Various embodiments and examples according to the present application are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
< Method example >
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method of a file processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the method includes the following steps S110 to S130.
Step S110: a first operation instruction for page identification of a file is received.
Step S120: and acquiring first data content of the target page corresponding to the page identifier.
Step S130: and displaying the first data content in a browsing area of a display page of the file.
Wherein the file refers to application software that controls the display page to open using the same thread and performs the exposing step of the first data content. Specifically, the file includes application software such as a form file, a presentation file, and mail. For application software such as a form file, a presentation file, a mail, etc., at least one page identifier, and a page corresponding to each page identifier, are displayed in the client interface after the application software is opened. And under the condition that the user selects the page identifier, the application software receives a first operation instruction corresponding to the selection operation. The selecting operation refers to that a user hovers a mouse over a page identifier of a display interface, or refers to that the user hovers over the page identifier of a touch display screen by using a touch pen, a finger and the like.
Page identification refers to a control for associating a page that can be controlled to present its data content. For example, in a form file, at least one worksheet tab is displayed in the client interface, which is often displayed in the form of "sheet1", "sheet2", "sheet3", and one worksheet corresponding to one worksheet tab. The worksheet labels are the page identifications in the form file. The page identification in the table file is the worksheet label. In the event that the user clicks on a worksheet tab, the data content in the worksheet associated with the clicked worksheet tab is presented in the client interface.
For another example, at least one slide preview is displayed in the presentation file in the client interface, along with a slide page corresponding to the one slide preview. And the page identification in the demonstration file is the slide preview. In the event that the user clicks on the slide preview, the data content in the slide page associated with the slide preview is presented in the client interface.
For another example, in the mail, at least one mail preview item and a mail page corresponding to the mail preview item are displayed in the client interface. The page identification in the mail is the mail preview item. In the case where the user clicks on the mail preview item, the data content in the mail page associated with the clicked mail preview item is presented in the client interface.
The number of page identifiers in each file can be multiple or one. The first data content may be characters, text, numbers, english words, pictures, etc.
In the technical scheme of the invention, a table file is taken as an example for specific explanation.
And acquiring first data content of the target page corresponding to the page identifier according to the received first operation instruction. The correspondence refers to a target page associated with the page identity. The association relationship is generated in the process of creating and using the page by the user. The first data content is information of the situation that the whole data content of the target page can be embodied most.
For example, in the case where it is determined that a list is included in the target page, the first data content may be a screenshot of header information of the list. In the case that the target page contains a plurality of lists, the first data content can be the summary of the screenshot of the header information of each list; the method can also be used for classifying the multiple lists, each list is represented by the same header information, and the first data content is the summary of the screenshots of the header information of each list. In addition, the semantics of the header data content of the list can be analyzed, and the header corresponding to the semantics which are usually focused by the user and the data content screenshot in the row and/or column corresponding to the header are used as the first data content. In addition, the data content in the target page can be generated as a chart, and the chart is used as the first data content. In addition, the first data content may be acquired for a specified area of the page set by the user. Aiming at the data content displayed on the display interface of the client, the display interface which can be identified by naked eyes when a user is in a plane view is taken as a reference, and the display interface normally and accurately displays the data content, wherein the row is an area formed by transverse lines; columns are areas of vertical lines.
And displaying the first data content in a browsing area of a display page of the file. The browsing area is a display window covering a partial page of the display page. The display window may be located at any position of the display interface, such as adjacent a side of the display interface, at a corner of the display interface, etc. The data content displayed in the browsing area is core expression information of all data content of the target page, namely, all data content of the target page is converted into abbreviated content. The occupied area of the display interface of the target page browsing area is far smaller than the occupied area of the display page. In this way, the user can be ensured to know the data content in other pages (namely the target page) without influencing the editing, modification and viewing of the data content in the display page.
