Referring to fig. 8 and 9, the locking cavity 41 is hollow, the locking rod 42 penetrates through the locking cavity 41, and both ends of the locking rod 42 are located outside the locking cavity 41, and the elastic member 43 may be a spring or other elastic member 43, which is only exemplified by a spring in the present embodiment, and is not limited specifically. When the fixing piece 13 is in the second position, the locking rod 42 abuts against the skirt 12 under the action of the elastic piece 43, when the fixing piece 13 rotates to the first position, the locking rod 42 is opposite to the locking groove 121, and the locking rod 42 enters the locking groove 121 under the pushing of the elastic piece 43 to complete the clamping connection, so that the gear box 1 is locked.
The locking mechanism 4 further includes: the cover body 44 covering the locking cavity 41, the cover body 44 is slidably connected with the locking cavity 41, one end of the rod body 421, which is far away from the gear box 1 and protrudes out of the locking cavity 41, is a rod tail end 423, the rod tail end 423 is clamped into the cover body 44, and when the cover body 44 is pulled in a direction away from the gear box 1, the locking rod 42 is driven to move in a direction away from the gear box 1, so that the locking rod 42 is pulled out of the locking groove 121. The lock mechanism 4 is unlocked from the gear case 1. The unlocking of the gear box 1 and the quick-change connector 2 can be realized by pulling the cover body 44, the operation is convenient and quick, and the replacement time of the functional head 3 is saved.
The functional head 3 and the quick-change connector 2 in the present embodiment are integrally provided, and when a cutting object needs to be replaced, the quick-change connector 2 with a new functional head 3 may be replaced on the gear case 1. For example, the quick-change connector 2 with the grass-cutting head 32 is installed on the gear box 1, the grass-cutting head 32 is replaced by the cutting head 33, the cover 44 of the hand-held locking mechanism 4 is pulled outwards, the locking rod 42 is pulled out of the locking groove 121 of the skirt 12 of the gear box 1, the rotation locking of the quick-change connector 2 and the gear box 1 is released, either the gear box 1 or the quick-change connector 2 is rotated, the fixing piece 13 is switched from the first position to the second position, the fixing piece 13 penetrates through the first inserting groove 22 and the second inserting groove 25 when in the second position, at the moment, the fixing piece 13 can be pulled out from the first inserting groove 22 and the second inserting groove 25, and meanwhile, the output shaft 11 is contacted with the spline of the connecting shaft 31 in a matched mode, so that the grass-cutting head 32 and the quick-change connector 2 are detached on the gear box 1. The quick-change connector 2 with the cutting and irrigating head 33 is installed on the gear box 1, the fixing piece 13 is inserted into and penetrates through the first insertion groove 22 of the quick-change connector 2, the fixing piece 13 is rotated to the end part of the first sliding groove 23, the fixing piece 13 is positioned at the first position, the locking rod 42 is aligned with the locking groove 121 at the moment, and under the elastic force of the elastic piece 43, the locking rod 42 automatically enters the locking groove 121 to complete locking, so that the installation of the cutting and irrigating head 33 and the quick-change connector 2 on the gear box 1 is realized.
From the above, the grass cutting and irrigating machine in the embodiment is quite convenient to operate when the functional head is replaced, does not need any disassembly tool, is simple and quick to operate, and can greatly improve the use experience of a user during use.
