As shown in fig. 6 and 11-19, four guide grooves 314 and four locking grooves 315 are formed on the inner wall of the accommodating groove 311, and the guide grooves 314 and the positioning grooves are circumferentially arranged adjacently; four guide blocks 316 are arranged on the jacking seat 308, the guide blocks 316 are arranged in the guide grooves 314, and the guide blocks 316 slide in the guide grooves 314 along with the movement of the clamping pins 305; the rotating base 307 is provided with a state switching tooth 317, the state switching tooth 317 is switched between the guide groove 314 and the locking groove 315 along with the rotation of the rotating base 307, and the guide groove 314 or the locking groove 315 limits the rotation of the rotating base 307 when the state switching tooth 317 is positioned in the guide groove 314 or the locking groove 315; the containing groove 311 is closed by an end cover 323, and the end cover 323 is matched with the containing groove 311 in a clamping manner through a clamping hole; two ends of the working spring 309 abut against the end cover 323 and the rotating seat 307 respectively; when the state switching teeth 317 enter the guide grooves 314, the state switching assembly is in the working position, the elastic force of the working spring 309 is exerted on the jacking seat 308 through the rotating seat 307 and the bayonet pins 305 are subjected to the elastic force towards the bayonet grooves 304 as a whole against the elastic force of the locking spring 310; when the state switching tooth 317 enters the locking groove 315, the state switching assembly is in the locking position, the elastic force of the working spring 309 is applied to the locking groove 315, and the bayonet pin 305 is separated from the bayonet groove 304 by the elastic force of the locking spring 310; the cooperation of the jacking seat 308 and the rotating seat 307 enables the rotating seat 307 to switch positions between the guide groove 314 and the locking groove 315, and thus determines the direction of the force applied by the working spring 309 and the locking spring 310 to the bayonet 305 together, so as to realize the switching of the state of the bayonet 305; the bottom of the guide groove 314 is closer to the bottom surface of the receiving groove 311 than the locking groove 315; when the state switching teeth 317 enter the locking grooves 315, the operating spring 309 can only act on the base 306 and cannot apply an elastic force to the detent 305, so that the detent 305 is in a retracted locking state; when the position switching tooth 317 enters the guide groove 314, the operating spring 309 can act on the latch 305, so that the latch 305 is in an operating position in which it can be latched with the latch groove 304.
The jacking seat 308 is also provided with jacking teeth 324, and when the jacking seat 308 jacks up the rotating seat 307, the jacking teeth 324 are in tooth surface contact fit with the state switching teeth 317; when the ejecting tooth 324 ejects the state switching tooth 317 out of one of the guide groove 314 or the lock groove 315, the rotating holder 307 rotates to enter the state switching tooth 317 into the other of the guide groove 314 or the lock groove 315; the guide block 316 protrudes from the jacking seat 308 and the jacking teeth 324 in the radial direction; the jacking teeth 324 project axially beyond the jacking seat 308 and the guide block 316; the guide block 316 protrudes and the guide block 316 is always located in the guide groove 314, which makes the lifting seat 308 only move along the length direction of the guide groove 314 and cannot rotate, ensuring that the rotating seat 307 can normally rotate and switch between the guide groove 314 and the locking groove 315.
As shown in fig. 11-19, when the detent 305 is switched between the detent grooves 304, the working spring 309 and the locking spring 310 cooperate with the detent 305 to apply a spring force to the detent 305 toward the detent groove 304, so that the state switching tooth 317 is in the guide groove 314 and presses against the lifting tooth 324, and each time the detent 305 is switched to the next detent groove 304, the detent 305 will telescope in the opening 312 and eventually engage the detent groove 304; when the bayonet 305 reaches the jacking section 319, the bayonet 305 slides on the jacking inclined plane 321 and drives the jacking seat 308 to jack up the rotating seat 307, when the state switching tooth 317 is jacked out of the guide groove 314 by the jacking tooth 324, the state switching tooth 317 slides due to the inclined plane fit between the jacking teeth 324 and drives the rotating seat 307 to rotate, the state switching tooth 317 also rotates into the locking groove 315, at the moment, the rotating seat 307 is blocked by the locking groove 315 and cannot be in pressing contact with the jacking seat 308, the working spring 309 cannot act on the bayonet 305, the bayonet 305 is only subjected to the elastic force of the locking spring 310 and retracts integrally into the base 306, but the bayonet 305 still protrudes out of the base 306, and at the moment, the bayonet 305 is separated from the bayonet groove 304 and can directly pass over the bayonet tooth section 318 to reach the resetting section 320; when the bayonet pin 305 reaches the reset section 320, the bayonet pin 305 slides on the reset inclined plane 322 and drives the jacking seat 308 to jack up the rotating seat 307, when the state switching tooth 317 is jacked out of the locking groove 315 by the jacking tooth 324, the state switching tooth 317 slides due to the inclined plane fit between the jacking teeth 324 and drives the rotating seat 307 to rotate, the state switching tooth 317 also rotates into the guide groove 314, at this time, the state switching tooth 317 extrudes the jacking teeth 324 due to the elastic force of the working spring 309, the bayonet pin 305 is again subjected to the elastic force of the working spring 309 and protrudes more out of the base 306, and the whole bayonet pin 305 is subjected to the elastic force towards the bayonet groove 304 to be again in snap fit with the bayonet groove 304 and returns to the bayonet tooth section 318.
As shown in fig. 1-5, in the present embodiment, a slide gear mechanism is used in the seat back assembly, enabling the up-down adjustment of the upper back assembly 21 in the seat back assembly; the chair back component comprises a back support 1 and an upper back component 21, the back support 1 comprises a lifting frame 301 for arranging the upper back component 21 and a mounting groove 313 for accommodating the lifting frame 301, the lifting frame 301 can lift in the mounting groove 313 and drive the upper back component 21 to lift, the lifting frame 301 can be regarded as the sliding block, and the mounting groove 313 can be regarded as the sliding chute; the gear piece 302 is arranged in the mounting groove 313, and the gear engaging piece 303 is arranged on the lifting frame 301; when the upper back assembly 21 is lifted, the bayonet lock 305 of the gear member 303 is in bayonet fit with the bayonet lock 304 of the gear member 302 and the position is switched upwards between the bayonet lock 304, and the lifting of the upper back assembly 21 is lifted according to the gears; when the upper back assembly 21 reaches the highest position, that is, the detent 305 is lifted up by the lifting inclined plane 321 to switch to the locking state, the upper back assembly 21 can directly descend to the initial position; when the back assembly descends to the initial position, the detent 305 is switched back to the working state by the reset inclined plane 322, and the back assembly 21 can be raised again according to the gear, and the process is repeated.
Example 2: unlike embodiment 1, this embodiment discloses another application, and as shown in fig. 21, this embodiment discloses a seat comprising a seat back adjustment assembly, the first component being a seat back support 51; the second component is a back support 52 of the seat, configured to support the body of the back support 51; the back support 51 is arranged at the front side of the back bracket 52 and is configured to support the waist and the back of a human body; the upper part of the back support 52 is connected with the upper end of the back support 51, the lower end of the back support 51 moves relative to the back support 52 in an opening and closing way, and when the lower end of the back support 51 is opened forwards, a larger included angle is formed between the whole back support 51 and the back support 52; when the lower end of the back support piece 51 is closed backwards, a smaller included angle is formed between the whole back support piece 51 and the back bracket 52; the first component, namely the back support 51 is indirectly connected with the hanging part 303, a connecting rod 53 is also arranged between the back support 51 and the back bracket 52, one end of the connecting rod 53 is rotatably connected with the back support 51, the other end of the connecting rod 53 is connected with the hanging part 303, and the sliding groove and the gear part are arranged on the back bracket 52; when the back support 51 is opened forwards or closed backwards, the other end of the connecting rod 53 moves along the sliding groove; the configuration of the shift lever and the state switching means is described in embodiment 1.

