1. A method of manufacturing a urea solution for a vehicle, characterized by: the method comprises the following steps:
(a) and (3) high-purity water detection: stably putting the high-purity water into a pre-storage tank, detecting the conductivity and the pH value of the high-purity water, and discharging the high-purity water into a stirring kettle after the conductivity and the pH value of the high-purity water are qualified;
(b) and (3) detecting urea particles: putting urea particles in a detection box to ensure that larger particle impurities can be filtered, and discharging the filtered raw materials into a stirring kettle;
(c) stirring operation: starting the stirring kettle, and mixing and stirring the urea particles and the high-purity water in the stirring kettle until the urea particles are completely dissolved;
(d) and (3) concentration detection: when the raw materials in the stirring kettle are completely mixed, a user can adjust the raw materials according to the concentration, urea particles can be continuously put into the stirring kettle when the concentration is low, and high-purity water can be continuously put into the stirring kettle when the concentration is high until a urea solution with proper concentration is prepared;
(e) filtering the urea solution: and carrying out multi-layer filtration on the proportioned urea solution to ensure that impurities in the urea solution after reaction are removed.
