after logging in the offline mode, the system always runs in the offline mode and cannot be switched to the online state, unless the system is logged in again, in the offline mode, functions related to meetings cannot perform any communication and interaction with an online meetings service end and other collaborative meetings technology client sides, the offline mode provides a scene for users to perform free plotting operation according to self requirements, required plotting situation graphs can be made in the independent running mode, the influence of other users is avoided, plotting results completed in the offline mode can be stored as plotting result files, the plotting result files can be used by other users in a copying mode, and the plotting result files stored by the users or other users can be loaded, so that the sharing of the plotting files is realized.
After logging in an online mode, the system always runs in an online mode and cannot be switched to an offline state unless logging in the system again, in the online mode, the related functions of a conference provider, a conference provider server and other collaborative conference provider technical clients keep instant communication and interaction, in the online mode, a user is divided into two roles of an administrator and a common user, wherein the common user has the basic functions of the system and has the functions of applying for participation, quitting a conference, being invited for participation and related communication and interaction, and the administrator user has the related functions of conference management (conference establishment, conference editing, conference deletion, conference invitation for participation users and the like) besides all the functions of the common user;
when the online consultation system logs in, whether the user is an administrator or not in the system database is searched according to the name of the user, if the user is the administrator, all functional modules and data in the system can be used, if the user is not the administrator, the user is a general user, functional buttons such as conference creation, conference deletion, conference modification, conference invitation joining, speaker designation, conference visual field and the like in the system cannot be used, and a system user list label is not displayed in the system to control the access of the system to the data;
and if the user is a common user, the system does not allow the user to log in the management platform software, and only an administrator can log in and access user information, log content of the system operation process and the like.
The method is characterized in that a MySQL Server 5.0 database system is adopted for a Server side of an online consultation system, the system should make corresponding backup and recovery strategies and schemes, the backup and recovery strategies can be realized by backing up database files, the MySQL service needs to be stopped during backup, then a database directory and all files below the database directory are copied, and a database (not necessarily the same name) needs to be established first during recovery of the database, and then the backed-up files are copied to the corresponding MySQL database directory.
The method is characterized in that the password data of user information in a system database is encrypted by MD5, the use of a map and application data is related to a specific application scene, the security of the map and application data is determined by the security level of internal and external network data, the security guarantee of the system is emphasized by the consultation technology, and the invasion and the damage of malicious users are prevented, and in summary, the specific security guarantee measures mainly comprise the following parts:
1. the server port can be self-defined, and both TCP and UDP service ports used by the server can be self-defined, so that the hiding of the service is realized;
2. the bottom communication protocol between the server and the client is encrypted for transmission, so that the non-online consultation client is prevented from being connected with the server, and a high-strength encryption algorithm is required to provide a safe barrier for the system;
3. the server can set a connection authentication password to prevent an unauthorized client from connecting to the server.
