本发明涉及医疗技术领域,尤其涉及手术器械自动分类和配包方法,包括以下具体步骤:S1、软件系统单件器械数据库录入,获取手术器械的图片;S2、软件系统器械数据包数据录入;S3、手术器械射频识别数据库录入;S4、训练机械手臂,构建标志性数据库;S5、训练机械手臂,建立手术器械射频标签读取距离;S6、启动软件系统指令;S7、机械手臂根据软件给出的指令利用图像识别和射频标签的读取,完成单件手术器械的分拣工作并对分拣后的手术器械进行去污清洗;S8、机械手臂根据软件给出的指令利用图像识别和射频标签的读取,完成手术器械的配包工作。本发明便于对手术器械进行自动化的分类、配包和打包,手术器械配包的准确性高且便于进行清洗和清点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗技术领域,尤其涉及手术器械自动分类和配包方法。
背景技术
随着医疗水平的提高,医院各科室不断的发展,新技术、新的手术器械以及不断攀升的手术量,消毒供应中心作为医院感染管理的重点科室,其清洗消毒灭菌的质量影响着全院各科室的医疗、护理质量,也直接影响患者的生命安全。若手术器械的清洗消毒灭菌质量不达标,将导致非常严重的后果,甚至危及手术患者的生命安全。因此,消毒供应中心的工作必须重点关注手术器械的处理,手术器械具有数量、种类繁多,结构复杂、周转快等特点,既是医院消毒供应中心工作的关注重点,也是医院感染控制的重要影响因素,如何做好手术器械的清洗消毒灭菌工作,确保工作质量,那么实行手术器械规范化流程管理措施将具有重要意义。在消毒供应中心手术器械整个流程处理的过程中,刚回收至消毒供应中心的手术器械是最污染的状态,其中夹杂着各种细菌、病毒、血液等相关的污染物,另外据中华护理学会数据统计,消毒供应中心污染区域是护士锐器伤的重点区域,故在该区域由原来的人工处理改成机械处理对工作人员、规范管理及医院的感控工作都有很大的帮助。而消毒后的手术器械会进行重新装配,按照手术的要求进行配包,同样的手术包裹会根据使用者的习惯会有些微小的区别,而将这些微小的区别分离出来对消毒供应中心护士来说也是一个难点,故该区域实行唯一标识识别和机械配包也是可以提高准确率达到100%,这也是工作的重点和意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对背景技术中存在的问题,提出一种对手术器械进行自动化分类和配包的手术器械自动分类和配包方法。
本发明的技术方案:手术器械自动分类和配包方法,包括以下具体步骤:
S1、软件系统单件器械数据库录入,获取手术器械的图片;
S2、软件系统器械数据包数据录入;
S3、手术器械射频识别数据库录入;
S4、训练机械手臂,构建标志性数据库;
S5、训练机械手臂,建立手术器械射频标签读取距离;
S6、启动软件系统指令;
S7、机械手臂根据软件给出的指令利用图像识别和射频标签的读取,完成单件手术器械的分拣工作并对分拣后的手术器械进行去污清洗;
S8、机械手臂根据软件给出的指令利用图像识别和射频标签的读取,完成手术器械的配包工作。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益的技术效果:
本实施例中,先在软件系统中依次录入将单件器械数据库、手术器械图片、器械数据包数据和术器械射频识别数据库;然后对机械手臂进行训练,构建标志性数据库和标签读取距离;在需要对手术器械进行分类时,启动软件控制机械手臂进行分拣工作,机械手臂根据手术器械图片对手术器械的形状进行确定,读取录入的手术器械的射频标签序列号,按照提前设定好的篮框工位,将对应的手术器械进行分类摆放;可以手动结束分拣工作,也可以通过提前预设的程序完成一整包或者一整批器械的分类工作,从而减少人员的接触,同时也可以达到百分百的正确的分拣工作;分拣后对手术器械进行去污清洗;在需要对手术器械进行配包和打包时,机械手臂将对应的手术器械按照事先绑定的手术器械数据识别和射频识别的形式进行抓取配包,确保配包工作的正确率。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明提出的手术器械自动分类和配包方法,包括以下具体步骤:
S1、软件系统单件器械数据库录入,获取手术器械的图片;
S2、软件系统器械数据包数据录入;
S3、手术器械射频识别数据库录入;
S4、训练机械手臂,构建标志性数据库;
S5、训练机械手臂,建立手术器械射频标签读取距离;
S6、启动软件系统指令;
S7、机械手臂根据软件给出的指令利用图像识别和射频标签的读取,完成单件手术器械的分拣工作并对分拣后的手术器械进行去污清洗;
S8、机械手臂根据软件给出的指令利用图像识别和射频标签的读取,完成手术器械的配包工作。
本实施例中,先在软件系统中依次录入将单件器械数据库、手术器械图片、器械数据包数据和术器械射频识别数据库;然后对机械手臂进行训练,构建标志性数据库和标签读取距离;在需要对手术器械进行分类时,启动软件控制机械手臂进行分拣工作,机械手臂根据手术器械图片对手术器械的形状进行确定,读取录入的手术器械的射频标签序列号,按照提前设定好的篮框工位,将对应的手术器械进行分类摆放;可以手动结束分拣工作,也可以通过提前预设的程序完成一整包或者一整批器械的分类工作,从而减少人员的接触,同时也可以达到百分百的正确的分拣工作;分拣后对手术器械进行去污清洗;在需要对手术器械进行配包和打包时,机械手臂将对应的手术器械按照事先绑定的手术器械数据识别和射频识别的形式进行抓取配包,确保配包工作的正确率。

1.手术器械自动分类和配包方法,其特征在于,包括以下具体步骤:
S1、软件系统单件器械数据库录入,获取手术器械的图片;
S2、软件系统器械数据包数据录入;
S3、手术器械射频识别数据库录入;
S4、训练机械手臂,构建标志性数据库;
S5、训练机械手臂,建立手术器械射频标签读取距离;
S6、启动软件系统指令;
S7、机械手臂根据软件给出的指令利用图像识别和射频标签的读取,完成单件手术器械的分拣工作并对分拣后的手术器械进行去污清洗;
S8、机械手臂根据软件给出的指令利用图像识别和射频标签的读取,完成手术器械的配包工作。
