Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of medical hearing-aid equipment, and particularly relates to an artificial cochlea debugging auxiliary system and a debugging method.
Background
The artificial cochlea is an electronic device, the collected sound signals are converted into electric signals with coding forms through an in-vitro speech processor, and the auditory nerve of a patient is directly excited through an electrode sequence implanted in the body to restore, improve and reconstruct the auditory function of the patient. Over twenty years ago, cochlear implants have progressed rapidly, and have entered clinical application from experimental studies for over forty years. Cochlear implants are now used worldwide as conventional hearing aids for treating severe to total deafness. Cochlear implants are the biomedical engineering devices currently being used most successfully.
The normal hearing is required for human beings to obtain normal language, and normal development of the hearing language center is required, which is why even if the artificial cochlea is implanted in the children presbyopic patient, the children presbyopic patient can hear the sound, but cannot immediately understand the language and understand the communication. Support for hearing language rehabilitation training is required to develop understanding, expression and communication of the language gradually. Research shows that the auditory language center of human is developed around 5 years old, if the patient is adult presbycusis, they will suffer from deafness before the key period of the auditory language development, the chance of normal development of the auditory language center is lost, and the auditory language center loses plasticity. Therefore, even if the artificial cochlea is implanted in the adult presbycusis patient, the adult presbycusis patient can only hear the sound, and cannot obtain the normal language. Thus, the optimal age of implantation for presbycusis patients is 5 years ago.
After the artificial cochlea is implanted into the artificial cochlea, the artificial cochlea is required to be started and parameter debugging work according to different recovery time nodes. At present, the existing debugging auxiliary system requires a patient to feed back to a clinical debugging doctor according to the electric stimulation feeling provided by hearing the artificial cochlea. The doctor adjusts the parameters of the cochlea according to subjective feedback of the patient, and usually in the artificial cochlea debugging process, a paper card is used for testing in cooperation with language guidance, so that accurate feedback information of the patient who cannot fully express, especially does not have language ability, cannot be obtained, and the problem of unsmooth communication exists. The boring paper pattern is also unsuitable for children.