Therefore, the user can preview the data content condition in the target page through the first data content displayed in the browsing area without opening the target page, so that whether the required data content exists in the target page or not can be rapidly determined. For a file comprising a plurality of pages, through the embodiment of the invention, a user can quickly preview and know the data content conditions of other pages in the current opened display page of the file without executing multi-page opening operation on the file (namely opening each page in the plurality of pages contained in the file one by one), locate the corresponding page with the needed data content and only execute opening operation on the page, thereby efficiently and accurately finding the needed data content and improving the efficiency and accuracy of searching the data content for the user.
Receiving a first operation instruction for page identification of a file; acquiring first data content of a target page corresponding to a page identifier, including:
under the condition that the page operation aiming at the page identification does not meet the first condition, acquiring first data content of a target page corresponding to one page identification controlled by a first operation instruction;
And under the condition that the page operation aiming at the page identification meets the first condition, acquiring corresponding data contents of all other pages except the display page in the file.
The page operation (i.e., the selection operation) refers to a user hovering a mouse over a page identifier of a display interface, or refers to a user hovering over a page identifier of a touch display screen with a stylus, finger, or the like. The first condition is: the time for a mouse or stylus or finger, etc., to hover over the page identity is greater than the time threshold.
In case it is detected that the page operation for the page identity does not meet the first condition, that is, the mouse or the stylus or the finger etc. stays on the page identity and the stay time is less than or equal to the time threshold. In this case, only the first data content of the target page corresponding to the one page identifier controlled by the first operation instruction is acquired.
Conversely, in the case where it is detected that the page operation for the page identity satisfies the first condition, that is, the mouse or the stylus or the finger or the like is hovering over the page identity, the stay time is greater than the time threshold. In this case, the corresponding individual data contents of all the pages other than the display page in the file are acquired.
In addition, other target page display forms can be set according to the page operation, for example, under the condition that the page operation aiming at the page identification does not meet the first condition is detected, the first data content of the target page corresponding to one page identification controlled by the first operation instruction is obtained; and under the condition that the page operation aiming at the page identification meets the first condition, acquiring corresponding data contents of 3 pages which are sequentially adjacent to one page identification controlled by the first operation instruction except the display page in the file. Or under the condition that the page operation aiming at the page identification does not meet the first condition, acquiring corresponding data contents of 5 pages which are sequentially adjacent to one page identification controlled by the first operation instruction except the display page in the file; and under the condition that the page operation aiming at the page identification meets the first condition, acquiring first data content of a target page corresponding to one page identification controlled by the first operation instruction except the display page in the file.
In this way, the first condition is used as a trigger condition, and according to the comparison condition of the page operation and the first condition, the corresponding display result of displaying one target page or displaying all other pages is executed. The user can execute page operation according to actual requirements, and then a corresponding number of target pages are displayed, so that the efficient display range of the target pages required by the user is ensured.
The above time threshold may be set by those skilled in the art according to actual situations, which is not limited by the embodiment of the present invention. For example, 2 seconds, 4 seconds, etc.
In some embodiments of the present invention, some data content in the display page may also be presented, which is not visible in the current display interface. In this embodiment of the present invention, the invisible data content may be converted into a thumbnail content corresponding to the invisible data content, and then the thumbnail content is displayed on a display interface of the client. The occupation area of the thumbnail content is smaller than that of the data content of the display page, namely the display of the thumbnail content does not influence the normal viewing and processing of the data content of the display page by a user. Therefore, when the data content in the display page is more and is difficult to be displayed in the display interface of the client at one time, the user can combine the data content and the thumbnail content displayed in the current display interface to clearly display the information expressed by the data content of the display page.
In some embodiments, obtaining the first data content of the target page corresponding to the page identification includes:
First data information associated with the entire data content of the target page may be determined as the first data content.
The data information is the same as at least a part of the data content, or the word meaning of the data information is similar to at least a part of the word meaning of the data content.
For example, the whole data content of the target page is text, at least one keyword in the whole data content is obtained through semantic analysis on the whole data content of the target page, and the at least one keyword is used as the first data information.
In other embodiments, the second data information, which is the first data content, can be determined from the entire data content of the target page and is associated with the entire data content and the corresponding data content of the display page.
