casting.
9. The method for controlling the quality of a continuous casting head billet according to claim 8, wherein the residence time of the molten steel in the tundish is increased by 10-30min after the casting operation in the step (6).
10. The method for controlling the quality of a continuous casting head billet according to claim 9, wherein the residence time of the molten steel in the tundish is increased by 12-20min after the casting operation in the step (6).
