Technical Field
The invention relates to an excrement collecting device, in particular to an excrement collecting device for a bedridden patient in a surgical operation.
Background
The existing solution is that the patient lies in bed and goes to the toilet, but the mode is uncomfortable, the bed pan is placed at the lower part of the hip to form a posture with a high lower part and a low waist, which is not beneficial to defecation and has the possibility of peculiar smell and leakage, so the invention provides the device for collecting the excrement of the bedridden patient in the surgical operation to solve the problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a device for collecting excrement of a surgical bedridden patient, which can form a closed space, prevent peculiar smell and leakage, is comfortable to use, can lift the waist and forms a favorable defecation posture.
For solving above-mentioned technical problem, including body frame and well lid, well lid and body frame normal running fit, the body frame is the L type, the waist frame is fixed on the body frame, leak protection groove and body frame normal running fit, upper cover and crane normal running fit, crane and leak protection groove normal running fit, side cover and upper cover normal running fit, side cover and body frame normal running fit, well lid and side cover normal running fit, it can communicate with leak protection groove to excrete a both sides, it is together fixed with the body frame to excrete a middle part, the trachea of intaking is connected with the upper cover, the trachea of intaking is connected with leak protection groove, inflatable packer fixes together with the upper cover, inflatable packer fixes together with well lid, be favorable to forming confined space, prevent the peculiar smell, prevent revealing, it is comfortable to use.
As the further improvement of the technical scheme, wherein the main frame comprises a flushing tank, a water inlet steam port, two cleaning port tanks, two leakage-proof platforms, sealing grooves, a first drainage port and two rotating shaft ports, the flushing tank is located on the bottom surface of the main frame, inclined grooves are machined, the water inlet steam ports are communicated with the inside of each cleaning port tank, the other end of each water inlet steam port is arranged on the lower portion of the main frame, each cleaning port tank is arc-shaped and smooth in surface and matched with the lower cleaning port, the two leakage-proof platforms are arranged and inclined, the two sealing grooves are provided with sealing strips, the sealing strips are arranged in the sealing grooves and contacted with the leakage-proof tanks, the outer portions of the drainage port and the middle of the drainage frame are fixed together, the rotating shaft ports are connected with the leakage-proof tanks and are favorable for water supply flushing, the outer drainage flushing, the flushing of the inside of equipment and the like are included.
As a further improvement of the technical scheme, the two sides of the lower cleaning opening are cylindrical, the inside of the lower cleaning opening is hollow, water inlet holes are formed in the two sides of the lower cleaning opening, the lower cleaning opening is in running fit with the cleaning opening groove, a water outlet is formed in the middle of the lower cleaning opening, and the water outlet is matched with the flushing groove, so that the device is beneficial to washing buttocks and flushing excrement out.
As a further improvement of the technical scheme, the waist frame cleaning device further comprises two sealing blocks connected with the waist frame, the two sealing blocks are in running fit with the waist frame, one side of each sealing block is arc-shaped and provided with teeth, and the sealing blocks seal the space inside the waist frame and communicated with the lower cleaning opening, so that a washing surface is formed, and the residue of dirt is reduced.

As a further improvement of the technical scheme, the drainage frame comprises a first leakage-proof groove inlet, two check valves, a main frame interface and a discharge port, the first leakage-proof groove inlet can be connected with the second drainage port, the check valve is arranged on the first leakage-proof groove inlet to prevent backflow, the main frame interface and the first drainage port are fixed together, and the discharge port is communicated with the main frame interface to be beneficial to preventing backflow during drainage.
As a further improvement of the technical scheme, the water inlet pipe comprises an upper cover opening, a second leakage-proof groove inlet and an inlet, the upper cover opening is communicated with the upper cover, and the second leakage-proof groove inlet is communicated with the water inlet, so that the washing of the wrapped part and the air drying operation are facilitated.
As a further improvement of the technical proposal, the inflatable cushion is arranged at the position of the leakage-proof groove cushion, the waist frame cushion, the upper cover cushion and the middle cover cushion, which is favorable for forming a sealed space, providing a comfortable environment for patients, reducing the discomfort caused by the hardness and the cold of the device, and simultaneously lifting the waist to form a favorable defecation posture.
To sum up, the beneficial effects are for being favorable to forming confined space, prevent the peculiar smell, prevent revealing, it is comfortable to use, be favorable to supplying water to wash, including the washing of the excreted outer row and washing to the equipment inside etc., be favorable to washing of buttock, and wash out the device with the excrement, be favorable to forming the face of washing, reduce the residue of filth, be favorable to preventing excreted the revealing, and retrieve, and discharge out the excrement, be favorable to washing upper portion, and wash to the device inside, be favorable to preventing the backward flow when excreteing, be favorable to washing the parcel position, and air-dry the operation, be favorable to providing a comfortable environment for patient, reduce the discomfort that arouses because the hardness and the ice-cold of device, can lift the waist simultaneously, form favorable defecation posture.

Fig. 21 is a schematic structural view of the excretory shelf 45; the drainage frame 45 comprises a first leakage-proof groove inlet 4501, a one-way valve 4502, a main frame interface 4503 and a discharge port 4504, two first leakage-proof groove inlets 4501 are arranged, the first leakage-proof groove inlet 4501 can be connected with a second discharge port 302, the first leakage-proof groove inlet 4501 is provided with the one-way valve 4502 to prevent backflow, the main frame interface 4503 and the first discharge port 106 are fixed together, and the discharge port 4504 is communicated with the main frame interface 4503; when the leakage-proof groove 3 rotates to the horizontal position, the second discharge opening 302 is communicated with the first leakage-proof groove inlet 4501 for discharging.
FIG. 22 is a schematic view of the structure of the inlet water tube 46; the water inlet pipe 46 consists of an upper cover opening 4601, a second leak-proof groove inlet 4602 and an inlet 4603, wherein the upper cover opening 4601 is communicated with the upper part of the upper cover 14, the second leak-proof groove inlet 4602 is communicated with the water inlet 301, and the inlet 4603 is communicated with water supply and gas supply; firstly, water supply operation is carried out, the part wrapped by the device is washed by water, and then gas is introduced after the water washing for drying treatment.
FIGS. 23 and 24 are views showing the installation position of the inflatable cushion 47; the position of the inflatable cushion 47 is provided with a leakage-proof groove cushion 4701, a waist frame cushion 4702, an upper cover cushion 4703 and a middle cover cushion 4704, after the device is placed, the inflatable cushion 47 is inflated to wrap the body part to prevent leakage, and the comfort of the device is also increased.