For example, the whole data content of the display page is text, by performing semantic analysis on the whole data content of the target page and the whole data content of the display page respectively, at least one keyword in the text content of the display page can be determined in the display page, and then information associated with the at least one keyword is determined in the whole data content of the target page as second data information, and the information associated with the at least one keyword is, for example, information such as the keyword itself and/or words similar to the word sense of the keyword.
In the table file, the data content in one or more cells selected by the user for the last time in the display page can be obtained, and then the data content associated with the data content in the one or more cells is searched in the whole data content of the target page as the first data content.
Therefore, the whole data content of the target page is displayed in the converted thumbnail content, so that a user can quickly know the information expressed by the data content of the target page under the condition of reading few contents, and whether the target page contains the data content required by the user can be quickly determined.
In some examples, the viewing area may be overlaid on the display page (see fig. 2A and 2B) to ensure that the data content presented on the viewing area is not obscured by the display page. In this case, in order to prevent the data content in the display page from being blocked by the browsing area, the page size of the browsing area needs to be smaller than that of the display page, i.e., the display interface occupation area of the browsing area is smaller than that of the display page. The covering means that the data content of the browsing area is overlapped on the display page, the data content of the browsing area is visible, and the overlapped data content of the display page corresponding to the browsing area is blocked and invisible.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the browsing area is located adjacent to the page identity of the document; or the browsing area is arranged in a blank area of the display page. The blank area is an area where no data content is displayed, for example, an area corresponding to a blank cell in the table file.
The layout of the page identifier of the adjacent file is that the browsing area is displayed in the vicinity of the page identifier. As shown in fig. 2A, the browsing area may be displayed on the upper side of the page identification sheet2 (i.e., the side of the page identification close to the form area).
As shown in fig. 2B, the browsing area may be located in a blank area of the display page, so as to ensure that the browsing area does not block the data content of the display page, and fully utilize the display area in the display interface.
Therefore, the browsing area can be enabled to block the data content of the display page as little as possible, and the display interface is fully utilized.
In the embodiment of the invention, the data content in the browsing area can be identified by the user without any processing. For example, displayed in the browsing area is text content that can be visually recognized by the user, in other words, what the user sees is what is obtained, rather than what is obscured and not recognizable, and the data content must be enlarged to be visible to the user.
In this case, the user can obtain the key information in the target page corresponding to each page identifier and/or the data information associated with the data content in the current display page by looking at the browsing area, so as to quickly and accurately obtain whether the target page corresponding to each page identifier includes the data content required by the user.
The data content in the browsing area can be identified by the user, and in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, includes the following steps S310-S320:
Step S310: a presentation word size threshold for the first data content is determined.
The presentation word size threshold may be set by those skilled in the art according to the actual circumstances. The display word size threshold is the minimum word size corresponding to the situation that the display word size threshold can be recognized by the naked eyes of the user, so that the preview content displayed in the browsing area can be recognized by the naked eyes of the user.
For example, if the display word size threshold is a small number four, the display word size threshold is a small number four if the display word size threshold can be recognized by the naked eye of the user. For another example, if the displayed word size threshold is that the displayed word size threshold can be recognized by the naked eye of the user, the corresponding minimum word size is 12, and the displayed word size threshold is 12.
Step S320: and displaying the first data content in the browsing area with the word size which is greater than or equal to the display word size threshold value.
In the embodiment of the invention, the first data content is displayed in the browsing area with the word size larger than or equal to the display word size threshold. In this way, the data content in the browsing area can be identified by the user without any processing. For example, displayed in the browsing area is text content that can be visually recognized by the user, in other words, what the user sees. Wherein, the word size larger than the word size displayed by the display word size threshold is indicated, for example, the display word size threshold is four smaller, and the first data content can be displayed in the form of four numbers, three smaller numbers, two smaller numbers; equal to a font size that refers to the same font size as the font size being displayed with the display size threshold, e.g., the display size threshold is a small quad-size, the first data content may be a small quad-size.
