Step S204: and determining a work and rest adjustment plan according to the target work and rest time and the target adjustment duration, wherein the work and rest adjustment plan comprises a plurality of work and rest time points and corresponding work and rest matters.
In this step, according to the target work and rest time and the target adjustment time length, a corresponding work and rest adjustment plan can be determined, wherein the determined work and rest adjustment plan includes the daily work and rest time points and the work and rest matters corresponding to each work and rest time point. The work and rest time points are time points at which the user is prompted to make work and rest, for example, 7:00 a day in the morning to prompt the user to get up and 22:30 a day in the evening to prompt the user to sleep. The work and rest matters are matters requiring reminding the user at each work and rest time point, for example, prompting contents in the process of getting up in 7:00 a day in the morning.

The current body temperature change curve corresponds to the current work and rest conditions of the user, and the target work and rest time corresponds to the work and rest conditions which the user needs to adjust to. For example, after the user returns to china from the united states, the user needs to make a rest adjustment, wherein the target rest time corresponds to the rest time corresponding to the Beijing time after adjustment, and the current body temperature change curve is different from the rest time corresponding to the washington time, which is adjusted by the user, by 12 hours. In this case, based on the time difference between the body temperature change curve and the target work and rest time, and the target adjustment time period (e.g., 12 days) for which the user wishes to make the work and rest adjustment, a corresponding adjustment plan, e.g., one hour of daily work and rest adjustment, may be determined.
In specific implementation, the target work and rest time is the work and rest condition which is expected to be adjusted, and the corresponding target body temperature curve is determined according to the corresponding relation between the body temperature and the work and rest. Because a certain time difference exists between the body temperature change curve and the target body temperature curve, the phase difference between the body temperature change curve and the target body temperature curve can be determined according to the difference between the body temperature change curve and the target body temperature curve. And then, according to the phase difference and the target adjustment time length, determining a work and rest adjustment curve corresponding to the body temperature change curve and the target body temperature curve, wherein the work and rest adjustment curve corresponds to an adjustment plan for adjusting the current body temperature change curve to the target body temperature curve, namely the work and rest adjustment plan.
Step S206: generating third prompt information according to the plurality of work and rest time points and the corresponding work and rest matters, wherein the third prompt information is used for prompting a user to adjust the work and rest according to the prompted work and rest matters.
After the work and rest adjustment plan is determined, reminding and management of work and rest can be performed according to a plurality of work and rest time points and corresponding work and rest matters included in the work and rest adjustment plan. Specifically, the user is prompted according to the work and rest time points included in the work and rest adjustment plan. Specifically, the process of judging whether the body temperature change curve is matched with the work and rest adjustment plan mainly includes determining corresponding work and rest characteristics, such as the time of getting up, sleeping and the like, according to the body temperature change curve, and judging whether the current body temperature change curve is matched with the work and rest adjustment plan according to the work and rest characteristics. If the body temperature change curve is matched with the work and rest adjustment plan, no processing is needed, otherwise, if the body temperature change curve is not matched with the work and rest adjustment plan, reminding is needed for the user; in specific implementation, fourth prompting information is generated and used for prompting the user to adjust the work and rest so as to adjust the target work and rest time. It should be noted that, the fourth prompting message includes a work and rest adjustment plan and a work and rest feature corresponding to the current body temperature change curve, so as to inform the user of a specific deviation of the current work and rest adjustment.
If the deviation of the above-mentioned work and rest adjustment is small, the adjustment of the work and rest can be continued according to the original work and rest adjustment plan, and the adjustment of the work and rest adjustment plan is not needed. Otherwise, if the deviation of the rest adjustment is larger, the follow-up adjustment is performed according to the original rest adjustment plan, the adjustment change is possibly overlarge, and the user is not suitable for the body; in this case, it is necessary to adjust the work and rest adjustment plan so as to accommodate the work and rest adjustment corresponding to the target work and rest time.
Specifically, after the step of determining whether the body temperature change curve matches the work and rest adjustment plan, if the body temperature change curve does not match the work and rest adjustment plan, the work and rest adjustment plan needs to be updated according to the current body temperature change curve, and the updated work and rest adjustment plan is used as the work and rest adjustment plan. In updating the work and rest adjustment plan, the target work and rest time and the target adjustment duration may be the same as those in the previous step S204, or may be newly adjusted according to the actual situation, so as to determine the scientificity of the work and rest adjustment plan. After the work and rest adjustment plan is updated, corresponding prompting operation can be executed according to the corresponding work and rest time points and work and rest matters in the updated work and rest adjustment plan, so as to prompt a user to conduct work and rest according to the adjusted work and rest adjustment plan.
