Abstract

The invention provides a magnesium alloy plate induction heater for solving the problems, which comprises a magnesium alloy plate, a roller way, a front induction heater, a rear induction heater and a rolling mill, wherein the front induction heater is arranged at the front side of the rear induction heater, the rolling mill is arranged between the front induction heater and the rear induction heater, the roller way is arranged at the front side of the front induction heater and the rear side of the rear induction heater, the magnesium alloy plate is placed on the roller way and penetrates through the front induction heater, the rear induction heater and the rolling mill, the front induction heater and the rear induction heater have the same structure, the front induction heater comprises an upper induction heating device and a lower induction heating device, the upper induction heating device and the lower induction heating device have the same structure, and the upper induction heating device comprises a fixed frame, an iron core and an induction coil, the iron core is fixedly arranged in the fixed frame, and the induction coil is wound on the iron core according to a plane spiral shape.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the magnesium alloy plate induction heater comprises a magnesium alloy plate 2, a roller table 1, a front induction heater 3, a rear induction heater 4 and a rolling mill 5, wherein the front induction heater 3 is arranged at the front side of the rear induction heater 4, the rolling mill 5 is arranged between the front induction heater 3 and the rear induction heater 4, the roller table 1 is arranged at the front side of the front induction heater 3 and the rear side of the rear induction heater 4, the magnesium alloy plate 2 is placed on the roller table 1 and passes through the middle of the front induction heater 3, the rear induction heater 4 and the rolling mill 5, the front induction heater 3 and the rear induction heater 4 have the same structure, the front induction heater 3 comprises an upper induction heating device and a lower induction heating device, the upper induction heating device and the lower induction heating device have the same structure, and the upper induction heating device comprises a fixed frame 7, Iron core 6 and induction coil 8, iron core 6 is fixed to be set up in fixed frame 7, induction coil 8 is according to plane heliciform winding on iron core 6.

The magnesium board may be heated in a stationary state or a moving state in the front induction heater 3 and the rear induction heater 4.
