Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to the exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, like numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements unless otherwise indicated. The implementations described in the exemplary embodiments below are not intended to represent all implementations consistent with the present disclosure. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the present disclosure, as detailed in the appended claims.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a control method of an airdrop vehicle according to an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, applied to the airdrop vehicle, the airdrop vehicle including: the method comprises the following steps of:
step 101, receiving a detection signal sent by a detection device, wherein the detection signal is used for indicating the load state inside the spray-seeding device.
For example, the spray seeding vehicle may be preset with a high-pressure pump, a detection device, a spray seeding tank, a clean water tank, a spray seeding device, a first electromagnetic valve for controlling the opening and closing of the pipeline where the spray seeding tank is located, and a second electromagnetic valve for controlling the opening and closing of the pipeline where the clean water tank is located. Wherein, the high-pressure pump can be connected with first solenoid valve and second solenoid valve respectively. When the high-pressure pump is in a working state, if the first electromagnetic valve is opened and the second electromagnetic valve is closed, the high-pressure pump can convey the fluid (namely, slurry) in the spray seeding tank body to the spray seeding device, and if the second electromagnetic valve is opened and the first electromagnetic valve is closed, the high-pressure pump can convey the clean water in the clean water tank body to the spray seeding device.
It should be noted that the execution main body of the embodiment may be a controller on the spray-seeding Vehicle, for example, an ECU (Vehicle Control Unit, chinese) or an MCU (micro controller Unit, chinese) may be used, and the disclosure is not limited thereto.
Firstly, in the process of carrying out the spray-seeding operation by the spray-seeding vehicle, the detection device can detect the load state in the spray-seeding device in real time and send the load state to the spray-seeding vehicle in the form of a detection signal. The detecting device may be disposed inside the spraying device, and the detecting device may be, for example, a pressure sensor, a flow rate sensor, or the like.
And 102, if the load state meets a first preset condition, closing the first electromagnetic valve, and opening the second electromagnetic valve.
And 103, controlling the high-pressure pump to convey the clean water in the clean water tank body to the spray seeding device so as to flush the spray seeding device.
For example, if the detection signal indicates that the load state inside the spray seeding device meets the first preset condition, which indicates that the fluid inside the spray seeding device is accumulated, so that the internal pressure of the spray seeding device is too high and exceeds a safe load threshold, the first electromagnetic valve for controlling the pipeline where the spray seeding tank is located to be opened and closed may be closed, and the second electromagnetic valve for controlling the pipeline where the clear water tank is located to be opened and closed may be opened. The first preset condition may be, for example, that the pressure inside the spray-seeding device is greater than a first pressure threshold and less than a second pressure threshold, or that the flow rate of the fluid inside the spray-seeding device is greater than a first flow rate threshold and less than a second flow rate threshold.
And then, the high-pressure pump can be controlled to convey the clean water in the clean water tank body to the spray-seeding device, and the spray-seeding device is washed by the clean water, so that the accumulation of the fluid in the spray-seeding device is dredged, and the problem that the high-pressure pump is not directly pumped or burnt due to the accumulation of the fluid is avoided.
And step 104, if the load state meets a second preset condition, closing the high-pressure pump, the first electromagnetic valve and the second electromagnetic valve.
Furthermore, if the detection signal indicates that the load state inside the spray-seeding device meets the second preset condition, the accumulation of the fluid inside the spray-seeding device is serious, and the accumulation of the fluid in the spray-seeding device cannot be dredged by using a method of washing with clean water, so that the high-pressure pump, the first electromagnetic valve and the second electromagnetic valve can be closed, and the spray-seeding operation is stopped, so that the high-pressure pump is prevented from being blocked or burning. The second preset condition may be, for example, that the pressure inside the spray-seeding device is greater than a second pressure threshold, or that the flow rate of the fluid inside the spray-seeding device is greater than a second flow rate threshold.
To sum up, this disclosure is applied to the spray seeding car, and wherein the spray seeding car includes: the device comprises a high-pressure pump, a detection device, a spray seeding tank body, a clear water tank body, a spray seeding device, a first electromagnetic valve for controlling the opening and closing of a pipeline where the spray seeding tank body is located, and a second electromagnetic valve for controlling the opening and closing of a pipeline where the clear water tank body is located. Firstly, a detection signal sent by a detection device is received, wherein the detection signal is used for indicating the load state inside the spray-seeding device. And if the load state meets a first preset condition, closing the first electromagnetic valve, opening the second electromagnetic valve, and then controlling the high-pressure pump to convey the clean water in the clean water tank body to the spray-seeding device so as to flush the spray-seeding device. And if the load state meets a second preset condition, closing the high-pressure pump, the first electromagnetic valve and the second electromagnetic valve. The automatic control system can automatically control the spray-seeding device according to the load state in the spray-seeding device, and avoid the problem that the high-pressure pump is blocked or burnt.
In one application scenario, the detection device comprises: a pressure sensor and a flow rate sensor. The detection signal includes: the pressure signal collected by the pressure sensor and the flow rate signal collected by the flow rate sensor. The pressure signal is used for indicating the pressure in the spraying device, and the flow speed signal is used for indicating the flow speed of the fluid in the spraying device.
The first preset condition includes:
the pressure inside the spray-seeding device is greater than or equal to a preset first pressure threshold value and smaller than a preset second pressure threshold value, and the first pressure threshold value is smaller than the second pressure threshold value. And/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the flow speed of the fluid in the spray-seeding device is greater than or equal to a preset first flow speed threshold value and smaller than a preset second flow speed threshold value, and the first flow speed threshold value is smaller than the second flow speed threshold value.