In this embodiment, a device for performing work and rest management based on body temperature measurement is also provided.
Specifically, referring to fig. 5, the apparatus for performing work and rest management based on body temperature measurement is based on the body temperature measurement device, where the body temperature measurement device can measure the body temperature of the wearer;
as shown in fig. 5, the apparatus for performing work and rest management based on body temperature measurement includes:
the body temperature curve acquisition module 102 is configured to acquire a body temperature measurement value obtained by the body temperature measurement device, and generate a body temperature change curve according to the body temperature measurement value;
the instruction determining module 104 is configured to obtain information standard data, and determine a preset information instruction as a target information instruction in a preset information instruction database according to the information standard data and/or the body temperature change curve;
the first prompting module 106 is configured to prompt the wearer to perform work according to the work and rest rule according to the target work and rest instruction.
In one embodiment, the body temperature measurement device comprises an electrocardiograph and/or pulse sensor for detecting an electrocardiograph signal and/or pulse signal of the wearer; the body temperature curve obtaining module 102 is further configured to calculate a core body temperature according to the detected electrocardiographic signals and/or pulse signals, and use the calculated core body temperature as the body temperature measurement value.
In one embodiment, the instruction determining module 104 is further configured to obtain a preset work and rest standard time and/or a historical work and rest time of a preset time period, and determine the work and rest standard data according to the work and rest standard time and/or the historical work and rest time.
In one embodiment, the instruction determining module 104 is further configured to determine, according to the body temperature variation curve, a work and rest feature corresponding to the body temperature variation curve, where the work and rest feature includes at least a current work and rest state of the wearer; judging whether the work and rest features are matched with the work and rest standard data or not; and searching a work and rest instruction matched with the work and rest features in a preset work and rest instruction database as the target work and rest instruction under the condition that the work and rest features are not matched with the work and rest standard data.
In one embodiment, the preset work and rest instruction database includes a plurality of work and rest instructions, and each work and rest instruction is provided with a corresponding work and rest reference feature and execution operation information; the instruction determining module 104 is further configured to traverse each of the work and rest instructions included in the work and rest instruction data, determine whether the work and rest feature matches with a work and rest reference feature corresponding to the traversed work and rest instruction, and under the condition of matching, obtain the corresponding work and rest instruction as a target work and rest instruction, and obtain execution operation information corresponding to the target work and rest instruction; the first prompting module 106 is further configured to remind a user according to the execution operation information corresponding to the target work and rest instruction.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the apparatus for performing work and rest management based on body temperature measurement further includes a second prompting module 108, configured to determine, according to the body temperature change curve, whether the body temperature change curve meets a preset body temperature condition; and generating second prompting information to prompt the wearer to adjust the work and rest under the condition that the body temperature change curve does not meet the preset body temperature condition.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the apparatus for performing work and rest management based on body temperature measurement further includes:
a work and rest adjustment instruction receiving module 202, configured to receive an input work and rest adjustment instruction, and determine a target work and rest time and a target adjustment duration corresponding to the work and rest adjustment instruction;
a work and rest adjustment plan determining module 204, configured to determine a work and rest adjustment plan according to the target work and rest time and the target adjustment duration, where the work and rest adjustment plan includes a plurality of work and rest time points and corresponding work and rest matters;
the third prompting module 206 is configured to generate third prompting information according to the plurality of action time points and the corresponding action events, where the third prompting information is used to prompt the user to adjust the action according to the prompted action events.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the apparatus for performing work and rest management based on body temperature measurement further includes a fourth prompting module 208, configured to determine whether the body temperature change curve matches the work and rest adjustment plan; and generating fourth prompting information for prompting a user to perform work and rest adjustment under the condition that the body temperature change curve is not matched with the work and rest adjustment plan.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the apparatus for performing work and rest management based on body temperature measurement further includes a plan adjustment module, configured to update the work and rest adjustment plan according to the body temperature change curve, and take the updated work and rest adjustment plan as the work and rest adjustment plan when the body temperature change curve does not match the work and rest adjustment plan.
In one embodiment, the work and rest adjustment plan determination module 204 is further configured to determine a phase difference between the body temperature change curve and the target work and rest time; according to the phase difference and the target adjustment duration, determining a work and rest adjustment curve for adjusting the body temperature change curve to the target work and rest time; and determining the work and rest adjustment plan according to the work and rest adjustment curve.