Under the condition that the first data content is less, the browsing area can display all the first data content at the same time, and then the first data content can be directly displayed in the browsing area with the word size larger than or equal to the display word size threshold. In the case of more first data content, in order to ensure that the browsing area can display all the first data content at the same time, the first data content may be displayed in the browsing area with a word size equal to the display word size threshold.
In the case that the first data content is more, the browsing area can display all the first data content at the same time only when the word size of the data content is smaller than the word size of the display word size threshold value, and in this case, in order to realize that the content displayed in the browsing area can be recognized by the user, the first data content can be subjected to block processing and displayed one by one according to the block arrangement. The above cases are described below by way of several examples.
For example, presenting the first data content in the browsing area at a font size greater than or equal to the presentation font size threshold, including:
displaying the first data content in the browsing area in a static state under the condition that the data amount of the first data content is smaller than or equal to the display data amount threshold value of the browsing area;
And in the case that the data quantity of the first data content is larger than the display data quantity threshold value of the browsing area, displaying the first data content in the browsing area dynamically.
In some embodiments, a presentation data amount threshold for the browsing area may be first determined before performing step S320. The presentation data amount threshold may be set by a person skilled in the art according to the size of the browsing area, as long as it is ensured that the data amount of the first data content can be clearly presented in the browsing area in case of being less than or equal to the presentation data amount threshold. The size of the browsing area refers to the frame size of a display window formed by the browsing interface, for example, the display window is rectangular, and the frame size comprises the size of a long side frame and the size of a wide side frame; for example, the display window is circular, the bezel size includes a diameter size. And are not exhaustive. After that, in step S320, it may be determined whether the data amount of the first data content is less than or equal to the display data amount threshold of the browsing area, and if so, that is, the data amount of the first data content is less than or equal to the display data amount threshold of the browsing area, the first data content is displayed in a static state in the browsing area. And displaying all the first data contents in the browsing area directly, wherein the word size in the first data contents is larger than or equal to the display word size threshold value.
And in the case that the data quantity of the first data content is larger than the display data quantity threshold value of the browsing area, displaying the first data content in the browsing area dynamically.
The data amount refers to the number of all objects in the first data content, for example, the first data content is "red", and the data amount is 2; for example, the first data content is "beer+cola", and the data amount is 5. Static refers to adding a first data content to a fixed size browse area presentation. Dynamic refers to displaying the first data content in batches in a browsing area with a fixed size or displaying the first data content in a browsing area with a changed size.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the displaying of the first data content in the browsing area dynamically may be to adjust the displaying area of the browsing area, or to display the first data content in batches, so that all the first data content can be displayed in the browsing area.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, the dynamic presentation of the first data content in the browsing area may include the following steps S410 to S420:
Step S410: increasing the number of display surfaces of the browsing area and/or increasing the footprint of the display surfaces of the browsing area.
The display surface of the browsing area is used for displaying data content. The occupied area refers to the size of the display surface, and in step S410, the number of display surfaces in the browsing area may be increased, so as to increase the data amount of the data content that can be displayed on the display surface in the browsing area; it is also possible to increase the occupied area (i.e., the size) of the display surface of the browsing area, thereby increasing the data amount of the data content that can be displayed by the display surface of the browsing area.
Of course, it is understood that dynamically displaying the first data content in the viewing area may include increasing the size of the display surface and/or increasing the number of display surfaces. The number of the display surfaces and the size of the display surfaces can be increased simultaneously, and one of the two modes of increasing the number of the display surfaces and increasing the size of the display surfaces can be selected, so that the aim of increasing the data volume of the data content which can be displayed in the browsing area is fulfilled.
For the display surfaces with the increased number of the display surfaces and the increased occupied area of the display surfaces, the data volume of the displayed data content is larger than or equal to the display data volume threshold of the original display surface (namely, the display surface with the increased number of the display surfaces and the display surface before the occupied area of the display surface).
Step S420: and displaying the first data content in the increased and/or increased browsing area.
When the data amount of the data content displayed in the display surface of the browsing area is greater than or equal to the display data amount threshold, all the first data content can be displayed in the display surface of the browsing area with a word size greater than or equal to the display word size threshold, and the displayed first data content can be clearly and visibly recognized by a user.
