Abstract

本发明公开了一种具有实时智能监控装置的民用母线结构,包括母线装置、传感器和监控电脑,所述的母线装置内部设有母线,所述的传感器设在母线装置内部,传感器并联设在在母线上。所述的监控电脑设在母线装置外部,监控电脑与传感器相连;本发明主要目的在于使用该种具有实时智能监控装置的民用母线结构,通过设在母线上的传感器,将母线上的电流和电压反馈至监控电脑,防止因异常导致电流和电压的异常升高导致母线损坏,通过在母线上设有的A/D转换器,将漏电传感器的模拟信号转换为数字信号,在通过数字信号输入至监控电脑,当探测到温度异常和漏电时,会做出报警和断电。

技术领域
本发明属于母线结构技术领域,具体涉及一种具有实时智能监控装置的民用母线结构。
背景技术
母线结构是一个高效输送电流的配电结构,尤其适应了越来越高的建筑物和大规模工厂经济合理配线的需要。
当前的母线结构的监控市场鲜少对周边的环境进行测量,而实际上大部分的母线槽设备是由于多雨或者高温天气而出现异常,且由于该设备一直处于工作状态,其可能出现某处熔体短路熔断的状态,结合天气炎热、而该设备自身容易高温的这两种情况,极易引发火灾、爆炸的现象,且在长时间工作的情况下,母线结构内的导线会出现漏电现象,引起各种故障。因此,在监控电流电压的基础上对周围环境的温度和漏电进行监控是迫在眉睫的事情。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决以上现有技术的不足,提出了一种具有实时智能监控装置的民用母线结构,包括母线装置、传感器和监控电脑,所述的母线装置内部设有母线,所述的传感器设在母线装置内部,传感器并联设在在母线上。所述的监控电脑设在母线装置外部,监控电脑与传感器相连。
更进一步地,传感器包括电流器、电压器、线路温度传感器和漏电传感器,传感器并联至母线上。
更进一步地,传感器设有数据接口,传感器通过数据接口连接至监控电脑。
更进一步地,母线装置中间通过A/D转换器将母线装置相连。
有益效果:
使用该种具有实时智能监控装置的民用母线结构,通过设在母线上的传感器,将母线上的电流和电压反馈至监控电脑,防止因异常导致电流和电压的异常升高导致母线损坏,通过在母线上设有的A/D转换器,将漏电传感器的模拟信号转换为数字信号,在通过数字信号输入至监控电脑,当探测到温度异常和漏电时,会做出报警和断电。

为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合实施例和附图对本发明进一步详述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不构成对本发明保护范围的限定。
实施示例:
一种具有实时智能监控装置的民用母线结构,包括母线装置、传感器和监控电脑,所述的母线装置内部设有4个母线,所述的传感器设在母线装置内部,传感器并联设在在4个母线上。所述的监控电脑设在母线装置外部,监控电脑与传感器相连。
如图1所示,母线结构内部有4根母线1,4根母线1平行设在母线结构内部,4根母线中间接入A/D转换器2,母线1上方平行设有传感器3,传感器3并联至母线1上,传感器1实时监控母线结构内部状况,传感器3设有数据接口连接母线结构外部的监控电脑4。

1.一种具有实时智能监控装置的民用母线结构,其特征在于,包括母线装置、传感器和监控电脑,所述的母线装置内部设有母线,所述的传感器设在母线装置内部,传感器并联设在母线上。所述的监控电脑设在母线装置外部,监控电脑与传感器相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有实时智能监控装置的民用母线结构,其特征在于,所述的传感器包括电流器、电压器、线路温度传感器和漏电传感器,传感器并联至母线上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有实时智能监控装置的民用母线结构,其特征在于,所述的传感器设有数据接口,传感器通过数据接口连接至监控电脑。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有实时智能监控装置的民用母线结构,其特征在于,所述的母线装置中间通过A/D转换器将母线装置相连。