Claims (12)

1. A chair back adjustment assembly for a chair, comprising: the chair back adjusting assembly comprises a first part and a second part which move relatively, the first part is connected with a hanging part, the second part is connected with a gear part, and the hanging part and the gear part are in sliding fit through a sliding block and a sliding groove so that the first part and the second part move relatively; the gear part is provided with a plurality of clamping grooves distributed along the sliding direction, the gear engaging part comprises elastic clamping pins which are in clamping fit with the clamping grooves, and when the gear part and the gear part slide relatively, the clamping pins are switched between the clamping grooves; the hanging stopper also comprises a state switching component which is configured to change the matching relationship between the bayonet lock and the clamping groove; the state switching component is provided with a working position and a locking position which can be switched mutually, when the state switching component is positioned at the working position, the bayonet lock is in a working state, and the bayonet lock is subjected to elastic force towards the bayonet lock; when the state switching assembly is located at the locking position, the clamping pin is in the locking state, the clamping pin is subjected to reverse elastic force, and the first component and the second component are in a relatively fixed state.
2. The seatback adjustment assembly for a seat according to claim 1, wherein: the state switching assembly comprises a working spring and a locking spring, the working spring and the locking spring act on the bayonet lock in opposite directions, and the working spring is arranged on one side of the bayonet lock, which is far away from the bayonet lock, and applies elastic force towards the bayonet lock to the bayonet lock; the locking spring is arranged on one side of the bayonet lock close to the bayonet lock and applies elastic force far away from the bayonet lock to the bayonet lock; when the bayonet lock is in a working state, the working spring and the locking spring act on the bayonet lock together, and the whole bayonet lock is subjected to elastic force towards the bayonet lock; when the bayonet lock is in a locking state, the locking spring acts on the bayonet lock to enable the bayonet lock to leave the bayonet lock.

The seatback adjustment assembly for a seat according to claim 2, wherein: the hanging stopper also comprises a base connected with the sliding block, two end faces of the base are respectively provided with a containing groove and an opening, the opening is arranged towards the clamping groove, and the containing groove is communicated with the opening; the bayonet lock is arranged in the opening in a sliding manner and does telescopic motion; the state switching assembly is arranged in the accommodating groove and acts on the clamping pin.

The seatback adjustment assembly for a seat according to claim 3, wherein: the state switching assembly also comprises a rotating seat and a jacking seat which are both arranged in the accommodating groove; the jacking seat is arranged on the clamping pin, and two ends of the locking spring respectively abut against the jacking seat and the bottom surface of the accommodating groove; the rotating seat is positioned on one side of the jacking seat, which is back to the clamping pin, and the working spring acts on the rotating seat and enables the rotating seat to be close to the jacking seat; the rotating seat and the jacking seat are matched through the inclined plane, so that the rotating seat can rotate after the jacking seat jacks the rotating seat.

The seatback adjustment assembly for a seat according to claim 4, wherein: the inner wall of the accommodating groove is provided with at least one guide groove and at least one locking groove, and the guide groove and the positioning groove are arranged adjacently along the circumferential direction; the jacking seat is provided with a guide block, the guide block is arranged in the guide groove, and the guide block slides in the guide groove along with the movement of the clamping pin; the rotating seat is provided with a state switching tooth, the state switching tooth is switched between the guide groove and the locking groove along with the rotation of the rotating seat, and the guide groove or the locking groove limits the rotation of the rotating seat when the state switching tooth is positioned in the guide groove or the locking groove; when the state switching teeth enter the guide grooves, the state switching assembly is in a working position, the elastic force of the working spring is applied to the jacking seat through the rotating seat and resists the elastic force of the locking spring to enable the whole clamping pin to be subjected to the elastic force towards the clamping groove; when the state switching teeth enter the locking groove, the state switching assembly is in the locking position, the elastic force of the working spring is applied to the locking groove, and the clamping pin leaves the clamping groove under the elastic force of the locking spring.

The seatback adjustment assembly for a seat according to claim 5, wherein: the jacking seat is also provided with jacking teeth, and when the jacking seat jacks up the rotating seat, the jacking teeth are in contact fit with the tooth surfaces of the state switching teeth; when the jacking teeth push the state switching teeth tips out of one of the guide groove or the locking groove, the rotating seat rotates to enable the state switching teeth to enter the other one of the guide groove or the locking groove.
7. The seatback adjustment assembly for a seat according to claim 6, wherein: the guide block radially protrudes out of the jacking seat and the jacking teeth; the jacking teeth axially protrude out of the jacking seat and the guide block.
8. The seatback adjustment assembly for a seat according to claim 5, wherein: the bottom of the guide groove is closer to the bottom surface of the accommodating groove than the locking groove.
9. The seatback adjustment assembly for a seat according to claim 4, wherein: the containing groove is closed through an end cover, and the end cover is in clamping fit with the containing groove through a clamping hole; two ends of the working spring are respectively abutted against the end cover and the rotating seat.
10. The seatback adjustment assembly for a seat according to claim 1, wherein: the gear part comprises a clamping tooth section, a jacking section and a resetting section, and the clamping grooves are distributed on the clamping tooth section; the jacking section is configured to enable the state switching assembly to be switched from the working position to the locking position, and when the clamping pin moves from the jacking section to the resetting section and passes through the clamping tooth section, the clamping pin is in a locking state and directly passes over the clamping tooth section; the reset section is configured to enable the state switching assembly to be switched from the locking position to the working position, the clamping pin is in the working state when the clamping pin moves from the reset section to the jacking section and passes through the clamping tooth section, and the clamping pin is in the switching position between the clamping slots.

A seat comprising a back adjustment assembly for a seat as claimed in any of claims 1 to 10, the first component being a back support member of the seat; the second component is a back bracket of the seat configured to support the body of the back support; the back support is arranged at the front side of the back bracket and is configured to support the waist and the back of a human body; the upper part of the back support is connected with the upper end of the back support, the lower end of the back support moves relative to the back support in an opening and closing manner, and when the lower end of the back support is opened forwards, a large included angle is formed between the whole back support and the back support; when the lower end of the back support piece is closed backwards, a smaller included angle is formed between the whole back support piece and the back support; a connecting rod is arranged between the back support piece and the back support, one end of the connecting rod is rotatably connected with the back support piece, the other end of the connecting rod is connected with the hanging stopper, and the sliding groove and the stopping stopper are arranged on the back support; when the back support piece is opened forwards or closed backwards, the other end of the connecting rod moves along the sliding groove.
12. The seat according to claim 11, wherein: the upper part of the back support is rotationally connected with the upper end of the back support through a ball head or a rotating shaft, and when the back support moves in an opening and closing mode, the other end of the connecting rod moves up and down along a sliding groove in the back support.