In other embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, the dynamic presentation of the first data content in the browsing area may include the following steps S510 to S530:
Step S510: the first data content is divided to obtain a plurality of information blocks.
Step S520: the plurality of information blocks are arranged according to the movement instruction.
Step S530: and displaying each arranged information block in the browsing area in sequence.
The first data content is divided into a plurality of parts based on the content order, each part corresponding to one information block. For example, the first data content includes "first bit forward, second bit backward, third bit left, sixth bit right, 123", and the first data content is divided into three information blocks, and then one information block may include the content "first bit forward, second bit", one information block may include the content "backward, third bit left", and one information block may include the content "sixth bit right, 123" according to the content order. The data amount of the data content of each information block is less than or equal to the display data amount threshold value, so that the data content in each information block can be identified by naked eyes of a user under the condition that each information block is displayed in a browsing area.
In order to ensure that the displayed first data content is displayed according to the original text sequence, an identification sequence number can be set for each laid information block according to the content sequence, and the identification sequence number can be 1,2, 3 and the like. And under the condition of needing to be displayed, reading according to the identification serial numbers of the information blocks and the content sequence contained in the information blocks, and displaying the information blocks one by one.
It should be noted that: the arranged information blocks can be stored locally according to the arrangement mode or stored at the server, and the file obtains the arrangement mode at the corresponding storage position so as to display the information blocks in sequence.
The movement instruction can be sliding trigger according to the operation of a mouse, a touch control pen and the like by a user; a mobile bar can be arranged in the browsing area, and the mobile bar is controlled to trigger according to a user; but may also be triggered by movement according to the data content in the display page. The move instructions may include a lateral move information block instruction, a longitudinal move information block instruction, and the like. Specifically, according to the movement instruction, the plurality of information blocks are ordered one by one according to the identification sequence number and the movement direction.
And displaying the information blocks in the browsing area one by one according to the identification serial numbers and the moving directions of the information blocks. The display mode of each information block in the browsing area can be that the information block enters the browsing area in a flying-in mode; the information block can enter a browsing area in a uniform movement mode; the information blocks can enter the browsing area in a fade-out mode; it is also possible to enter the browsing area for the information blocks in a dissolved manner.
Arranging a plurality of information blocks according to a movement instruction, including:
Transversely arranging a plurality of information blocks according to a first moving instruction;
Longitudinally arranging a plurality of information blocks according to the second movement instruction;
and arranging a plurality of information block arrays according to the third movement instruction.
For example, the first move instruction is a horizontal move instruction; the second movement instruction is a vertical movement instruction; the third move instruction is an array move instruction. Wherein the horizontal movement instruction is to instruct the information block to move along the horizontal direction. The vertical movement instruction is to instruct the information block to move in the vertical direction. The array movement instruction is used for indicating the information block to move along the horizontal direction and the vertical direction in a compound way.
Specifically, the information blocks are arranged in an array form according to the array arrangement to form a multi-row and multi-column array. The array movement instruction indicates that the information block is moved in a manner of being displayed from the first object (information block) of a row in the horizontal direction until the last object (information block) of the row is displayed one by one, and then being displayed from the first object (information block) of a next row until the last object (information block) of the next row is displayed one by one. Wherein the first object (information block) of each row is located in the same column and the movement track forms a "zig-zag" track (as shown in fig. 6C). Or the array movement instruction indicates that the information block is moved in a manner of displaying from the first object (information block) of a column in the vertical direction until the last object (information block) of the column is displayed one by one, and then displaying from the first object (information block) of a next column until the last object (information block) of the next column is displayed one by one, wherein the first object of each column is located in the same row, and the movement track forms a "Z" -shaped track (as shown in fig. 6D).
In the case where the movement instruction is a horizontal movement instruction, a plurality of information blocks are arranged in a row in the horizontal direction. When each of the plurality of information blocks is sequentially moved to the browsing area for display according to the arrangement result, the plurality of information blocks may be sequentially moved from the information block corresponding to the start bit of the arrangement order to the information block corresponding to the last bit of the arrangement order in the horizontal direction according to the arrangement order of the plurality of information blocks. The manner of display may include various ways, which have been described above and are not described in detail herein.
Illustratively, as shown in FIG. 6A, the plurality of information blocks includes information block 1, information block 2 … …, information block n, n being a natural number and n >0. The information blocks 1 and 2 … … are arranged along the horizontal direction, and the arrangement sequence is as follows: information block 1-information block 2- … … -information block n. In this case, the information blocks 1-2- … … -n may be sequentially displayed in the browsing area in the above arrangement order.
In another embodiment of the present invention, in the case that the movement instruction is a horizontal movement instruction, the plurality of information blocks may be marked with the display sequence number one by one according to the display sequence. Under the condition that each information block in the plurality of information blocks is sequentially moved to a browsing area for displaying according to the display sequence number identification, the information blocks can be sequentially moved from the information block corresponding to the minimum identification of the arrangement identification to the information block corresponding to the maximum identification of the arrangement identification according to the display sequence number identification of the plurality of information blocks.
The level refers to the data content displayed on the display interface of the client, the display interface which can be identified by naked eyes of a user in a plane view is used as a reference, and the display interface normally and accurately displays the data content and is parallel to the direction of the level ground.
In the case where the movement instruction is a vertical movement instruction, a plurality of information blocks are arranged in a row along the vertical direction. When each of the plurality of information blocks is sequentially moved to the browsing area for display according to the arrangement result, the plurality of information blocks may be sequentially moved from the information block corresponding to the start bit of the arrangement sequence to the information block corresponding to the last bit of the arrangement sequence along the vertical direction according to the arrangement sequence of the plurality of information blocks.
Illustratively, as shown in FIG. 6B, the plurality of information blocks includes information block 1, information block 2 … …, and information block n. The information blocks 1 and 2 … … are arranged along the vertical direction, and the arrangement sequence is as follows: information block 1-information block 2- … … -information block n. In this case, the information blocks 1-2- … … -n may be sequentially displayed in the browsing area in the above arrangement order.
In another embodiment of the present invention, in the case that the movement instruction is a vertical movement instruction, the plurality of information blocks may be further marked with a display sequence number one by one according to a display sequence.
The vertical direction refers to the data content displayed by the display interface of the client, and the display interface is a display interface which can be identified by naked eyes when a user is in a plane view, and the display interface displays the data content normally and accurately as a reference and is vertical to the direction of the horizontal ground.
In the case where the movement instruction is an array movement instruction, a plurality of information blocks may be arranged in an array, that is, the plurality of information blocks are arranged in a plurality of rows in the horizontal direction, and the information blocks in each row are arranged in the horizontal direction. When each information block in the plurality of information blocks is sequentially moved to the browsing area for display according to the arrangement result, the plurality of information blocks can be sequentially moved from the information block corresponding to the start bit of the arrangement sequence to the information block corresponding to the last bit of the arrangement sequence according to the arrangement sequence of the plurality of information blocks. Or a plurality of information blocks are arranged in a plurality of rows along the vertical direction, the information blocks in each row being arranged along the vertical direction.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 6C and 6D, the plurality of information blocks includes information block 1, information block 2 … …, and information block n. The information blocks 1 and 2 … … are arranged in an array (m rows and k columns, m and k are natural numbers and m=k=n), and the arrangement sequence is as follows: information block 1-information block 2 … … -information block n. In this case, the information blocks 1-2- … … -n may be sequentially displayed in the browsing area in the above arrangement order.
The plurality of information blocks in each row in fig. 6C are arranged in sequential order, and the information block of the last bit in the arrangement order in one row is adjacent in the arrangement order to the information block of the first bit in the arrangement order in the next row of the row.