FIG. 7 illustrates an internal block diagram of a computer device in one embodiment. The computer device may specifically be a terminal or a server. As shown in fig. 7, the computer device includes a processor, a memory, and a network interface connected by a system bus. The memory includes a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium of the computer device stores an operating system and may also store a computer program which, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to implement a method of conducting work and rest management based on body temperature measurements. The internal memory may also have stored therein a computer program which, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to perform a method of managing work and rest based on body temperature measurements. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the structure shown in fig. 7 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the present application and is not limiting of the computer device to which the present application may be applied, and that a particular computer device may include more or fewer components than shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a computer device is presented comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program that, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to perform the steps of:
acquiring a body temperature measured value obtained by the body temperature measuring equipment, and generating a body temperature change curve according to the body temperature measured value;
acquiring information standard data, and determining a preset information instruction as a target information instruction in a preset information instruction database according to the information standard data and/or the body temperature change curve;
and prompting the wearer to do work according to the work and rest law according to the target work and rest instruction.
In one embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, storing a computer program which, when executed by a processor, causes the processor to perform the steps of:
acquiring a body temperature measured value obtained by the body temperature measuring equipment, and generating a body temperature change curve according to the body temperature measured value;
acquiring information standard data, and determining a preset information instruction as a target information instruction in a preset information instruction database according to the information standard data and/or the body temperature change curve;
And prompting the wearer to do work according to the work and rest law according to the target work and rest instruction.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that all or part of the processes in the methods of the above embodiments may be implemented by a computer program for instructing relevant hardware, where the program may be stored in a non-volatile computer readable storage medium, and where the program, when executed, may include processes in the embodiments of the methods described above. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM is available in a variety of forms such as Static RAM (SRAM), dynamic RAM (DRAM), synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), double Data Rate SDRAM (DDRSDRAM), enhanced SDRAM (ESDRAM), synchronous Link DRAM (SLDRAM), memory bus direct RAM (RDRAM), direct memory bus dynamic RAM (DRDRAM), and memory bus dynamic RAM (RDRAM), among others.
The technical features of the above embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described for brevity of description, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, they should be considered as the scope of the description.

Acquiring information standard data, and determining a preset information instruction as a target information instruction in a preset information instruction database according to the information standard data and/or the body temperature change curve;
prompting a wearer to do work according to the target work and rest instruction;
the method further comprises the steps of:
receiving an input work and rest adjustment instruction, and determining target work and rest time and target adjustment duration corresponding to the work and rest adjustment instruction;
determining a work and rest adjustment plan according to the target work and rest time and the target adjustment time, wherein the work and rest adjustment plan comprises a plurality of work and rest time points and corresponding work and rest matters;
generating third prompt information according to the plurality of work and rest time points and the corresponding work and rest matters, wherein the third prompt information is used for prompting a user to adjust the work and rest according to the prompted work and rest matters.
2. A method of conducting work and rest management based on body temperature measurements according to claim 1, characterized in that the body temperature measurement device comprises an electrocardiograph and/or pulse sensor for detecting electrocardiographic signals and/or pulse signals of the wearer;
the step of obtaining the body temperature measured value obtained by the body temperature measuring device further comprises the following steps:
And calculating the core body temperature according to the detected electrocardiosignals and/or pulse signals, and taking the calculated core body temperature as the body temperature measured value.

The method for conducting work and rest management based on body temperature measurement according to claim 4, wherein the preset work and rest instruction database comprises a plurality of work and rest instructions, each work and rest instruction is provided with corresponding work and rest reference characteristics and execution operation information;
the step of searching the work and rest instruction matched with the work and rest characteristics in a preset work and rest instruction database as the target work and rest instruction further comprises the following steps:
traversing each work instruction contained in the work instruction data, judging whether the work features are matched with the work reference features corresponding to the traversed work instructions, acquiring the corresponding work instructions as target work instructions under the condition of matching, and acquiring execution operation information corresponding to the target work instructions;
the step of prompting the wearer to do work according to the target work and rest instruction and the work and rest rule further comprises the following steps:

and generating fourth prompting information for prompting a user to perform work and rest adjustment under the condition that the body temperature change curve is not matched with the work and rest adjustment plan.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein after the step of determining whether the body temperature profile matches the work and rest adjustment plan, further comprising:
under the condition that the body temperature change curve is not matched with the work and rest adjustment plan, updating the work and rest adjustment plan according to the body temperature change curve, and taking the updated work and rest adjustment plan as the work and rest adjustment plan;
Executing the step of generating third prompt information according to the plurality of work and rest time points and the corresponding work and rest matters.
9. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of determining a work and rest adjustment plan based on the target work and rest time and target adjustment duration further comprises:
