Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of heating cigarettes, and particularly relates to a heating cigarette with a sealing function and a preparation method thereof. The cigarette comprises a cigarette core section (1), wherein the cigarette core section (1) comprises a U-shaped pipe (1-1) with one end open and the other end closed and a cigarette core material block (1-2) filled in the U-shaped pipe (1-1). According to the invention, the tobacco core material is placed in the U-shaped tube with one closed end for the first time, so that the tobacco core material cannot fall into the heating cavity, and the problems of heating cavity pollution, difficulty in cleaning, high damage rate and the like caused by the fact that the tobacco core material carbonized by heating falls into the heating cavity and is bonded on the heating sheet during plugging and unplugging are solved.

Technical Field

Background
The heating cigarette, also called low-temperature cigarette, is a novel tobacco product which utilizes an external heat source to heat tobacco shreds, and nicotine and flavor substances in the tobacco shreds are volatilized to generate smoke gas to meet the requirements of smokers during heating. Because the temperature of the tobacco is far lower than that of the traditional cigarette, harmful components generated by high-temperature combustion and cracking of the tobacco can be reduced, and harmful chemical components and toxicity of smoke are greatly reduced; meanwhile, the sidestream smoke is greatly reduced, and the harm of second-hand smoke to non-smoking people is reduced.
The existing heating cigarette is composed of a cigarette core section and a filter rod section in a rolling connection mode, wherein the filter rod section is composed of a supporting section, a cooling section and a filter tip section according to functionality. When the cigarette heater is used, a heated cigarette is inserted into a heater cavity for providing a heat source, and a heating sheet/piece and the like in the heater convert electric energy into heat energy to heat the heated cigarette, so that smoke for smoking is generated.
In the process of implementing the invention, the inventor finds that the prior art has at least the following problems:
1. the existing heating cigarette is inserted into the cigarette core section of the heater and is in an open shape. After the use, when taking out cigarette from the heater, can cause the cigarette core material to drop in the heater cavity because of the cigarette core material is heated the carbonization, the pipe tobacco bonds the scheduling problem at the heating plate, leads to heating chamber and heating plate contaminated, is difficult to clean, heating function reduces, the spoilage risees.
2. Because the heating temperature of the heated cigarette is lower than the combustion temperature, compared with the traditional cigarette, the tobacco aroma components of the heated cigarette are difficult to completely release, and the smoke quantity is insufficient, so the cigarette is difficult to be accepted by traditional smokers.
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a heated cigarette with a sealing function, which comprises a cigarette core section 1, wherein the cigarette core section 1 comprises a U-shaped pipe 1-1 with one end open and the other end closed and a cigarette core material block 1-2 filled in the U-shaped pipe 1-1.
Preferably, the block of smokable material 1-2 further comprises flakes, particles of smokable material, pieces of incense, or particles of flavourant.
Preferably, the closed end of the U-shaped pipe 1-1 is a plane or an arc surface.
Preferably, the piece of core material 1-2 comprises tobacco powder, tobacco shred, tobacco particles, tobacco pellets, tobacco gathered sheet material, and tobacco pleated sheet material.
The tobacco powder, the tobacco shred, the tobacco particle, the tobacco ball, the tobacco gathering sheet, the tobacco folded sheet, the smoke agent particle, the spice sheet or the spice particle are all known shapes of the existing materials and are all the prior art.
Preferably, the U-shaped pipe 1-1 comprises a metal U-shaped pipe and a high-temperature-resistant polymer U-shaped pipe; the high temperature resistance means that the material does not deform at 350 ℃ under atmospheric pressure.
Preferably, the U-shaped tube 1-1 is manufactured by a discontinuous process such as injection molding or die pressing.
Preferably, the tobacco rod further comprises a filter rod segment 2 and tipping paper 3.

In a second aspect, the invention provides a method for preparing a cigarette according to the first aspect, comprising the following steps: the cigarette core material block 1-2 is placed in the U-shaped pipe 1-1 through filling or stuffing technology, and then the cigarette core section 1 and the filter stick section 2 are rolled and connected by tipping paper 3 to form the cigarette.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the core material of the common cigarette is prepared by wrapping the cigarette paper and continuously cutting on line. According to the invention, the tobacco core material is placed in the U-shaped tube with one closed end for the first time, so that the tobacco core material cannot fall into the heating cavity, and the problems of heating cavity pollution, difficulty in cleaning, high damage rate and the like caused by the fact that the tobacco core material carbonized by heating falls into the heating cavity and is bonded on the heating sheet during plugging and unplugging are solved.
2. In the preferred technical scheme, the U-shaped pipe is made of metal, can effectively absorb heat and quickly conduct the heat to the cigarette core material, and has the effects of improving the heat utilization rate, uniformly heating the cigarette core material, improving the mouth-to-mouth suction consistency and the like.
3. The cigarette core section is connected with the filter stick in a sealing way, and the bottom of the cigarette core section is sealed by the U-shaped pipe, so that the effects of sealing and blocking the outside air can be simultaneously achieved, and a sealed oxygen-deficient heating environment is provided. Due to the replacement of the air inside the tobacco core section by the fresh flue gas formed, the oxygen content in the tobacco is reduced with the heating process. At the moment, even if the heating temperature is increased, the combustion phenomenon can not occur, the release of the tobacco aroma components can be increased, and the taste of the cigarette is closer to that of the traditional cigarette.

Example 1
Referring to fig. 1, the heated cigarette with the sealing function comprises a cigarette core section 1, a filter rod section 2 and tipping paper 3, wherein the cigarette core section 1 and the filter rod section 2 are abutted in sequence, and the tipping paper 3 wraps the filter rod section 2 and the cigarette core section 1.
The tobacco core section comprises: the smoke core type smoke exhaust ventilator comprises a U-shaped pipe 1-1 with one end open and the other end closed and a smoke core material block 1-2, wherein the smoke core material block 1-2 is filled into the U-shaped pipe 1-1 in a filling mode, and the filling degree is 85% (filling volume).
The tobacco core material block 1-2 is a tobacco sheet with flavor powder added therein, and in this case, may be called a tobacco core material block. Of course, in other embodiments, a sheet material with added tobacco extract may be used for the pieces of wick material 1-2.
Wherein the U-shaped pipe 1-1 is a flat-bottomed cylinder with an outer diameter of 7mm, is made of aluminum material by die pressing, can be used at the temperature of 150 ℃ and 350 ℃, and has a wall thickness of 0.5 mm.
The cigarette core section 1-1 and the filter stick section 2 are rolled and connected by the tipping paper 3 to form a cigarette. The tipping paper 3 is wrapped around only the open portion of the core segment 1.

Referring to fig. 2, a heated cigarette with a sealing function comprises a cigarette core section 1 and a filter rod section 2 which are abutted in sequence.
The tobacco core section comprises: the cigarette comprises a U-shaped pipe 1-1 with one end open and the other end closed and a cigarette core material block 1-2, wherein the cigarette core material block 1-2 is filled into the U-shaped pipe 1-1 in a filling mode, and the filling degree is 60% (filling volume).
Wherein, the cigarette core material block 1-2 is a tobacco microsphere added with spice particles, and can be called as a cigarette core material microsphere in this case.
The U-shaped pipe 1-1 is a cylinder, the bottom of the U-shaped pipe is an arc surface, the outer diameter of the U-shaped pipe is 7mm, the U-shaped pipe is made of a high-temperature-resistant polymer material peek (polyether ether ketone), the U-shaped pipe can be used at the temperature of 150-350 ℃, and the wall thickness of the U-shaped pipe is 1 mm.
The cigarette core section 1 and the filter stick 2 are rolled and connected by the tipping paper 3 to form a cigarette. The tipping paper 3 is wrapped around only the open portion of the core segment 1.

A method for preparing a tobacco rod according to claim 7, characterized in that it comprises the following steps: the cigarette core material block (1-2) is placed in the U-shaped pipe (1-1) through filling or filling technology, and then the cigarette core section (1) and the filter rod section (2) are rolled and connected by the tipping paper (3) to form the cigarette.