In the plurality of information blocks shown in fig. 6C, a plurality of information block arrays are arranged, and the data contents of k information blocks in each row are continuous. For example, the data contents obtained by arranging the information blocks 1,2, … …, k in the arrangement order are continuous, the data contents obtained by arranging the information blocks k+1, k+2, … …, 2k in the arrangement order are continuous, and the data contents obtained by arranging the information blocks … …, k (m-1) +1, k (m-1) +2, … …, n in the arrangement order are continuous.
In this case, k pieces of information in each line may be displayed in the browsing area in order for each of the plurality of lines as a whole. For example, for k information blocks in the first row, the data content in the k information blocks in the first row is displayed in the browsing area in turn, after the k information blocks in the first row are displayed, for k information blocks in the second row, the data content in the k information blocks in the second row is displayed in the browsing area in turn, and so on, and finally the data content of all the information blocks is displayed. Referring to fig. 6C, the display order of the plurality of information blocks presents a zig-zag arrangement in the array formed by the plurality of information blocks.
The plurality of information blocks in each column in fig. 6D are arranged in consecutive order, and the information block of the last bit in the arrangement order in one column is adjacent in the arrangement order to the information block of the first bit in the arrangement order in the next column of the column.
Referring to fig. 6D, a plurality of information blocks are arranged in an array, and the data contents of m information blocks in each l columns are continuous. For example, the data contents obtained by arranging the information blocks 1, 2, … … and m in the arrangement order are continuous, the data contents obtained by arranging the information blocks m+1, m+2, … … and 2m in the arrangement order are continuous, and the data contents obtained by arranging the information blocks … … and m (k-1) +1, m (k-1) +2, … … and n in the arrangement order are continuous.
In this case, m pieces of information in each column may be displayed in turn for each row of the plurality of columns in the browsing area as a whole. For example, for m information blocks in the first column, the data content of the m information blocks in the first column is displayed in the browsing area in turn, after the m information blocks in the first column are displayed, for m information blocks in the second column, the information content of the m information blocks in the second column is displayed in the browsing area in turn, and so on, and finally the data content of all the information blocks is displayed. Referring to fig. 6D, the display order of the plurality of information blocks presents a zigzag walk in the array formed by the plurality of information blocks.
The data content of each information block is displayed in the browsing area, and in the embodiment of the invention, the data content of the information block can be moved into the browsing area from the first side of the browsing area at a preset speed; after the data content of the information block is completely displayed in the browsing area, controlling the data content of the information block to stay in the browsing area for a preset time period and then move out from the second side of the browsing area; wherein the first side and the second side are opposite. The preset speed and the preset time period may be set by those skilled in the art according to actual situations, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto.
In some examples, as shown in fig. 7A, the first side is the left side of the browsing area and the second side is the right side of the browsing area. The data content of the information block is moved from the left side of the browsing area (e.g., as shown in part a of fig. 7A) at a preset speed, and after the browsing area has completely displayed the data content of the information block (e.g., as shown in part b of fig. 7A), the data content of the information block is moved from the right side of the browsing area (e.g., as shown in part c of fig. 7A) after staying in the browsing area for a preset period of time.
In other examples, as shown in fig. 7B, the first side is the underside of the viewing area and the second side is the upper side of the viewing area. The data content of the information block is moved in from the lower side of the browsing area (for example, shown in a part a of fig. 7B) at a preset speed, and after the browsing area displays the data content of the information block in its entirety (for example, shown in a part B of fig. 7B), the data content of the information block is moved out from the upper side of the browsing area (for example, shown in a part c of fig. 7B) after staying in the browsing area for a preset period of time.
Of course, it is understood that the first side may be the right side and the second side may be the left side; or the first side is the upper side and the second side is the lower side.
Therefore, after receiving the first operation instruction for the page identifier of the file, the embodiment of the invention can acquire the first data content of the target page corresponding to the page identifier, and then display the first data content in the browsing area of the display page of the file. Therefore, the user can preview the target page through the first data content displayed in the browsing area without opening the target page, so that whether the required data content exists in the target page or not can be rapidly determined. For a file comprising a plurality of pages, according to the embodiment of the invention, a user can quickly preview the data content of other pages in the file in the currently opened display page of the file without performing multi-page opening operation on the file (namely opening each page in the plurality of pages contained in the file one by one), so that the needed data content can be found efficiently and accurately.
