Preferably, the visual detection system is provided with a plurality of cameras, and the cameras are used for acquiring bottle cap images on the gas distribution plate and analyzing by the visual detection system to obtain a detection result of whether the bottle caps meet the standard.
Preferably, the gas distribution plate is further provided with a position feedback sensor, the position feedback sensor feeds back the position information of the gas distribution plate to the logic controller in real time, and the logic controller controls the visual detection system to start detection after the gas distribution plate reaches the designated position.
Preferably, the air guide groove is connected with an air source through an air guide pipe, an electromagnetic valve is arranged on the air guide pipe, and the electromagnetic valve is a positive pressure electromagnetic valve or a negative pressure electromagnetic valve.

As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the visual inspection system 103 is mounted with a plurality of cameras 104, and the cameras 104 are used for acquiring bottle cap images on the gas distribution plate 100 and analyzing the bottle cap images by the visual inspection system 103 to obtain a detection result of whether the bottle cap meets the standard.

The working principle is as follows: the position feedback sensor 102 on the gas distribution disc 100 feeds the position of the gas distribution disc 100 back to the logic controller 101 in real time, after the gas distribution disc 100 falls on a designated position, the logic controller 101 controls the visual detection system 103 to start, the cameras 104 simultaneously take pictures of bottle caps adsorbed by the gas distribution disc 100 to acquire images, the visual detection system 103 detects whether the bottle caps meet standards or not and feeds back all the bottle caps to the logic controller 101, the logic controller 101 controls the operation of the gas distribution disc 100 according to signals transmitted by the visual detection system 103, if an NG signal is sent, the positive pressure solenoid valve 105 is controlled to start, positive pressure is introduced into the positive pressure normal-connection area 5 and the positive and negative pressure interaction area 2, the bottle caps are removed, and then the pressure breaking area 3 is started to balance the positive pressure; if an OK signal is sent, the negative pressure electromagnetic valve 106 is controlled to be started, negative pressure is introduced into the two negative pressure common areas 41 and the positive and negative pressure interaction area 2, and the adsorption bottle cap ensures that finished products pass through in order.