The second preset condition includes:
the pressure inside the spray-seeding device is greater than or equal to a second pressure threshold, and/or the flow rate of the fluid inside the spray-seeding device is greater than or equal to a second flow rate threshold.
In another application scenario, the spray seeding device comprises a spray seeding pipeline and a high-pressure spray gun, wherein the pressure sensor is arranged in the high-pressure spray gun, and the flow velocity sensor is arranged in the spray seeding pipeline.
For example, the detection device may include a pressure sensor and a flow rate sensor, and the spray device may include a spray pipe and a high-pressure spray gun. The pressure sensor can be arranged in the high-pressure spray gun and used for collecting pressure signals, and the flow velocity sensor can be arranged in the spray-seeding pipeline and used for collecting flow velocity signals. The pressure signal may be understood as a signal indicating the pressure inside the spraying device, and the flow rate signal may be understood as a signal indicating the flow rate of the fluid inside the spraying device.
If the following three conditions occur, which indicate that the load state of the spraying device meets the first preset condition, the fluid in the spraying device is already accumulated, so that the internal pressure of the spraying device is too high, and the safe load threshold is exceeded.
In the first case: the pressure signal detected by the pressure sensor indicates that the pressure inside the spraying device is greater than or equal to a preset first pressure threshold value and less than a preset second pressure threshold value, and the flow rate signal detected by the flow rate sensor indicates that the flow rate of the fluid inside the spraying device is greater than or equal to a preset first flow rate threshold value and less than a preset second flow rate threshold value. In the second case: the pressure inside the spray-seeding device is less than a first pressure threshold, and the flow rate of the fluid inside the spray-seeding device is greater than or equal to a first flow rate threshold and less than a second flow rate threshold. In the third case: the pressure inside the spraying device is greater than or equal to the first pressure threshold and smaller than the second pressure threshold, and the flow rate of the fluid inside the spraying device is smaller than the first flow rate threshold. Wherein the first pressure threshold is smaller than the second pressure threshold, the first pressure threshold may be a rated pressure of the high-pressure pump, for example, 0.1MPa, and the second pressure threshold may be 1.2 times the first pressure threshold, that is, 0.12 MPa.
If the following three conditions occur, which indicate that the load state of the spraying device meets the second preset condition, the accumulation of the fluid inside the spraying device is serious, and the method of washing with clean water may not be able to dredge the accumulation of the fluid in the spraying device.
In the first case: the pressure signal detected by the pressure sensor indicates that the pressure inside the spray-seeding device is greater than or equal to a second pressure threshold, and the flow rate signal detected by the flow rate sensor indicates that the flow rate of the fluid inside the spray-seeding device is greater than or equal to a preset second flow rate threshold. In the second case: the pressure inside the spray-seeding device is less than a second pressure threshold, and the flow rate of the fluid inside the spray-seeding device is greater than or equal to a second flow rate threshold. In the third case: the pressure inside the spray-seeding device is greater than or equal to a second pressure threshold, and the flow rate of the fluid inside the spray-seeding device is less than a second flow rate threshold.
Fig. 2 is a flow chart illustrating another method of controlling a spray-seeding vehicle according to an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, after step 104, the method further includes:
and 105, sending an overload prompt, wherein the overload prompt is used for indicating that the spray-seeding vehicle is in an overload state.
Illustratively, when the load state of the spray-seeding device is detected to meet the second preset condition, which indicates that the load state of the spray-seeding device is seriously overloaded at the moment, the spray-seeding operation needs to be stopped immediately and the spray-seeding device needs to be dredged. Therefore, after the high-pressure pump, the first electromagnetic valve and the second electromagnetic valve are closed, an overload prompt can be sent out to indicate that the spray seeding vehicle is in an overload state. The overload prompt may be, for example, a light prompt, a voice prompt, a text prompt, etc., which is not limited in this disclosure.
Fig. 3 is a flow chart illustrating another method of controlling a spray-seeding vehicle according to an exemplary embodiment, and as shown in fig. 3, the method further includes:
and 106, if the load state meets a third preset condition, closing the second electromagnetic valve and opening the first electromagnetic valve.
And 107, controlling the high-pressure pump to convey the fluid in the spray seeding tank to the spray seeding device so that the spray seeding device sprays the fluid.
In another application scenario, the third preset condition includes:
the pressure inside the spraying device is smaller than a first pressure threshold value, and the flow rate of fluid inside the spraying device is smaller than a first flow rate threshold value.
For example, in the process that the high-pressure pump conveys the clean water in the clean water tank body to the spray seeding device to flush the spray seeding device, the detection device can detect the load state inside the spray seeding device in real time. If the load state is detected to meet the third preset condition, which indicates that the load state in the spray seeding device is normal, the second electromagnetic valve can be closed, and the first electromagnetic valve is opened, so that the high-pressure pump can continuously convey the fluid in the spray seeding tank to the spray seeding device, and the spray seeding device sprays the fluid to a target position. Thus, after the spray seeding device is dredged, the spray seeding operation can be automatically resumed. Specifically, the third preset condition may be that the pressure signal detected by the pressure sensor indicates that the pressure inside the spray-seeding device is smaller than the first pressure threshold, and the flow rate signal detected by the flow rate sensor indicates that the flow rate of the fluid inside the spray-seeding device is smaller than the first flow rate threshold.
The automatic control system can automatically control the spray-seeding device according to the load state in the spray-seeding device, and avoid the problem that the high-pressure pump is blocked or burnt.