< Device example >
Fig. 8 is a functional block diagram of a document processing apparatus according to some embodiments of the present invention. As shown in fig. 8, the text processing apparatus 120 includes: a receiving module 121, an obtaining module 122 and a displaying module 123.
The receiving module 121 is configured to receive a first operation instruction for identifying a page of a file.
For example, in the case where it is determined that the page operation for the page identification does not satisfy the first condition, the receiving module 121 receives the first operation instruction.
The obtaining module 122 is configured to obtain a first data content of a target page corresponding to the page identifier.
"Corresponding" in "corresponding target page" refers to the target page associated with the page identity. The association relationship is generated in the process of creating and using the page by the user. The first data content is information of the situation that the whole data content of the target page can be embodied most. For example, in the case where the receiving module 121 receives the first operation instruction, the acquiring module 122 acquires the first data content of the target page corresponding to one page identifier handled by the first operation instruction.
And the display module 123 is configured to display the first data content in a browsing area of a display page of the file.
The viewing area is overlaid on the display page (see fig. 2A and 2B) to ensure that the data content presented on the viewing area is not obscured by the display page. In this case, in order to prevent the contents in the display page from being blocked by the browsing area, the page size of the browsing area needs to be smaller than that of the display page, i.e., the display interface occupation area of the browsing area is smaller than that of the display page. The covering means that the data content of the browsing area is overlapped on the display page, the data content of the browsing area is visible, and the overlapped data content of the online page corresponding to the browsing area is blocked and invisible.
In some embodiments, the browsing area is laid out adjacent to the page identity of the file; or the browsing area is arranged in a blank area of the display page. The blank area is an area where no data content is displayed, for example, an area corresponding to a blank cell in the table file.
By adopting the file processing device provided by the embodiment of the invention, after the receiving module 121 receives the first operation instruction for the page identifier of the file, the obtaining module 122 obtains the first data content of the target page corresponding to the page identifier, and then the displaying module 123 displays the first data content in the browsing area of the display page of the file.
Optionally, the obtaining module 122 is configured to: determining first data information associated with all data contents in all data contents of a target page, and taking the first data information as first data contents; or determining second data information which is related to all the data contents and the corresponding data contents of the display page in all the data contents of the target page, and taking the second data information as the first data content.
Optionally, the display module 123 is configured to: determining a presentation word size threshold of the first data content; and displaying the first data content in the browsing area with the word size which is greater than or equal to the display word size threshold value.
Optionally, the display module 123 is configured to: displaying the first data content in the browsing area in a static state under the condition that the data amount of the first data content is smaller than or equal to the display data amount threshold value of the browsing area; and in the case that the data quantity of the first data content is larger than the display data quantity threshold value of the browsing area, displaying the first data content in the browsing area dynamically.
Optionally, the display module 123 is configured to: increasing the number of display surfaces of the browsing area and/or increasing the occupation area of the display surfaces of the browsing area; and displaying the first data content in the increased and/or increased browsing area.
Optionally, the display module 123 is configured to: dividing the first data content to obtain a plurality of information blocks; arranging a plurality of information blocks according to the moving instruction; and displaying each arranged information block in the browsing area in sequence.
Optionally, the display module 123 is configured to: transversely arranging a plurality of information blocks according to a first moving instruction; or longitudinally arranging the plurality of information blocks according to the second movement instruction; or according to the third movement instruction, arranging a plurality of information block arrays.
Optionally, the obtaining module 122 is configured to: under the condition that the page operation aiming at the page identification does not meet the first condition, acquiring first data content of a target page corresponding to one page identification controlled by a first operation instruction; and under the condition that the page operation aiming at the page identification meets the first condition, acquiring corresponding data contents of all other pages except the display page in the file.
Optionally, the browsing area is arranged adjacent to the page identification of the file; or the browsing area is arranged in a blank area of the display page.
